नई दिल्ली : आज के इस दौर में हेडफोन का इस्तेमाल कुछ ज्यादा ही बढ़ गया है बता दें कि हेडफ़ोन आज पहली बार नहीं उपयोग हो रहा यह वॉकमैन के जमाने से इस्तेमाल होता आ रहा है, हालांकि हमेशा हिदायत दी गई है कि हेडफोन का लंबे समय तक इस्तेमाल कानों के लिए ठीक नहीं है। कई बार आर्मी में भी हेडफोन के अधिक इस्तेमाल के कारण कई लोगों की भर्ती नहीं हुई। वहीं अब कोरोना महामारी के दौरान हेडफोन का इस्तेमाल बहुत ज्यादा बढ़ गया है। अधिकतर लोगों को जहां घर से काम करना पड़ रहा है, वहीं विद्यार्थियों का भी सहारा ऑनलाइन क्लास ही है लेकिन ऐसे में ईयरफोन का इस्तेमाल बढ़ गया है और डॉक्टरों का कहना है कि उनके पास कानों में दर्द, परेशानी और संक्रमण की शिकायतें लेकर ज्यादा लोग आ रहे हैं।

चिकित्सा विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार पिछले आठ महीनों से हेडफोन और ईयरपॉड का इस्तेमाल लोग कई-कई घंटों तक करने लगे हैं, जिससे ये शिकायतें बढ़ी हैं।

वहीं इसे लगाकर कई कई घंटे तक ऊंची आवाज सुनने से सुनने की क्षमता भी कमजोर पड़ रही है। अगर लोग अपनी आदतें नहीं बदलते हैं तो उनके कानों को स्थायी नुकसान हो सकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि ईयर वैक्स की वजह से कीटाणु प्राकृतिक तौर पर मरते हैं और इससे संक्रमण रूकता है लेकिन कान साफ करने के लिए रूई के इस्तेमाल से यह रक्षात्मक वैक्स (मोम जैसा पदार्थ) हट जाता है और कान के आंतरिक हिस्से को कीटाणुओं के संक्रमण का खतरा बढ़ जाता है।
