Gale throws a sad look at the garlic he'd been wanting to use for tonight's dinner, then puts it away with a deep, sorrowful sigh.

"Very well then, I suppose we'll make a garlic-free dinner tonight. I could do without his complaining as well, so it would probably be in everyone's interest."

He begins to chop some vegetables. You hear him mutter under his breath.
