I'm so fucking excited to get all this outstanding work done, and for tax season to fuck off. I cannot wait to have more time to play games with pals, go out with friends whom I haven't seen in a few months....go to some random meetups to meet new ppl and create new connections (and perhaps snag me a new person wink wonk LMAO).
And just...have more time to live. To stop feeling as lonely as I am feeling rn. CAUSE HOO BOY, it's been hitting me hard. And I can't do too much about it CAUSE of the deadlines I need to meet!

Hello! Unfortunately, I'm uncomfortable coming off anon. Hopefully you understand. I'm just hoping for some reassurance; this mod was previously part of another ATLA zine that was entirely unable to open POs as the mod in charge of finance/shipping ghosted late into the zine's stages without a word (despite being active in other places). I'm wary of it happening again, and hope that it doesn't. Thanks.
Hey there Anon, I completely understand why you don't want to come to us personally :)
I think I'm actually the one you're talking about, if I recall correctly, I don't want to say the zine name because I want to be respectfull of that zine and not risk any info coming out about it that the other mods are wary of, but it's one that's been going since last year correct? (If I'm wrong then I politely ask you to send another message with more details and perhaps the mod's name as I don't know what you're referring to)
I actually spoke with one of the other mods last week about this issue and would like to give you as much info as I can to put you at ease :)
I definitely wasn't ghosting- what happened was a combination of technical glitches and miscommunication
I spoke with two of the other mods a few months ago (I don't want to say any names publicly as I don't know how they feel about that) when the final check in was upon us, at the time one of the mods was stepping down and the other said they'd be in contact with the head mod soon, who there hadn't been alot of contact with for some time
I'm a very hard worker who is very dedicated to my projects, and as I'm the head mod of this zine, I'll ofcourse know if there's a hiatus or a technical error or something going on, and I'm in private communication with atleast one of the other mods so if something happens we should be able to talk to eachother even without the server, and I definitely have learned my lesson about discord glitches and communication at this point so I'll be making a much bigger point of not assuming things and just pinging people if I don't hear something in a bit or something odd happens- and I should have done that to begin with :( But please know it was an honest mistake and not something malicious
I was in another zine with one of the other mods and in frequent communication there at the time, having spoken several times to this specific mod, and nothing about the ATLA zine was ever brought up, so I assumed that the combination of those two issues meant that there was some kind of hiatus happening and I hadn't been directly informed of it
I assumed that when the team was ready to start talking preorders they would contact me, but I never heard anything from anyone, so for a time I really thought that there was just a hiatus happening
I finally decided to reach out to one of the other mods a week or two ago and just ask what was going on, at wich point I was informed that preorders had been put on hiatus because "no one could get in touch with me", despite that I had never gotten any private messages or emails or any other form of contact rather than- I assume- @s in the server, wich I couldn't see
I, ofcourse, apologized profusely and the mod I contacted assured me that we would be opening physical preorders at some point in the future and that she would let me know when she had an update in that area as I intend to stay on as the finance/shipping mod and as I've already poured my own personal money into some of the merchandise for that zine- along with making all of the necklaces for the contributors, I had already also bought the bookmark ribbon and charms, so I've easily spent $30-$50 on that zine already, I wouldn't do that if I was ghosting them or leaving them
I also have screencaps of the conversation I mentioned before that details all of this but I would prefer not to post publicly as, again, I don't want to put anyone else in the spotlight if they don't want to be there, and I also don't want the Korrasami zine to become about something it isn't, but I'd be happy to share those privately to ANYONE who asks and gives me a way to contact them

I'm looking forward to being updated further about the ATLA zine in question from the mod I'm in communication with and I'm also looking at solutions for the discord issue
I hope that this puts you at ease Anon, and I'm completely open to addressing things further if I need to
