25 cents! Cheap! As a childhood GPK fan, this is a solid and extremely enjoyable release! The artwork is crystal clear and the colors really pop. The only thing missing is the artwork from each card's back, and it's a real shame it's not been included. Perhaps Topps can release a GPK Card Trader app (like their incredible STAR WARS release) in which the fronts and backs of each card can be viewed. Here's to hoping this book is a hit for them and future volumes can be released. Go to Amazon
A book for newbies and serious collectors alike I have been collecting GPK cards since I was 11 (I'm 43 now), I have over 1,000 not counting duplicates. I have the first 3 original series complete. This book is excellent. I can show my son these wonderful cards without risking damage to my collection. The pages are high quality glossy paper. On the bottom of each page it shows you the alternate names for each card the (B) cards. There is an index in the back. To top it all off, you get 4 limited edition cards with the book. If you love GPK cards, this book is a must! Go to Amazon
Great Book! Great book, the art from my childhood is now iconic, like 60's pop culture art was from that era. Truth be told, the art for GPKs was heavily inspired by 60s Topps monster issues. It's a blast to thumb through the book and see all the hilarious GPKs. Go to Amazon

Who grew up in the 80's and didn't collect these cards? I have fond memories of the 80's. So many toys in the early 80's, secret wars, super powers, Star Wars, g.i. Joe, transformers, voltron, thundercats, he-man, ect. One of the long forgotten collectibles of the 80's were these cards, the garbage pail kids. I remember my mom getting me pack for a quarter, chewing that hard pink bubble gum stick that came in the pack, and putting together and album in number order of all the gross boys and girls that were offered up in this set. That was almost thirty years ago. When I saw this book I had to have it and take a walk down memory lane with the garbage pail kids. If you grew up collecting these, make room on your e-reader, ipad, tablet whatever and do yourself a favor and download this book. You won't be disappointed. You're guaranteed to break out in laughter and you can show the younger generation what real entertainment was before we had a World Wide Web and Nintendo 3ds in our hands. Go to Amazon
Great little reference guide, wonderful artwork This excellent little book covers the original Garbage Pail Kids, Series 1-5 (1985-1986). Each page depicts a separate card; the card backs are not depicted. There is a nice forward written by Art Spiegelman who created the franchise. Go to Amazon
Garbage Pail Kids Book I love this book!! So nostalgic in nature. It took me back in time to a more youthful time in my life. I loved GPK cards as a kid and when I found out recently they still made them, I got bit by the bug again. I now own all the complete life work Garbage Pail Kids sticker card from OS1-15, ANS1-7, FB1-3 & BNS1 at the writing of this review on 12-18-12. A must buy coffee table book for anyone wanting a conversation starter piece or for anyone at all interested in Garbage Pail Kids. This book has a short intro, then a handful of pages of background and then finally the rest of the book is a blown up picture of the first few series of cards, one on each page with the A/B alternate. Very informative and a good reference manual for the GPK collector or novice collector barely getting into collecting GPK cards. Good Luck!! Go to Amazon
Good for the nostalgia and hard of seeing. Sequel? If you missed out on the cards, can't afford the originals or hard of seeing, I recommend this collection of the first few series of Garbage Pail Kids reprinted in a larger format. I would have liked more behind-the-scenes information about the series (and, maybe there isn't that much to say), but the packaging is very much worth it and kinda takes you back to the days you could pick up a wax-pack of GPK with a stuck of Pepto Bismal flavored gum. Go to Amazon
Worth it for fans of all ages! Five Stars Four Stars Grosser and more glorious than I remember them! Five Stars Five Stars A bit of nostalgia for the wife Garbage Pail Kids Nostalgia Five Stars Five Stars
