It’s time for Part One of my “mini weekend Critical Role catch up binge” (or MWCRCUB for short?). This episode we got a dungeon crawl through an ice cavern, and while there were moments that may me burst out laughing, there were also many moments that really had me nervous and on the edge of my seat (plus that ending truly was, as Sam put it, a “quiff hanger”...) Below are all my liveblogging notes and emotions, but beware of spoilers!

- Sam just now realizing that he doesn’t have Dark Vision anymore, almost a year after Veth’s transformation, is both hilarious and highly relatable to me personally dfghjkl

It's already night when the meeting is over. After I leaving business partner, a cool breeze blows and makes me tremble.

When I took out my phone, the latest notification was “The temperature will drop tomorrow, so please wear a lot cloth”, the same message that Lucien sent last night. I was sighing.

Because the meeting was suddenly decided, the date is canceled. I couldn’t help but feeling down.

Streetlights illuminate the road at night. The lovers gathered together and enjoyed this special event.

I had no choice but to look down at my phone, desperately thought how I could hide my depressed feelings.

When I finally steady my feelings with pressed “Send” button and started walking, I unexpectedly hit the chest of the person in front of me.

MC: So, Sorry! I was...

When I apologized in a hurry, I heard the laughter of the other party.

Raised my head, the face of an unexpected person jumps into my eyes.

MC: Lucien, why are you here...

Lucien: If I said I just passed by, will you believe it?

Joy is filled my heart and can’t put it into words. I can only see Lucien who laugh while take his phone out of his pocket.

Lucien: By the way, it seems that someone sent me a message a while ago.

I nodded shyly. Lucien seems to deeper his smile.

Lucien: In that case, let’s go eat dinner now.

MC: But at this time of day, I think there’s no room in the restaurant...

Lucien: Don’t worry. I already have a reservation.

MC: Eh?

I was surprised and saw Lucien. The surroundings are completely dark, and streetlight illuminate the person who standing in front of me.

Lucien: Looks like, Miss MC is little happy, right?
