#I don't feel the need to differentiate my alters as much anymore

scared for my official evaluation with my therapist for autism and DID because even though my symptoms are well-documented and clear for a long time, I'm afraid my therapist won't believe me

#it's such an irrational fear #I think my thing is that without these diagnoses I don't know what's wrong with mr #me #and that scares me #I feel like not having a diagnosis is not being acknowledged #which undermines all the suffering I endured #and also how much progress I've made #I don't feel the need to differentiate my alters as much anymore #but that makes me feel fake in therapy when I'm talking about things that “I” did #or that “I” remember #because most often it wasn't actually “me” #anyway #mmanifold rambles #for the therapist #mmanifold goes to therapy
