Blitz is pretty much the opposite of my Rick and Morty muses because, while I'm a little picky with the pairings I like (it's something that applies to me in general), I do ship him with quite a few canon characters!

Blitz & Stolas: they are my faves, but I don't want to see it in canon UNLESS done properly. Which means that those two dumbasses have to sit down and talk. My fave dynamic for them is fuck buddies to friends to lovers for this reason. They need to figure out how they feel about each other (Blitzo especially) and then build up a proper romantic relationship

Blitzo & Verosika: for them, I love first and foremost the whole bitter exes kind of relationship. It's something not explored enough in medias, at least in a serious way, and they would make a great pair for it. However, ngl, I'd also love seeing them making up, at some point. So maybe going from bitter exes to friends (with benefits). Vero knows Blitzo well and she doesn't take his bullshit, she could really help him get his head out of his ass, given the chance.

Blitzo & Millie & Moxxie: They are a fun throuple! I tend to see them more as found family, tbh, but I wouldn't mind seeing Blitzo getting his spot in the Ms' relationship (even if just as a friend with benefits). Ofc, as long as this doesn't ruin their friendship and work dynamics.

Blitzo & Fizzarolli: It's canon that Blitzo had a crush on Fizz when they were younger, and it honestly makes sense. Fizz was Blitzo's only real support system back then and perhaps the person who meant the most to him (together with Tilla and Barbie Wire). I'm loving their reconciliation arc (as much as it can be built in a 20min episodes cartoon) and I really want to see them being besties again. Tho, I think that my ideal dynamic for them, more than an actual romantic ship, is a queerplatonic relationship.

RP wise I currently don't have any well developed dynamic for my Blitzo, so I'm honestly open to anything. It all boils down to what kind of chemistry the muses will develop through threads!

1.) Fandoms

My blog is, as a rule, not affiliated with any of the fandoms that my muses come from, and are largely products of my own headcanons, I'll list on the muse page which muses are fully canon divergent and which ones follow canon, as it can vary depending on how I feel about the media they come from.

2.) Basic RP Etiquette

Don't control or override the actions of my characters, don't kill them without asking, no forcibly shipping with my character without talking to me first, really basic stuff for everyone's comfort, really.

3.) NSFW

I generally don't like NSFW unless we're very close rp partners, and if we do engage in that kind of shipping it will lead directly to fade to black, I don't have a sinblog, and don't have an interest in one, so any smut will have to be implied at best. Otherwise, darker subject matter like gore and other darker themes involving mental health will be explored and tagged appropriately.

4.) Dropping Threads

I'm guilty of dropping threads when I lose my muse for them and get overwhelmed. I'm working on reaching out more and sending memes to my mutuals, but I'm a very shy person. The best way to start things with me is to approach me in DM's or send me a meme.

name :      iris pronouns :        she/her preference of communication  :    discord most active muse :     right now, ferry and chauvelin. it tends to fluctuate depending on my mood and what's going on in life at the minute. ferry muse is highest right now because... picket lines. say, have you thought about joining a union? experience / how many years :     oh, god. been around on tumblr rp since at least 2011, and i roleplayed on ff.net, facebook, foopets, and skype before that. if you really wanna go back further, i started roleplaying through gmail instant messenger with my school friend back when we were twelve. i've been at this hobby for ages. platforms you use :    tumblr and discord. best experience  :    man... probably the process of creating my OC lewis anwyl and his whole story / network of characters. that got me through some rough times in the pandemic. i'm less active on his blog now because of phd pressure, but i still write him a lot on discord. my original angry little welshman before ferry came along. rp pet peeves :      uhhhh i've got a few, but one that really grinds my gears is when people assume things about your muse that aren't true and just refuse to listen when you gently tell them that they're godmodding a bit. i had it a lot with lewis, where people would just assume because he's a Ye Olde Medical Man that he must treat patients horribly, hate women, and think every ailment should be treated with cocaine. it happened at least half a dozen times. everyone brings their own understanding and biases to RP, that's only natural, but if someone tells you 'hey you're assuming things about my muse that aren't true,' listen to them. if muses are making the assumption IC, that's fine! i love conflict! but it's when that spills over into OOC that it starts to become a pet peeve for me. fluff,  angst,  or smut :     i love all three, but it depends on mood and muse. some muses just aren't very interested in sex, so i don't write smut with them. others don't let themselves get into fluff situations, so i don't write fluff with them. sometimes i'm in the mood for angst, sometimes i need some cathartic cuddling content. it's all a matter of situation. plots or memes :     plots. i really struggle with memes that have no context attached to them. usually, even if a meme is entirely out of the blue, i will end up messaging to plot just a bit before i answer it. long or short replies :      medium, 2-3 paragraphs. i do love when people get inspired and write really long replies, but i just... cannot handle that as a sustained thread. not to pull the 'my life is so hard' shit, but doing a phd involves an insane amount of reading and writing. when i want to wind down from a stressful day of research, i don't really want to face a full draft box of 8+ paragraph replies. these days, i prefer to keep it concise. are you like your muses :    there's a bit of me in a lot of my muses, especially ocs. there's a bit of me in ferry, there's a lot of me in millie. nothing about me in jacob, though, fuck that guy.

Vashwood is my main ship, but i also really like Mashwood, Mash, and the polygon of vash/ww/meryl/milly.

HOW LARGE DOES THE AGE GAP HAVE TO BE TO MAKE IT UNCOMFORTABLE?

Well. First off. Vash is old as fuck. So jot that one down. Basically, for an 18-22 yr old I think mid to late twenties is fine. 23-25 is still babie to me but like, you do you as long as it's not predatory and weird. Over 25 I think is when I'm like "yeah date whoever you want." So it's really just based on the dynamic I guess.

Also stampede woowoo is weird because accelerated aging, so if you want to ship your s!woowoo with me please let me know that he's you know. ACTUALLY of age (I headcanon him to be at least 21).

ARE YOU SELECTIVE WHEN SHIPPING?

Selective to an extent. Canon relationships (in the case of Trigun, everything is platonic atm since nothing is confirmed but youuu knowww) exist and they make it easier for me to ship with you. If it's a rarepair or anything else, we have to build a foundation first and get to know each other before I trust you with my boy's heart. </3

WHO ARE OTHER CHARACTERS YOU SHIP YOUR CHARACTER WITH?

I'm open to most ships, healthy or unhealthy. The only hard stop for me is plantcest/knivesvash. I'm also a bit weird about shipping with Roberto? I dunno I see him more as a dad or drunkle as woowoo put it in the show. I don't know if this would even be an issue, but yeah.

I have a soft spot for the cross-universe ships too, like mix and match stampede/98/max. Vash/Vash (cross-universe/AU) is interesting to me, and I'm open to the idea, but I'm never gonna be the one to push it if that makes sense.

PREFERENCE OF COMMUNICATION: Do not perceive me. In all seriousness though, I am terrible with ongoing conversation unless I am in a group chat setting like Discord with a handful of others typing. Small RP hubs where it’s OOC chat and spitballing ideas, chilling, talking about life stuff, hobbies, desires for writing etc. otherwise I’m a fucking gremlin and ANYONE WHO HAS TRIED TO TALK TO ME knows I disappear into my hovel. I’m not good at one-on-one chat that’s purely character or plot-based.

EXPERIENCE/HOW LONG: I have been on Tumblr roleplaying since 2015, however my roleplaying journey began when I was 14 years old (teen chat rooms ((A/S/L anyone)) -> IMVU forums -> MSN messenger -> AIM -> Skype -> Tumblr -> Line -> Discord -> back to Tumblr). Before all of this little-Muddy was playing tabletop games and acting out stories.

BEST EXPERIENCE: I found my best friend through Tumblr roleplay. Skit and I never would have met if not for a chance recommendation from a mutual. This was when I didn’t know how the website worked, wasn’t tagging, was on a default theme, used awful big images and was hitting a lot of walls because there isn’t a how-to guide to get into the Tumblr bubble. Skit took me in at my worst (how was I not an embarrassment to type with my god) and deserves the very best for helping me in so many ways.

RP PET PEEVES: Let me preface this with I know everyone has limited spoons, and this has nothing to do with slowness or needing to ease thread load, this is directly related to interest not being communicated. Going hard on my OC’s with liking starters or grabbing opportunities from mutuals in general and getting dropped after 1 reply or no returned interest is more disheartening than a peeve, however it’s worth noting because once that happens I’m more likely to back off with any of my canon characters. Perhaps that is a little petty but I much prefer to be told ‘actually, I don’t think our characters will fit’ outright than having to smack into a wall several times to get the message, whereas my canons can walk in 5 months late with starbucks and a flimsy excuse but be fine. TL;DR: if my OC is on struggle street with a blog, but my canon character is cruising, of course I notice.

MUSE PREFERENCES FOR ANGST / FLUFF / SMUT: ‘All’ for most of my muses. Ariadne is more adventure, horror or occult themed.

PLOTS OR MEMES: Plots. Having a vague idea and running with it, throwing bumps in the road or outright breaking the road.

LONG OR SHORT REPLIES: Nice middle ground. I think 4 paragraphs is a happy spot for me, 2 I feel like I’m not contributing enough and once I’m leaning more into 8 paragraphs I lose motivation and spoons quickly because writing actually takes a lot of focus for me.

BEST TIME TO WRITE: When it is completely quiet. I cannot write or even brainstorm when there is background noise. That tends to fall into night time, but then I also battle with feeling sleepy and not having the energy to.

ARE YOU LIKE YOUR MUSE: I wish I were so sassy. No, I think I have a dumb sense of humour and am way too gamer-nerd and relaxed to really relate to any of my characters like that.

5. Least favourite thing about roleplaying? If we're talking about RPing in general, I guess that the thing I hate the most is the fact that it's hard to find RP partners who are willing to put in as much effort as you do in the interactions. I've found myself being the one who has to carry the plot forward, to bring up ideas, to reach out, etc. while the other person just sat there and watch me do it. I find that it's simply insane to see how many people forget that RPing is supposed to be a shared experience and that your writing partner isn't your fanfiction vending machine or whatever. You can see this extremely well on Tumblr because there are people who never send you stuff when you repost memes (and I'm not saying interaction memes, I'm talking about stuff like this one for the mun) and the likes, even if you have always tried to be a good mutual and sent them stuff whenever you had the chance. They act like all this is owed to them and never think that, maybe, it would be nice to return the interest, from time to time. This level of selfishness really makes me want to jump in their IMs and tell them that they are a selfish asshole. Because sending a meme? It literally takes 10 seconds. If we're talking about RPing on Tumblr specifically...there's a long list that things I hate or can't stand. I guess that, if I had to choose, it would be the fucking purity police attitude that has infected this hellsite, including the rpc. It irks me beyond measure to see people ostracized just because they had certain ideas about a character's portrayal or because they enjoy exploring through writing themes that are considered "problematic" because they are too dark or whatnot. And don't get me started on anon hate.

10. Would you be friends with your muse if they were real? I like to think that I could get along with some of them? Mabel and Morty for sure, and I think I could make friends with Summer and Adrien too. Maybe with some work Stan, especially because I'd let myself be roped into his cons, and Millie. Jinx would be very hit or miss. Everyone else it's a lot trickier. As much as I wish I could be their friends, I think that the rest of my muses wouldn't give enough of a damn about me, or maybe find me annoying or boring xD

20. How do you overcome writer’s block? Bold of you to assume that I can overcome it x'D Kidding aside, it depends. My ability to write is very intimately tied to my moods and levels of mental energy. There are times where I just need to switch to writing something else for a while and the inspiration comes back on its own easily enough. Other times I have to sit and make myself write. The first few paragraphs come out shitty and I get frustrated real easily, but after a while I manage to get back in the flow and that's how I get over it. It can take a lot of effort, but at the end of the day is usually worth it. And then there are the times when all I can do is waiting it out. They are the worst, and the most exasperating, but nothing can be done about it. It usually means that my mental health is doing real bad (whether I feel it or not), and it's the sign that I need a break from social medias / writing in general.

my longest rp friends are either not on tumblr rp anymore or weren't part of tumblr rp to begin with and we met on other platforms. but i do still have my beloved friends here i've known a few years now like @/redlegend :)

milly/wolfwood... sorry... the way it's written in the 1998 anime makes me want to rip my hair out because it's clear they were just trying to shove the available man and woman together. for whatever reason. i just don't see it actually feasibly working out. and also it's not even present in maximum so i disregard it when writing trigun stuff since most of my stuff is trimax-based. also milly deserves better :/
