Okay but like unironically these handful of cars in on the late 80's early 90's are rad as hell. One of my personal favorites were Nissans/Datsuns 300zx series. Between the boxier design of the z31 to the curvier z32.

The magic for me in them is with the digital dashboard and clusters. Granted these were done as an luxury upgrade to the base model of the car they were not always the most accurate from display actual speed. Making it a very funny temperamental car.

Well, the wait is over. This is the current version of the Nissan Z. Looks A1 to me. Interior is absolutely on point, and the body is clean with lines that flow naturally. For tuner guys and girls they really came through serving up a platform begging to be modified.

So here's the important stuff. It will come equipped with a 400hp Twin Turbo 6 cylinder power plant, and is most definitely coming with a 6 speed manual transmission. Out powering its cousin the Toyota Supra, and being equipped with Nissan's ever faithful v6 engine that begs to be beat on by drifters and drivers alike. Haven't heard about the Nismo or track specs yet, but I'm hoping it will come with the Brembo kit and Nismo suspension that made the z33 and z34 so appealing to true drivers. God knows the Brembos came in clutch when I used to carve around the Utah canyons in the 350z track version.

All in all, from a former Z owner and a Nissan faithful, I couldn't be happier.
