90 day fiance is more than a reality show its so fucking surreal……. I LOVE how they break the rules and theyre like fuck it big ed and liz arent even involved with the k1 visa process but who cares. On the tell all Shawn asks colt’s mom (debbie) if she thinks his current partner is the one. Which is already insane. Then shawn asks for big eds input on colts relationship for some reason like he has any horse in that race. Then they put 5 of the couples from the show in a resort for therapy reasons and angela became abusive and belligerent toward liz and nobody stepped in and now the reviews for that resort are tanking bc guests said that their experience was ruined by filming. Yara has the vibes of a beautiful gentle natured princess with a blood disease and she hates jovi so much. Jenny and sumit is the best love story of the 21st century unironically love them.

Although this does bring back the question we’ve all had of when, where, and how did they meet? 🦎// that’s why I also brought the K1 visa. It’s marriage only. You can’t use a work visa to get married in the US to a US citizen since the person with the visa is legally not a citizen. There are zero loops with that. But to even do that process they would have to tell the truth of when they actually met, where and how. Gaps in a relationship will be questioned. My friend has gone through this process and her fiancés visa was denied. But he still had a work visa at the time. The issue was because he was working between two countries so it made things more complicated. They didn’t end up together but it was grueling to watch her go through that.
A K1 visa for those who don’t know puts a foreign person that is getting married to a US citizen on the path to US citizenship. A person who’s not a citizen can’t just marry a US citizen and become one because of the marriage. It doesn’t work like that. It still takes about 5 to 6yrs after the marriage for the person to become a US citizen. The first 3 yrs your visa status changes to a green card. 2 years after that then you can apply for US citizenship. Once that’s approved, that person is now legally a US citizen. So if the marriage is fake they can get a divorce after 6yrs, just not sooner. The amount of years is suppose to prevent fraud but that really doesn’t stop people. It’s an easier way to become a US citizen but the people involved have to have an airtight story and evidence.

So if you believe the rumors and they have been engaged since Nov or Feb and they applied for a fiancé visa they would be married by now. If the wedding is in September like some are guessing then they obviously haven’t applied for it yet.🤷🏾
Doesn't work like that, the application for the K1 visa can take anything from 10-18 months to process depending on when it was filed and current backlog etc. Other factors for example documentation can have an effect on processing times. Once the visa is granted the foreign fiance has 90 days in which to enter the USA and then another 90 days from date of entry to get married. The US sponsor then has to file paperwork to change the visa to permanent residency (green card) which is temporary for the first 2 years. That process can take around 6-9months to process, and after the 2 years elapses and US immigration is satisfied the marriage is legit then they get the full greencard that has to be renewed every 10 years. After 5 years I believe the foreign spouse can apply for US citizenship. You should note that the US sponsor is also financially responsible for the foreign spouse for the minimum of 10 years or 40 work quarters should they divorce or until the foreign spouse leaves the USA or dies.

also which reality tv shows so u enjoy?? i don't watch much (any) but i live in england so i hear abt love island for 2 months every year so i'm curious abt the different types and stuff :D
OH BOY OK so i will start off by saying i love reality tv because it's the visual equivalent of devouring like six bags of doritos. televised junk food. it's so good when you don't want to THINK anymore about plots or pristine visuals or whatever i can just turn my brain off and dip it into a vat of what is basically processed cheese fondue. ok leggo i'm putting this under a cut because yeah
i HAVE watched love island and it does slap if you like to see the absolute dregs of society (slash pos) inciting drama and trying to get with each other. in the same vein Too Hot To Handle is... oh it's bad. it's real bad but often with a wholesome (??) ending. the premise of that one is it's a bunch of people who get dropped at a luxury beach resort thinking they're going to just party and bang and then they find out that any sort of ~intimate interactions~ including kissing etc will lose them money from the prize fund. love it.
recently i've been watching a TON of 90 day fiance which is just couples who are in long distance relationships trying to move their fiances over to america on a k1 fiance visa. the first few seasons were pretty sincere, like most of these people were legitimately in love and pretty chill, but it gets more and more over-the-top dramatic as the seasons go on. it also has like. sixteen spin-off shows or something. they just started a UK one this past sunday and honestly???? it's one of the best seasons so far even based on just one episode
i will wrap this up with my ult fave. oh my god. Selling Sunset my beloved. it's just a bunch of beautiful women selling beautiful houses in LA. it combines my desire to see gorgeous homes that i could never afford with my need to see people being catty and horrible to each other. i love it.
i am so sorry for this post, actually. welcome to the extra-trash side of kee boonmeams

What Type Of Visa Would He Have?
First off, the distinction between nonimmigrant visas and immigrant visas
Immigrant visas
These are also known as green cards or rather green cards are a very popular variety of them, they are what allow for permanent residency in the USA, immigrant visas are very difficult to get by virtue of allowing permanent residency and take a very long time to process (think in the years variety)
Non-Immigrant visas
they are the easier kind to get, they are temporary visas that expire after a certain period of time and require you to reapply for them. The period of expiration can range anywhere between a couple of days to a couple years. This is the type he is most likely to have, simply because it is the fastest and least likely to be declined way to get entry into the USA
So what are the types of Non-Immigrant visas and which one would he have?
here is a link to all the visa types available, you'll note that it is an overwhelming amount, that's fine because I will list the top most likely ones that would fit him in regards of having 1. a long stay (over 1 year) 2. eligibility Fiancé(e) - K1 Foreign nationals with extraordinary ability - O1 Business visitors - B-1 we sure pruned that list, so between the two of these, O1 offers a much longer stay up to 3 years and after 3 years you can extend it by 1 year indefinitely, whereas the B-1 visa is less flexible, you are allowed 6 months but you can extend it to a year O1 is the one most commonly youtubers and online personalities apply for, So I think the B-1 visa is highly unlikely
O1 has two subsections, O-1A which is for science, athletics, education, business and O-1B is for arts, motion picture achievements (youtubers) and television industry
so to answer the question George is most likely to have applied to an O-1B visa

Make These 7 Mistakes on the K1 Visa Petition AND You May Have to Start ...
My name Is Angelo and I an advocate for men who still want to get married to traditional women. I make videos about the K1 visa process and the long-term relationships that follow. In my life I talk about blending the best of the Southeast Asian and Western cultures and experiences. Unlike other Passport Brothers, I brought my fiancee, Nghia, to the US. We got married and we will remain stateside until my children get out of High School. I share lots of information about my journey and I say tips, tricks, and techniques. If you're interested in meeting a Southeast Asian woman, this is the place to come. Don't get me wrong, I love women. But I'm not about to spend my last years with a masculine, unfit, loud, selfish, and apathetic modern American woman, who only thinks of a man as a Wallet. I have found the women in Southeast Asia, especially Vietnam, are much more softer, and traditional, and know how to take care of the man who takes care of them.

Quick way to obtain a visa is through a spouse or fiancé visa.
Tumblr media
Many individuals wish to obtain US citizenship through marriage, either through a spouse or fiancé visa. However, this is the kind of choice that needs to be well thought out.
There are many different types of US visas available, so in order to select the one that best suits your needs, carefully consider the requirements for each visa. When it comes to marriage, there are two different kinds of US visas: the Spouse Visa and the Fiancé Visa. Every one of these has unique characteristics.
When a US citizen marries a foreign national, the foreign national can enter the country as an immigrant and apply for a Green Card in two different ways. Many couples out there may be confused about the differences between the fiancé and marriage visas.
Click on the Link to know More: Smooth Way to Obtain Spouse Visa
Every one of these has benefits. What works best for one particular couple may not work best for another. You should take into account the price, the process’s speed, and a number of other crucial elements when making your choice. This raises the question: which is quicker in the USA: a fiancé visa or a spouse visa?
Which is quicker, the spouse visa or the fiance visa?
Whether to apply for a US spouse visa (also known as a marriage-based green card) or a K1 fiancé visa may seem confusing to you. You must have a thorough understanding of these two types of visas before you can determine which is the fastest for entry into the USA.

Has no one seen 90 day fiancé?? Even if they did get engaged they can’t apply for a K1 visa until next year. The minimum years for a relationship is 2yrs to be able to apply. The K1 visa usually takes 6months or more for approval. It won’t matter if he’s a celebrity or not. That will just raise eyebrows to the government and they would require more evidence that it’s a legit relationship and not some ruse. Then they have 90 days after it’s approved to actually get married. So even if they did get engaged, they still got 2yrs minimum until they can actually get married and if you include a prenup in that then well, never is also a possibility if she reads the prenup.
I’m not sure where the visa talk is coming from…but, they only have to prove they they met in person two years prior to applying for a visa. I don’t believe they have to have been dating that long. But either way, yes, there is a process that would take some time. Chris isn’t just going to suddenly announce he’s married in January or something. At least not to Alba anyway. Although this does bring back the question we’ve all had of when, where, and how did they meet? 🦎

K1 Visa Process
The K1 visa, also known as the fiancé visa, is a visa category that allows U.S. citizens to bring their foreign fiancé to the United States with the intention of getting married. If you are a U.S. citizen engaged to a foreign national, you may apply for a K1 visa for your fiancé. In this article, we will provide you with a step-by-step guide on how to apply for a K1 visa for your fiancé.
Step 1: Determine Eligibility
The first step in applying for a K1 visa for your fiancé is to determine your eligibility. To be eligible for a K1 visa, you must be a U.S. citizen and you and your fiancé must have met in person within the past two years. Additionally, you and your fiancé must be legally free to marry and intend to get married within 90 days of your fiancé's arrival in the United States.
Step 2: File a Petition
The second step in the K1 visa application process is to file a petition on behalf of your fiancé. To do this, you must complete and file Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé, with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
When completing Form I-129F, you will need to provide information about yourself, your fiancé, and your relationship. You will also need to provide evidence of your relationship, such as photographs of you and your fiancé together, plane tickets or travel itineraries, and correspondence between you and your fiancé.
Step 3: Wait for USCIS Processing
After filing the I-129F petition, you will need to wait for USCIS to process your application. USCIS will review your petition and supporting documentation to determine if you and your fiancé meet the eligibility requirements for a K1 visa.
If USCIS needs additional information or evidence, they may request it from you or schedule an interview with you and your fiancé. USCIS processing times vary depending on the volume of applications they receive and can take several months.
Step 4: Apply for a K1 Visa
Once USCIS approves your I-129F petition, your fiancé can apply for a K1 visa at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in their home country. To apply for the K1 visa, your fiancé will need to complete and submit Form DS-160, Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application, and attend an interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
During the interview, your fiancé will be asked questions about your relationship and their background. They may also be required to provide additional documentation, such as police certificates or medical examinations.
Step 5: Wait for Visa Processing
After the interview, your fiancé will need to wait for the K1 visa to be processed. The processing time for the K1 visa varies depending on the volume of applications the U.S. Embassy or Consulate receives and can take several weeks to several months.
Once the K1 visa is approved, your fiancé will receive their passport with the visa stamp and will be able to travel to the United States. It is important to note that the K1 visa is valid for six months from the date of issuance and your fiancé must enter the United States within that timeframe.
Step 6: Get Married
After your fiancé enters the United States with the K1 visa, you and your fiancé must get married within 90 days. Once you are married, your fiancé can apply for adjustment of status to become a lawful permanent resident. To apply for adjustment of status, your fiancé will need to complete and file Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, with USCIS.
During the adjustment of status process, your fiancé may also need to attend an interview and provide additional documentation, such as a medical examination and police certificates.
If USCIS approves the adjustment of status application, your fiancé will receive a green card, which grants them permanent resident status in the United States. This allows them to live and work in the United States indefinitely and travel in and out of the country without needing a visa.
Conclusion
The K1 visa process can be a lengthy and complex process, but with careful planning and attention to detail, it is possible to successfully navigate the process. It is important to be aware of the eligibility requirements, gather all necessary documentation, and be prepared for the various stages of the application process, including USCIS processing, the visa interview, and the adjustment of status process.
If you have any questions or concerns about the K1 visa application process, it is recommended that you seek the advice of an immigration attorney or a reputable immigration service provider. They can provide you with valuable guidance and support throughout the application process and help ensure that your application is successful.
