Fucking wonder why #Again. I liked the movie but it actively bombed the bechdel test which itself is SUCH A LOW BAR #AND it had THREE—count ‘em THREE—distinct instances of fridging. Are you fucking kidding me #Cant make this shut up ahskjsksjskdbsk #ANYWAY if you’ve seen both these movies you can also prolly see the similarities in fight choreography and tone and editing/cinematography #As well as the converging storylines/character arcs and slightly unlinear plot progression #Even the comedy is pretty similar! #The biggest difference (and imo where BOP suffered the most) is in the pacing for sure #But seriously. The films are so fucking similar and we all know why one got shat on instead of the other. Hmmmmmmm #mine #just some thoughts #media analysis
