actually, anything black cradle related. Jedao in the black cradle pre-Cheris, Jedao stripped out of Cheris at any point in the books and shoved back in, Cheris being put in however you might swing that, Kujen being trapped while Cheris or Jedao fuck with him the way he fucked with Jedao

Jealousy. Brezan being jealous of Cheris for somehow being a “better” Kel than him, Cheris being jealous of the way that kel who haven’t eaten a shuos general get community/stability/the comfort of orders, Kujen and Jedao being jealous of other people’s ability to die

Jedao being the manipulative bastard we all know and hatelove

Honestly some of the tags in this set are prompts in and of themselves. I’d be absolutely delighted to figure out how you’d even make Sphene & Mercy of Kalr & Kalr 5 hate happen let alone resolve. 

Anything at all about how Anaander’s life (lives?) are going away from the Republic of 2 Systems or Radchaai history. Have pieces of Anaander discovered the split pre-Omaugh? Have there been prior splits in Anaander? What happened to them? Naskaaia Eskur & Anaander Mianaai fits in here I think. 

What stupid petty things has Breq done to piss Anaander off? I’m thinking along the lines of flagging 60 radish growing competitions as ‘high priority’. Does Anaander respond? Would Breq recruit the Mercy of Kalr crew or some of our other favorite characters to help create optimally annoying reports?

I’d love to see Seivarden before she was found by Breq. Why and how was she on Nilt? How did she get on Kef? How do the years she spent outside of the Radch change the way she interacts with folks in the Republic of 2 Systems?

Roger/Thom: I’m currently finding a ‘thom and/or roger survive’ au appealing. It would especially be cool to see the fallout of Thom idolizing Roger and realizing that Roger had every intention of discarding him when he became inconvenient (or did he??). Roger being jealous of Thom because he has more power/potential. I you want to get into whatever weird-ass ritual Thom used to resurrect Roger I’m totally down for that

Numair/Ozorne: I’ve read Tempests and Slaughter, so feel free to roll with that version of canon if you want. I do think it would be interesting to see how they got from ‘generally friends’ to, uh, not that. Passive-aggressive letters where Ozorne offers Numair a place at court or something. AU where during Emperor Mage Numair somehow thinks that Ozorne has killed Daine and fucks up the palace in a more Numair-y way, Stormwing!Ozorne doing whatever the fuck Stormiwing!Ozorne does

Broken Earth

Nassun & Essun: Pre-season Nassun hating Essun, Essun resenting Nassun for being not Alabaster’s and for not having to be abused in a Fulcrum like she was, projecting self-hatred onto each other, post-canon meeting somehow? 

Essun/Jija: Looooots of projection here, Essun is comparing Jija to Alabaster and Schaffa and probably a lot of other people, and Jija is seeing Essun as the uncontrolled orogene who killed his friend. Essun catching up to Jija and fucking him up, Essun finding what’s left of Jija after Nassun killed him, either of them dealing with the complexities of grieving for someone you hate but also maybe love
