Hosea 6:6. 

“I don’t want your sacrifices—I want your love; I don’t want your offerings—I want you to know me." (TLB)

"I want people to know Me". (NCV)

As soon as I read Hosea 6:6, today's verse of the day on the YouVersion APP, "I want people to know Me" resonated inside me. The writing of the Bible and everything God does is for that reason only: because He wants people to know Him, love Him and have a relationship with Him. This is what God yearns for above everything. Friend, don't let the Devil convince you that God didn't mean you when He said He wants people to know Him. As The Living Bible translation says: "He wants YOU to know Him". If you were the only person left on the planet, your Heavenly Father would spend the rest of your life pursuing you, loving you and hoping you would love Him, turn to Him and want to know Him. PRAYER: Thank You Lord, that You never let go, that if I ever turn away from You, Your love would pursue me all the days of my life until I came back to You. As the song "You Never Let Go" by Matt Redman says: "Through the calm and through the storm You never let go. In every high and every low. Lord, You never let go of me." Thank You, my beloved Father. I pray that if anyone reading this is feeling that they don't deserve Your love, You will show them just how great Your love for them is and how much You want them to know You. I pray that they will know, in their heart, that they are so loved that You will pursue them all the days of their life, just in case they ever want to love You back. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Friend, God wants your love. Your love matters to Him. YOU matter to Him.
