However, that didn't turn out the way they had planned. Eve eventually became an EMT and stayed at the job for several years. An unfortunate accident led to an early medical retirement, which broke Eve's heart. The girl loved her job and everything that came with it. After losing the job of her dreams, she began having quite the social media presence, which led to her meeting a gentleman who wanted nothing but companionship. Now a sugar baby, Evelyn lives the life she had only dreamed about. While it might seem like she's reckless and doesn't care, she volunteers for a crisis hotline to assist people with any issues they might have. The helping nature she had always possessed would never go away, so she puts it to use.

Isabellas father had come to the country in hopes of a new life from his previous one in Italy. When he was in Times Square his first week he was hit while crossing the street by a drunk Walmart truck driver, the small fortune that he got from that is how he started his motel chain, which eventually turned into hotel, and then eventually turned into a luxury hotel dynasty.

A few years after Isabella graduated from Yale she found out that her father had a second family in Italy that he did not want her mother to know about. In the rush of leaving the country, he signed all ownership of the hotel over to Isabella thinking she would simply sign them back to him after he was settled...but the embarrassment caused her mother to take her own life and now Isabella is out for revenge. She is holding onto the hotel and making it her own.

After graduating she was strong armed into an arranged marriage with another prominent name, their marriage holds no love but was one of convenience. Recently the couple had come to head when an affair was leaked to the public, her husband saying he was going to leave only for Isabella to find out she was pregnant.

Her childhood was full of love and affection from both her parents, and a little too much love and affection from her step-brother who was from her mothers previous marriage.Growing up she had all the friends, most of which happened to be the kids that belonged to the members of the Devils Mayhem MC. Her first boyfriend was the son of the president, but things never workout the way people want them to. Her father was hellbent on driving the MC out of the town, but instead drove her out the town. College was on her mind, which was how she landed in Las Vegas. Culinary school was the only thing she wanted to do. Baking was a passion for her, something she did to keep herself from going crazy half the time. Cat ended up working for some of the best chefs around, so she was quite capable of what she was doing. Her step-brother was seventeen, and he was always in trouble for something. He started making advances at her which she brushed him off, but it only got worse to the point that he took it upon himself to force her into sex, threatening her if she ever told a soul about what he’d done to her. It went on until he left for the marines when he was eighteen. She was thankful for that day. Despite having been threatened, she still told someone, but it wasn’t until years later. Her brother was still serving when they’d gotten the news that he’d been killed. Catarina found it strange since her brother was apparently due home two days after he was killed. She confronted the one person she’d told, only to find out he’d had a hand in it.

Eilonwy’s home city was ravaged by the virus, headed by a particularly nasty zombie calling himself the Horned King. Her father was the mayor, and as such her family was captured and held captive for a few months. 

While being held captive, the Horned King bit and turned her mother and father. She was set to be next, but a couple of young hunters broke in and freed her. What they didn’t know was that she’d been bitten. 

Eilonwy has thrown herself into being a hunter, doing her best to keep her secret under wraps.

Meet Charlotte Wells. She is 29 YEARS OLD. Charlotte resides in Cherry Creek and works as an Emergency Room Nurse at St. Lukes Presbyterian Hospital.

ABOUT Charlotte Wells

Charlotte grew up on Beaver Island in the middle of Lake Michigan. It was a bustling tourist spot in the summer and almost deserted in the off season. Growing up she was an only child so she became quite independent. There were not many children close to her home so it was not until she started going to school that she started to make friends. Even then she was not super popular, always being more introverted and bookish than the majority of her peers.

After high school she moved to Chicago for college. Her four years at nursing school were tough both on an academic and personal level. She had never been somewhere without her family and Chicago was massive, especially when compared to her tiny island with a population of about six hundred. When she graduated she was offered a job at one of Chicago’s busiest hospitals in their emergency room. The hours were long and the shifts were insane but she loved her job despite always thinking she would end up working in a practice or something low key. She got along well with her coworkers, kept in touch with some of the patients and even caught the attention of one of the paramedics. She was twenty-three when they got married. No one coached her on how to leave him though. She ended up crashing at a friends apartment, refusing to leave for days. When she did finally leave she instantly regretted it as her husband had guessed where she was. She went back to Beaver Island. 

Once everything was settled in the fall of 2017 she set her plan to get away into motion. She wanted to move as far away as she could.Denver, Colorado won out in the end. Getting a job was easy enough despite her extended absence from the field. Thankfully there was an opening in the St. Lukes Presbyterian Hospital which was the last piece she needed for everything in her new life to fall into place. She continues to keep everyone at arm’s length though. Her coworkers barely knew anything about her life outside of the walls of the hospital. The walls she built up were tall and thick to keep herself safe.

Amara grew up in a trailer park with her four older sisters and one younger brother alongside her Italian parents. Her father saw her as his fifth failure to get a boy and treated her like it as well. However, two years later her brother Gianni was born. The two being the youngest out of the bunch, they grew up being pretty close and made the best out of their living arrangements. Up until she was eighteen and living at home, her life seemed pretty simple but Amara liked it that way. That was until one day, Gianni was kicked out and a year later, their father died in a fire in his shop. Not being able to stay there any longer, Amara packed her bags and left to go to college for Italian Studies. While she enjoyed the life she could now live away from her family, it didn’t mean it was much better. One of her classmates had hoped to gain her attention but when it didn’t turn out the way he had anticipated, his true colours showed and he began stalking her. With no one really believing her, she was left to deal with it all on her own but was yet unable to. After a car accident however, Amara knew she had to leave and moved to Denver, where she hoped to reconnect with some family and stay under the radar, afraid her stalker might return if he knew her whereabouts.

BIOGRAPHY

Daphne Greengrass was the firstborn daughter of Elias Greengrass and Celeste Carrow. She was born in late April of 1979.

When she was just six months old, Elias brought scandal, disgrace, and shame to the Greengrass name when his indiscretions with a young witch named Veronica Grimani were publicized after it was discovered she was pregnant with Elias’s child. With the prospect of a son on his mind, Elias made tentative plans to cast aside his wife Celeste and firstborn; however, these plans fell through when Elias discovered Veronica had given birth to a daughter, who she had named Astoria. Elias suffered a great disappointment that resulted in him ending his relationship with Veronica and electing to return home to his wife and firstborn.

Despite his rather large, year-long blunder, Celeste welcomed her husband back with open arms and, in time, forgave him for all the hardship he had caused their family. Their marriage had suffered greatly as a result of his relationship with Veronica, and would never truly return to what it had been before; however, with a lot of time and work, the two rebuilt much of the trust that had been lost as well the respect and affection that had been there from the start.

Several months after Elias returned to Greengrass Manor, Celeste went behind her husband’s back to reach out to Veronica Grimani, the woman her husband had cast aside. It was Celeste who insisted that Elias form a relationship with his daughter; it was also Celeste who suggested Veronica and she give their daughters, who are half-sisters, the opportunity to meet.

Perhaps a sibling rivalry would have been expected under such circumstances, but Astoria and Daphne were inseparably close from the start, entirely devoted to one another beyond whatever games their families insisted on playing to try and pit them against each other (and there were many antics that threatened to do so growing up).

Without Elias’s involvement (he wanted as little to do with Veronica and Astoria as possible), Celeste and Veronica, two very unlikely friends, arranged several times a month where their children could meet. As they got older, Celeste and Veronica opened their homes to both girls. Astoria spent most of her time at her mother’s estate, while Daphne preferred to spend her time at the Greengrass Manor, though the as she got older, Daphne would float between households without any reservations.

Elias showed a consistent disinterest in Astoria, though he was never violent or cruel to her; he insured she had a good life though was adamant in preferring his eldest, as Daphne was his heir in business and the heir to his name. Elias and Daphne maintained a close relationship throughout her childhood, though their closeness dissipated as in Daphne’s teenage years, when it became obvious she had little to no interest in learning about the family business. As time went on, she showed even less interest in the prospect of ever inheriting it, to Elias’s great frustration. He began to push his eldest daughter, hoping this might motivate her; however, whenever Elias pushed Daphne, she would push right back three times harder.

Both Elias and Daphne had similar temperaments and would often end up engaging in quarrels. This placed a significant strain on their relationship, and although Elias maintained that Daphne was his favorite child, he then attempted to engage with Astoria, who he had cast aside from the moment of her birth. Recognizing her potential, Elias attempted to get Astoria to uphold his impossible standards. He saw a collection of his own faults in Astoria, making him believe she was an unsuitable candidate for taking over the business once he no longer could manage it; despite this, he pushed her, hoping to correct those failings. She often stumbled, and unlike with Daphne, Elias was unforgiving towards Astoria’s shortcomings.

Daphne began attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry when she was eleven. She was sorted into Slytherin House, where she quickly formed friendships with Pansy Parkinson, Blaise Zabini, Tracey Davis, Draco Malfoy, Millicent Bulstrode, and Theodore Nott, several of which were childhood companions.

With the freedom to shed her father’s overbearing hand, Daphne thrived at Hogwarts both academically and socially. She was well-liked within her house, and well-known throughout the rest of the school, a fact she quite liked. The gossip surrounding her father’s scandal was all but nonexistent within the castle, allowing the eldest Greengrass to create a name for herself rather than having her father’s reputation represent her.

When Astoria arrived at Hogwarts the following year, Daphne quickly took her under her wing and the two became inseparable yet again, save for the moments when Pansy Parkinson would intervene and drag Daphne off for a couple hours. Despite Daphne’s tendency to lean towards irresponsibility, she was always very protective of Astoria and ensured that all of her friends - in addition to herself - were looking out for her little sister.

In her Fourth Year, Daphne engaged in her first serious relationship with Marcus Flint, who was two years older than she (though only one year ahead of her). Their courtship was highly publicized in Page Six of the Daily Prophet - as is much of Daphne’s life, as she is commonly referred to as “the Page Six darling” - and ended quickly and badly. No one knows the details of how their relationship dissolved, as Daphne refuses to talk about it and will hastily change the topic if anyone is ever foolish enough to bring up Marcus Flint.

As she got older, Daphne’s reputation evolved into something of a wild child. She was infamous for her trademark enigmatic smile and her ruthless charm that left no man standing when she focused her attention entirely on him. She was undeniably charismatic and often provocative for shock value, though as insatiable as she was captivating. While Astoria was poised and pretty and known for her bright smile, Daphne was likely off doing something reckless and adrenaline-pumping, known for her love of adventure and refusal to be held down or back by anyone or anything (that included, but was not limited to, rules, fear, and the possibility of death or serious injury).

Rumors of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named’s return are swirling as Daphne returns to Hogwarts in 1996. The Greengrass family has thus to declare who their loyalty lies with, though Daphne has no doubts that her father - never a man to get his hands dirty - will financially support He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named’s cause. Daphne is relatively unbothered by the aspect of war as she has no intention of getting involved. But what will happen when she discovers her sister has been writing to her godmother, Alecto Carrow, and might be heading towards direct involvement with this conflict?

TRIGGER WARNING: domestic abuse

Rita grew up the daughter of two homeless drug addicts, learning at an early age to do whatever she needed to, both for herself and to appease her parents. When girls her age were going to school, playing with dolls, and worrying about what makeup to wear to which date, Rita was learning how to pick locks and pockets as well as shoplift. When other girls went to dates and out on dates, she took joyrides in their cars that she so convienently “borrowed”. She cared for no one and let no one care for her. 

That was until the day she met a boy by the name of Roscoe DeSoto. He was a perfect gentleman, and she fell for the boy as fast and as hard as Juliet had for Romeo. Before she knew it, she was changing everything about herself to be the perfect match for her first love. But, as she soon came to realize, all good things come to an end. She soon found out that her Prince Charming had a horrible temper. 

On a good day, she’d only end up with her wrists bruised or maybe one black eye. On a bad day…things got worse. Rita forgave him over and over, believing that it was her fault and that she deserved her punishments for making his temper boil. That was until the day she met Dodger. She’d met the boy while hiding from Roscoe, terrified of his over the top temper at something she hadn’t done. Dodger taught her that, just because he told her so, that nothing that had been done to her was her fault and that she didn’t have to live like that anymore. He took her away from her life of abuse and let her stay with him and his friends. She tried to help them however she could, knowing she could never repay their generosity. 

When the virus hit, at first Rita had no idea what was happening. After she’d learned of what all was going on, she grew glad that none of her boys had been hit with the affliction. Day after day, she still worries about Roscoe finding her, or Dodger. She worries after the handsome leader of their gang, and can feel her longing for him growing stronger each time she sees him.

Meet Haisley Morgan, she is 26 years old and resides in Cherry Creek. She currently holds a job as an investigative journalist and photographer. Some would call her enthusiastic, while others would say she’s passive-aggressive.

Here is her story:

Haisley grew up in Lakewood, Colorado, to a close-knit family that kept everything internal.  However, Haisley was not the type to keep close quarters; she wanted to enjoy her life.  Her parents did not approve of this, which in turn, caused her to become rebellious all throughout her childhood, and into her teenage years.  Her behavior seemed to have made her parents snap, both mentally and physically, as they knew they could not control their daughter.  Soon, they began to abuse drugs, bringing in several strangers to do their bidding.  As time went on, the lives of the Morgan family became rather violent.  While with her father, she witnessed him kill a man in the heat of the night.  Afterwards, her father warned her that if she ever spoke of what he done, she would later regret it.  Haisley kept quiet throughout school, where she dabbled in journalism and photography where she soon made quite a few friends in which she could potentially trust with her storied-past.
