Bruh. I’m just going to say it. As a bitch that is a sucker for reading ABO AUs, if you have ever read about some Omega making a cozy little nest and thought—damn, wish my bed was half as comfy as that description sounded—BUY A PREGNANCY PILLOW. Best purchase I’ve ever made. You can curl up in your own bed and be essentially cradled and tucked in from every direction while still having the support and bounce of your mattress.

Full Body Pillow For Side Sleepers
Side sleepers need a little extra support to keep their spine aligned and avoid pain. That’s where the full body pillow comes in! A full body pillow is a long, narrow pillow that supports your entire body, from your head to your legs. If you’re a side sleeper looking for a way to get better sleep and avoid pain, a full body pillow might be just what you need. In this blog post, we’ll discuss the benefits of full body pillows for side sleepers, as well as some of the best options on the market.
Full Body Pillow
A full body pillow is a great way to get comfortable while sleeping on your side. It can be used to support your head, neck, and back, and can also be used to help keep your spine aligned. You can find full body pillows in a variety of sizes, shapes, and materials. Here are a few things to keep in mind when choosing a full body pillow for side sleepers:
Size: Full body pillows come in a variety of sizes. If you are a side sleeper, you will want to choose a pillow that is large enough to support your entire body.
Shape: Full body pillows come in a variety of shapes. Some are designed specifically for side sleepers, while others can be used by any type of sleeper. Choose a pillow that fits your sleeping position and provides the support you need.
Material: Full body pillows are made from a variety of materials. Some are filled with down or feathers, while others are made from memory foam or other supportive materials. Choose a pillow that is comfortable and will provide the support you need.
The Benefits Of Using A Full Body Pillow For Side Sleepers
If you are a side sleeper, you know how difficult it can be to get comfortable at night. You may toss and turn, trying to find the perfect position that will allow you to sleep through the night. A full body pillow can help you achieve this goal.
There are many benefits of using a full body pillow for side sleepers. First, it helps to keep your spine in alignment. This is important because when your spine is out of alignment, it can lead to pain in your neck, shoulders, and back. A full body pillow will support your spine and help to keep it in alignment as you sleep.
Another benefit of using a full body pillow for side sleepers is that it can help to reduce snoring. If you are a side sleeper and you suffer from snoring, a full body pillow can help to elevate your head and open up your airway. This will allow you to breathe more easily and reduce the amount of snoring that you do.
Finally, a full body pillow for side sleepers can also help to reduce acid reflux. If you suffer from acid reflux, you know how uncomfortable it can be. A full body pillow can help by elevating your head and chest so that stomach acids do not come back up into your throat. This will allow you tosleep more comfortably and reduce the risk of waking up in the middle of the night with an uncomfortable burning sensation in your chest or throat.
Different Types Of Full Body Pillows
There are many different types of full body pillows available on the market. Some are designed specifically for side sleepers, while others can be used by any type of sleeper. Here are some of the most popular types of full body pillows:
1. U-Shaped Pillows: These pillows are designed to support your head, neck, and shoulders, as well as your back. They are ideal for side sleepers who want to maintain a healthy spine alignment.
2. V-Shaped Pillows: These pillows are also great for supporting your head, neck, and shoulders. However, they are specifically designed to provide support for your pregnant belly.
3. C-Shaped Pillows: These pillows offer full body support, including your head, neck, back, and belly. They are perfect for pregnant women or anyone who wants complete coverage while they sleep.
4. Body Pillowcases: If you already have a pillow that you love, you can get a pillowcase that will fit over it to create a full body pillow. This is a great option if you want to save money or if you need a specific size or shape of pillowcase.
How To Use A Full Body Pillow For Side Sleepers
If you are a side sleeper, you know how difficult it is to get comfortable at night. You toss and turn, trying to find a position that doesn’t put all of your weight on one side. A full body pillow can help you achieve the perfect sleeping position and provide support for your head, neck, shoulders, and back.
Here’s how to use a full body pillow for side sleepers:
1. Position the pillow so that it runs along the length of your body.
2. Place your head on the pillow and align your spine with the center of the pillow.
3. Bend your knees and tuck them underneath the pillow. This will help support your lower back.
4. Place one arm under the pillow and rest your hand on the other side of the pillow.
5. Use the pillow to adjust your position until you find a comfortable spot. You may need to experiment with different positions to find what works best for you.
Pros And Cons Of Full Body Pillows
There are many different types of full body pillows on the market, so it can be hard to decide which one is right for you. Here are some pros and cons of full body pillows to help you make a decision:
Pros:
– Can provide support for your head, neck, back, and hips
– Can help you maintain a comfortable sleeping position
– May help relieve pain in your back, neck, or hips
– Can be used as a pregnancy pillow
– May help you get a better night’s sleep
Cons:
-May be too big or bulky for some people
-Can be pricey
-May not be suitable for all sleeping positions
How to choose the right full body pillow for you
If you’re a side sleeper, you know how important it is to have a pillow that supports your whole body. But with so many full body pillows on the market, it can be hard to know which one is right for you. Here are a few things to keep in mind when choosing a full body pillow:
– Your sleeping position: If you’re a pure side sleeper, you’ll want a pillow that’s firm and supportive. If you sometimes sleep on your back or stomach, you may want a softer pillow.
– Your size: A bigger person will need a larger pillow, while a smaller person can get away with a smaller one.
– Your budget: Full body pillows range in price from around $30 to $100 or more. It’s important to find one that’s comfortable but also fits within your budget.
Conclusion
A full body pillow can offer side sleepers the support they need to get a good night’s sleep. If you are a side sleeper, consider investing in a body pillow to help you get the most comfortable sleep possible. With the right pillow, you’ll be able to wake up feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day ahead.

Trying to figure out the sleeping thing
So now I am starting to get bigger. Noticeably bigger. My doctor says that it is totally ok, and that I am showing normally. I am eating a much better diet than the junk-food plant-based diet I was having before. Because I know that I am eating for another little person. I need to have the very best diet that is possible.
I have been having one issue, though, about how to get better sleep. My doctor says I will soon need to sleep on my side, and I am a stomach sleeper, and have always been. So I am getting a headstart now, trying to find the best pregnancy support pillow for sleeping. I am looking at the Boppy kind, and there are also a couple of snake like ones. But the snake ones are weird, because there is so much of them. Where is my husband going to sleep if it take up the whole bed with this snake pillow? It seems that there won't be much room for him.
I could also get a simple straight body pillow, but that seems like it won't offer enough support. I found a Boppy one that has three pieces and velcroes together, with an extra middle piece to help support under the growing belly. I think this is the one I am going to get.
