Salí una tarde-noche con él. Fuimos a un bar, me invitó a una cerveza y luego fuimos a unos recreativos. Jugamos a varios juegos. Es bastante alto, pero tímido, muy tímido. Acabé descubriendo que su cumpleaños era el 30 de junio, lo que le hace cancer. Entonces todo tenía sentido con lo de la timidez y su forma de ser en general. También me enteré de que ha comprado un piso a 15-20 min del centro, lo compró con su ex y bueno se supone que ahora que se han separado pues él ha decidido comprar el piso entero.

Cuando volví de Stavanger quedé con él de nuevo el miércoles. Por un momento creo que pensé en ver hacia dónde iba la cosa. Me invitó a su piso y bueno hicimos tortilla. Me sirvió vino, y sacó queso para picar. Yo llevé jamón. El piso es bastante bonito, lo tiene muy bien arreglado. Me di cuenta que es muy organizado, y parece que cuida todo al detalle. Y está pendiente de que esté todo limpio. Una cosa que noté al llegar es que en su portal (el cual era electrónico de estos) tenía todavía puesto el nombre de la ex junto al suyo. Pero bueno quitando el asunto de la ex, pues no sé qué decir. Hablamos, sí. Pero creo que no terminamos de conectar. Creo que él lo intenta, a su manera, pero no siento nada. No sé, creo que él estaba incluso estresado. Como mucho nos tocamos las manos un par de veces y fue porque yo le hice que tocara mis uñas porque estaban super largas y fuertes (manías mías...) el caso es que dieron las once y me fui, nos dimos un abrazo y ahí yo sí sentí que él interés tiene. No sé cómo decirlo, no se sobrepasó en ningún momento, pero se nota que él a lo mejor si quiere tener una tercera cita. Yo en cambio, creo que no.

Kristian, un año mayor que yo. Supuestamente era virgo pero al añadirnos en snapchat me di cuenta de que su cumpleaños estaba puesto como 30 de noviembre. Pensé, escorpio. Pero luego me di cuenta de que todo apuntaría a sagitario. Lo cual no me cuadra. No me cuadra que su forma de ser sea así como es cuando los sagitarios suelen ser mucho más abiertos y sociales. El caso es, que Kristian, no he quedado con él todavía. Íbamos a quedar en su día, pero algo pasó que él dijo de quedar más tarde y le dije que no. Porque pasaba de quedar a las diez de la noche. El caso es que pasé un poco de él cuando intenté conocer a Eirik, en plan, lo dejé en standby. Pero bueno, hemos estado hablando así estos días y bueno por lo que he deducido de las conversaciones sus padres están divorciados (igual que los de Eirik), no es muy sociable o por lo menos eso es lo que da a entender. Dice que no sale mucho, que es bastante tranquilo y que le gusta mucho "chill at home". Tampoco ve mucho a sus padres, así de vez en cuando pero no le veo que tenga una gran relación. Le gusta los juegos de tácticas e incluso le pregunté cómo de adicto es a los juegos, porque a mí los gamers...pues no.

No me dijo que sea adicto pero sí jugaba bastante antes, ahora dice que no tanto y supongo que es más por el trabajo. Creo que no tenemos mucho en común pero es verdad que está interesado en conocerme y hablar. Ha sido bastante directo diciendo que quiere encontrar a alguien y empezar una relación y que oye que a lo mejor era yo. Eso me estresa. Me da como yuyu, porque a pesar de que yo también busco una relación creo que no lo he expresado abiertamente (a la gente de mi entorno). Por un lado pienso que oye bien saberlo pero a la vez es como que siento una especie de presión. No sé, es extraño.

También estuve pensando si en general sea quien sea mi pareja, ¿estoy destinada a una relación tranquila? ¿O a una mucho más activa? En plan, pienso que lo que yo siempre he buscado en los chicos ha sido un carácter bastante abierto, alegre, divertido, social, con miles de planes. Pienso en Christer (el ahora marido de Ana) y él está lleno de energía, es súper social, y pienso "jo, pues ojalá yo tener a alguien así " pero luego pienso, que al principio puede ser que eso funcione, pero luego yo soy bastante tranquila. Y pienso que tanta energía no sería capaz de soportarla. Entonces me paro y pienso en si de verdad quiero a alguien tan activo o voy a parecer el tipo de mujer que tiene una relación de ancianos super tranquilla y aburrida. No sé si es aburrida la palabra que busco pero bueno...el caso es que no sé qué pasará.

The Iphone 13 pro max idea has developed over the years. As time went by the consultation of this iphone has been discussed carefully to make it different from the other generations of iphones. The history of it starts with 3 men. Steve Jobs,Steve Wozniak,and Ronald Wayne. Apple was founded in Los Altos CA in the year of 1976. However the current CEO is Timothy Donald Cook who was recently recruited by Steve Jobs to be a part of Apple. “Tim Cook is the CEO of Apple and serves on its board of directors”(Apple 1). The 1st apple product created was the Apple computer 1. “It was designed and hand-built by Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak…[and] went on sale in July 1976 priced at $666.66 selling around 175 units in 10 months”(Gibbs 1). Apple has tremendously developed from 1976 to now. For example, the Iphone 13 pro max has made a “solid growth of 8% and 56.5 million units shipped”(Gallager 1).

Where was the Iphone 13 Pro Max  manufactured 

According to Reuters, the Iphone 13 Pro Max was manufactured “at a local plant of Apple's Taiwanese contract manufacturer…[ where it was] situated in the town of Sriperumbudur in Southern Tamil Nadu state”(Segar 1). The top selling of the iphone 13 is coming from India according to an article written by Ben Lovejoy. This author says,“Iphone production in India grew 50% year on year in the first quarter of 2022”. Sources say the reason for Apple to manufacture the Iphone 13 in India was because of local customers(Business Today 1). According to this article called Business Today, “Apple began manufacturing iPhones in India in 2017 with iPhone SE and currently manufactures models including iPhone 11, iPhone 12 and iPhone 13. Experts feel that Apple may surpass its existing record of iPhone sales in India with iPhone 13 production and iPhone 12 production at Pegatron”(Business Today 1). 

What impact does the item have on your life

The impact that the Iphone has on my life is positive and negative. The negative aspect of it is that I have gotten so caught up in my phone that I didn't realize what the world was offering me. Studies show that a person can develop Phantom vibration syndrome which is basically hearing your phone buzz when it isn't(Allen 1). I have developed that in a way and it has affected my attention task. The positive impact is that it is a way of my communication, organizing my life, and storing memories that can't be erased. Having this phone allows me to work from home or even take on college classes which is beneficial to my scheduling. The Iphone has programmed apps that help organize events and important stuff that needs to get done in my life and lastly the camera. One shot can tell a whole story. Having a high quality camera like the Iphone 13 helps me remember the fun and meaningful things I've done in my life.

Who is involved in making the iphone and what is life for them

The Iphone 13 Pro Max was created by Apple. It was designed and marketed by Apple Inc. However the face of Apple Inc. is Tim Cook who is the current CEO of Apple. He is currently the board of directors for Apple. In a article it explains that , “ Cook doesn't like engaging with the media unless it's on official Apple business….[and]  and claims to get out of bed at 3:45 am each morning. After waking, he likes to get into it straight away. He'll sit down and start going through the 700+ emails in his inbox before hitting the gym at 5 am”(Finty 1). Tim has worked hard to keep Apple alive and productive and one of his main concerns is that he “ worries that a slow loss of privacy in today's world will gradually train people and coerce them into acting differently as they adjust to a new normal”(Boxberger 1). Overall time life is very productive and is motivated to come up with new ideas to sell to his customers.

Obra nueva en Barcelona: dónde se concentra y a qué precio

Barcelona y su área metropolitana tienen una Oferta de pisos de obra nueva con más de 3.700 unidades. Más de 1.800 viviendas se comercializan en Barcelona y hay más de 1.900 viviendas nuevas disponibles para la venta en municipios vecinos como Hospitalet de Llobregat, Badalona, ​​Sant Adriá, San Cugat del Vallès, Cornellà de Llobregat, Sant Joan Despí y Esplugues de Llobregat. Así recoge el actual estudio de la consultora inmobiliaria Activum Real Estate Consulting. En la capital, el precio medio de obra nueva es de 4.814 euros/m2, una vivienda de este tipo con tres dormitorios sale a 631.567 euros. No obstante, este importe varía en función del casco urbano donde se encuentre el inmueble. El barrio más caro de Barcelona es Sarrià-Sant Gervasi con un precio medio de 1.282.500 euros por una vivienda de tres dormitorios -8.844 euros/m2- y es una de las zonas donde la oferta de obra nueva es más limitada. Este es también el caso del Eixample, que ocupa el segundo lugar en cuanto a precio con una media de 839.500 euros. Le sigue Ciutat Vella que, según el estudio de la consultora, supone el 8% del suministro a un precio medio de 716.000 euros. Los distritos con mayor número de obra nueva de la capital catalana son Sant Martí, donde se vende el 32% de las viviendas de este tipo con un precio medio de 501.090 euros las de tres dormitorios, y Sants Montjuic con el 24% de la oferta y un precio medio de 439.800 euros. En tercer lugar en cuanto a oferta de obra nueva en Barcelona se encuentra el barrio de Horta Guinardó con un 13%, cuyo precio medio supera los 450.000 euros.

El área metropolitana

Hospitalet de Llobregat concentra el 30% de la oferta de vivienda nueva del área metropolitana de Barcelona con un total de 520 viviendas. En este municipio, el precio medio de los pisos de tres habitaciones es de 355.900 euros. Badalona tiene 442 pisos a la venta, mientras que Sant Adriá -el municipio más barato con un precio medio de 276.100 €- tiene a la venta 330 viviendas de obra nueva. Una cifra similar a la de Sant Cugat del Vallès (303 pisos), en este caso el precio medio supera los 530.000 euros. Se venden más de un centenar de viviendas de obra nueva en Cornellà de LLobregat, una barrera que no supera la oferta de municipios del área metropolitana como San Joan Despí (92) y Esplugues de Llobregat (62). Esta última es la zona con el precio más alto, con una media de 625.700 € por un piso de tres habitaciones. Según el análisis de Activum Consultoría Inmobiliaria, para lo cual se tomaron en cuenta las promociones anunciadas en los portales inmobiliarios y en los sitios web de los desarrolladores estudiados, los diez desarrolladores con mayor participación de mercado en estas áreas son Culmia, con un 24%.
