13 for the fanfic ask

13. favorite writing song/artist/album of this year

I'm unable to focus on writing when listening to music with lyrics (thanks ADHD), so I usually tune in to random lofi playlists to block out the background noise when I'm working in a particularly loud place - honourable mention for @cappurrccino's lofi beats to contemplate sword logic to and @knightscendant's Once Upon a Garden. I do have my own instrumental playlist where I save cool tracks™️, if you wanna check that out as well!

I do, however, find A LOT of inspiration for fics in music. The first thirty-something songs on my 2022 wrapped are all of the 'gives me Destiny thoughts' sort, literally every single one of them. It's 2022, and I still write songfics.
