Izaak can feel himself slipping away, like grains of sand sifting through his shaking, bony fingers. Soon there’ll be nothing left of him. Not even the hollow shell of a man that once was. The way Ronan describes it is almost like metamorphosis. Rebirth. Izaak will grow and transform into something beautiful; like a tadpole into a frog or a caterpillar into a butterfly.

This is devolution. A man reduced to a mutt. From standing tall on two legs, to shoved crawling on all fours. Stripped of his voice, his bite and his bark. Izaak won’t be human anymore, he’ll be a tamed and pathetic beast. How the mighty fall.

Click click.

Izaak’s ears twitch and his head instantly snaps up at the click of Ronan’s fingers. He swallows hard, gulping back nerves lodging in his throat. He pulls himself onto weak, unsteady knees, letting his hands rest limply in his lap. He patiently awaits his order, like a good pet. He is a good pet. Good things come to good pets…like Henley. Ever so spoiled. Izaak wants to be spoiled rotten too.

Ronan hums his satisfaction with a grin that makes Izaak's stomach twist and pinch, as he leans back into his chair, spreading his legs a tad wider and patting the space between his thighs.

"Come here, my boy," Ronan calls with a whistle.

Shame swells in Izaak's heaving chest, he finds himself automatically and hurriedly scampering across the room to Ronan's feet. He folds over and nuzzles against Ronan's legs, before perching between them and resting his head gently against his master. Just how Ronan likes it. Izaak can virtually see the brownie points tallying up.

"You've been such a good little pet for me, haven't you?" Ronan coos, raking his fingers through Izaak's overgrown, ratty hair. But it does feel good. Izaak's eyes loll back at the sensation, he melts into the touch. He'd choose this over the endless pain anyday. Izaak was a thick-headed fool to fight back in the first place.

"Yes, master…" Izaak croaks, though the voice that comes out doesn't sound like him. He doesn't recognise himself anymore. Maybe it's easier that way. He can't mourn the life and person he lost if he can't remember it.

"And you're happy now. Now you understand your lot in life. Aren't you?"

"S-so happy, master."

"Hmm," Ronan narrows his eyes, deep in thought. He looks…unconvinced. Dissatisfied. Izaak feels a pang of disappointment rip right through him like a bullet. He has to keep Ronan sweet, he can't rock the boat.

Ronan pinches Izaak's chin between his thumb and forefinger, lifting his head up until their eyes are locked. Izaak tries not to shrink back when his saucer-wide eyes are staring into piercing green.

"I want you to beg me."

"S-Sir?" Izaak gasps, astonished. He feels the air get whisked from his lungs.

"Beg for me to hurt you, pet."

"I-I don't understand. I've…I've been good-"

Izaak can't keep the wobble of threatening tears from his voice, or stop them glazing over his bloodshot eyes. He nervously picks at the already bitten and shredded nails on his fingers, trying to ground himself. It's taken everything in him to submit, to play the part of an animal. If this isn't enough- if Izaak isn't enough -

"You have. Oh believe me, you've been a delight, Izzy. I wouldn't change you for the world," Ronan reassures, batting his eyelashes. Ronan kisses his hand and holds it against Izaak's temple as his eyes flutter shut. He imagines the kiss seeping through his skull and wrapping around his brain, keeping him under control.

"But good gets boring. I should keep up your training. Stop you slipping into old habits."

A tear slips free, and Izaak shakes his head against Ronan's hand. He dares to pull away, so he can collapse at Ronan's feet again and beg for mercy. He shrinks into a ball, sobbing and mumbling incoherently to himself.

No more pain. No more suffering. He was told if he gave in, he'd never hurt again. He made a deal with the devil.

"Please-" Izaak rasps, still bent double on the ground. Praying to Ronan as if he's a deity.

"Please what?" Ronan purrs, kicking his feet up to use Izaak's curled body as a footrest. First an animal, now an object. Furniture.

"...Hurt me," Izaak resigns with a whisper.

"Good boy."

"You wouldn't have been anything if I didn't find you, so just be glad you have a purpose now," Ronan snickers to himself, rocking Izaak back and forth on his lap to quiet his wet and breathless sobs. A hand carding through his tangled, greasy knots of hair.

Izaak would have been something...he would have been free. Izaak would still be Izaak. Not 'pet', or the 'runt', or even the 'brat'. He'd still have his humanity and dignity. He wouldn't be cradled half-naked, in the arms of the man who effortlessly makes his every second living hell.

But he can't fight the truth...he'd be lost without Ronan. Left with nothing and no-one to turn to.

"It took some time to sink into that thick skull of yours," Ronan sighs, knocking on the crown of Izaak's head as he flinches away and whimpers, "But you know now, don't you? You belong here. Loyal, little lapdog..."

"Y-Yes, sir..." Izaak croaks. He doesn't recognise the husky voice straining from his own throat.

Not weird at all! This is a fun question! <3

Vince: Vince, once broken, would be a very quiet and reserved whumpee. A complete 180 change from when he was the one with power and authority. It would take some grafting to get him there, and he'd be a nasty piece of work in the process of breaking him down but if he was finally broken? I think he'd wallow in shame and self-pity.

Felix: would be truly pathetic. He'd be a little snivelling mess, and begging for mercy. He'd cry out for Josh and wail about how Josh needs him. But I think broken Felix is one of those guys who very much give it but not take it - he'd be scared shitless. Maybe a mixture of how Josh is in captivity now - obeys to survive but fights back where he can.

Izaak: We'll see Izaak soon tehehe - but broken Izaak is a very submissive whumpee, and very regretful. He's exhausted, and hurt, and finally admitting that he's scared - so he behaves to save himself the pain. But the regret eats him alive, he'll try to make peace with Henley and help him - knowing it won't ever make up for what he's done.

Ronan: RONAN WHUMPEE! Broken!Ronan is a shell of himself, very compliant and scared out of his mind. I've mentioned before that Ronan has a HUGE fear of death - so he'll crumble at near-death experiences and torture that nearly kills him. He'd be a good lil broken whumpee - and wouldn't say boo to a goose.

I think this is a WIP...I'm pretty sure I haven't posted this yet 🤔 ANYWAY HERE YA GO 💗💗💗

Izaak’s throat gurgles and fizzes like popping candy, hunger gnawing away at his bloated stomach. He’s teetering on the edge of oblivion, his body trembles with bone-deep aches, his eyes burn with the need for sleep but his stubborn mind refuses to surrender. His body slumps forward in the chair, every inch of him tied down by ropes that bite into already bruised flesh.

“Count yourself lucky, you mischievous scamp, that I won’t be cutting off your sticky fingers today,” Ronan snarls, his balled fists slamming down on his workbench, every tool rattling with the thud. “It would be a fitting punishment for a greedy little thief. But I’m feeling rather…merciful.”

Ronan thinks Henley would look absolutely darling in this. Like the cutest little puppy you've ever set eyes on. He's so excited to give Henley his new collar!

Although he'll have to move the bell over...he likes the way it jingles when he trembles 🙈

I’m not including Declan because Vince probably doesn’t think his birthday is worth celebrating

Oh, I love this question!!!!

Felix goes ALL OUT for Josh's birthday. Honestly, it's probably the one day each year in Josh's captivity where he's not having an absolute awful time. Josh wakes up to balloons and banners all around the house. Felix will get him a pile of presents (although often some of the presents are for Felix's own gain...) and a huge cake. Only the best for the love of his life! Josh is captive for two birthdays, and on one of them- Felix takes him for a picnic outside (cuffed together ofc, and shackles so he doesn't run ;) )

Izaak didn't really care about Henley's birthday. One time he forgot about it completely, Henley didn't even know what day it was or when his birthday passed. Another he taunted Henley with it and made a point of ruining it, and showing him news clips of his family still searching for and missing him. Then Henley's last birthday was just before he was about to be sold to Ronan - so Izaak did make an effort for that one. He laid tf off him for that one day, got him a tiny cupcake with a single candle on which Henley absolutely loved.

Ronan would celebrate his pets birthdays! He'd buy them new pretty collars, or some new food bowls - maybe some dog toys or a dog bed! Get both Izaak and Henley in party hats, can you imagine ahaha Izaak would look like this:

And you're totally right </33 I doubt Vince even acknowledges Declan's birthday. Poor lil guy celebrates all by himself if he can sus out the date.

i’m thinking if izaak somehow got drunk, and he’s with ronan, who’s being nice to henley as per usual, and the thing that tearfully forces its way out of his wretched mouth is “why aren’t you ever nice to me?”

OMG - I am FROTHING at the mouth from this ask!!! 😍 This idea is gonna be playing over and over in my mind all day.

And ya know what? I can see this for broken Izaak down the line, when he's so submissive, exhausted and just pathetic. Green eyed jealousy, watching Henley be smoothered with adoration and given gifts and comforts as Izaaks constantly in agony, freezing cold and starving.

I'm going to choose Izaak for this one!

✨- How did you come up with the OC’s name?

I always tend to choose my names on either name meanings or just general vibes, for this one I mainly went for the vibes of the name! I wanted something that for me, sounded like a strong and powerful name. And I know I wanted something a little unique, like a different way of spelling it. So when trawling through name ideas, I like Isaac but wanted a different variation and settled on 'Izaak'!

🍀 - What originally inspired the OC?

A good friend of mine sent me a whump prompt that evolved into the story - the new whumper stealing both whumpee and whumper. I knew I wanted the kidnapped whumperee to be an absolute defiant bastard, that I wanted him to be hated, and see if I could get him a little flicker of redemption down the line!

🧠 - What do you like most about the OC?

I mean, you've just got to admire his delusional determination, right? He is always right and the world is always wrong, and there's no point arguing with that. Everything and everyone is against him and he has to fight his way through life. How he can never see the other side of the coin is so baffling and so intriguing to me. And when he has his mind set on something, there's no changing his mind. He's such a fun character.

I think Henley would be a bloodbag whumpee, I think he has to be! A precious little human stolen for his blood. Maybe in this AU, Ronan is a grand aristocrat. A wealthy, elder vampire and he was Henley's first master but Henley miraculously slips free and escapes. On his exhausting journey back to human territory, Izaak (another vampire of insignificance) hunts him and snatches Henley up.

And Ronan tracks them down. Taking his precious human back where he belongs, and capturing Izaak to make him suffer for daring to steal his human.

Imagine the whump possibilities for vampire Izaak...he's near immortal. Vampire Ronan could torture him endlessly for hundreds of years and Izaak would never die 😈

Five Sentence Fic: “Wow, I knew you were dumb, but this is stupid even for you. And now I’m gonna make you regret it.”

"Wow. I knew you were dumb, but this is stupid even for you. And now I'm gonna make you regret it."

Izaak doesn't hear a word. Blood whooshes through his ringing ears, a deafening roar that drowns out all other sound. It's like drowning underwater, or stuck inside a jet engine. The pressure builds and builds until he feels like his head is going to explode. He can't think, can't breathe, can't move. All he can do is wait for the ringing to stop and the world to come back into focus.

He writhes about in agony on the concrete floor, his tear-streaked face mingling with the dirt until his features are hidden beneath a mask of grime. The blow to his head pulses and throbs, and a headache erupts behind his eye sockets. The room swirls around him like a runaway carousel.

“You know…” Ronan mumbles to himself. He crouches down to Izaak, and swipes the dribbles of drool down slipping from his lips down his chin, “Maybe I should have you put down. Foaming at the mouth like a rabid dog… the biting-”

Biting. Izaak’s hazy eyes pop open, his heavy head lolling about on his shoulder. It feels like his skull is stuffed full of rocks, he can’t keep it upright. But he can just about make out the purpling, blood-oozing bite mark on Ronan’s outstretched arm. You could mistake it for a shark bite… Izaak nearly tore a chunk from the bastard’s arm.

Specks of blood dot around him. Not his. Ronan’s. Izaak tastes copper on his tongue. Blood. Not his. Ronan’s. He bursts into a toothy grin, a breathless gasp of a chuckle wheezing from his lungs - his teeth stained ruby red.

Fuck yeah. He’s still got it. Izaak is still a force to be reckoned with. He put up a good fight against Ronan and gave him a run for his money. No matter what Ronan throws at him, he is beaming with pride.

“W…Worth it-” Izaak sputters and coughs with a smirk.

Ronan would be damn ELATED. Imagine his little face it'd be like a mixture of 😱😏😌🥳😈, and then he'd proceed to absolutely make Izaak regret ever speaking up and would not leave him alone for a second.

Literally would be with Izaak like how he is with Henley. Every day. I think he'd ignore Henley, Izaak is the new Henley now. The closest thing Izaak ever had to a best friend was his bunkmate in juvie. They were pretty much inseparable, ride or die together. His friend's sentence was up before Izaak's and he was released early. When Izaak got out and tried to track his best friend down, he could never find him again. It devastated him.

So Izaak is a deeply lonely person. He hates solitude. That's partly why he took Henley as a pet - for the company. And I would think the smallest part of him (and he would never admit this to himself or anyone), is kind of glad Henley is with him during his captivity. So he's not all alone in the ordeal.

Henley being a bloodbag whumpee is so precious! And the storyline you created on the spot like that is so amazing. Like imagine Ronan often being kinder and "gentler" when biting Henley, so when Izaak bites him for the first time after Henleys used to that "kindness" Henley has to try to control himself and be good despite the pain and aggression. Not to mention, the idea that Izaak would be tortured for eternity, and how much that would break him is fucking phenomenal. I think after he admitted it to himself it'd just crush him!

Sorry for ranting, you don't have to respond to this lol. Your characters are my current blorbos.

Also if you ever feel like taking a request, I'd love a vampire au drabble!
