please PLEASE elaborate more on Bubby needing glasses and Coomer helping them

Whenever Coomer would pass by Bubby, or even work along side them on projects, he knew that something was wrong as Bubby would constantly be squinting and complaining about migraines. Which, in a way, was kind of ironic considering they shared some DNA with Peeper Puppies, who have excellent eyesight.

"You know, professor, based on your genetic makeup, I personally believe you'd have incredible vision!!!" "There's a reason why peeper puppies have multiple eyes, Harold."

Coomer was the one who brought up the idea of glasses, which was met with utter disgust by Bubby. They responded by saying that it would throw off their motif and that they didn't want to look like the dozens of other nerdy scientists who worked here....

...Though they reluctantly agreed due to Coomer's persuasion and constant compliments whenever they would try on different glasses they found scattered around the facility. (Keepers finders.) Obviously, there were lenses that helped Bubby's vision, but they stuck to their guns and chose the glasses with the coolest frames, even if they made their vision and migraines way worse.

In the end, Coomer ended up stealing Bubby's files from the advanced biological research lab after hours in order to get custom glasses for them; with the correct prescription and the frames that they preferred.

BONUS: The first thing that Bubby ever saw clearly was Coomer's smile :)

Gordon takes off to the bathroom, looking for a towel. He drops his voice into a whisper.
