I slightly mentioned that PJ is a metaphor and doesn't hv a completely lore-based story on its own so let me explain what it means to me (vaguely bc it can be anything lol)

As I mentioned, PJ doesn't exist outside of ones mind and is just a copy of what is supposed to be Peridot, PJ is someone who doesn't know true realities and herself. She also has memories lost or short-term memory.

A blacked-out face means unable to see yourself the same, u don't know who u really are, wings with eyes means to ability to be free but hypervigilance.

The clothes are kinda based on my dreams I had where I was Peridot.

Key details are eye bags, which means always in a dream state, tired to wake up.

Now why Peridot specifically besides she's my favorite? Ppl use fictional characters to comfort and cope, just as simple as that.

The dreamcore like settings are stuck in false realities and some that feel familiar but can't recalled.

Note that PJ is different from Peridot herself, PJ is almost like her own character in some ways. (also her voice is not like Peridot, more like distorted kinda)
