?: HEYYYY!!!

[In the background of the other end, there seems to be slightly muffled club music, and someone crying. The crying person does not seem to be Ophelia.]
O: Ness! It’s been so long!
Ne: It's been like… A week and a half, plus I still contact you when I can… Just been busy with uh, a fucked up forearm.
O: Aw, yeah. Ignore the music, I’m out right now. I’m in the women's bathroom at a club! Where are you?
Ne: Apartment parking lot… Ok that's a lie. Cemetery… Definitely not the one in Philly.
O: Okay! I dunno what significance any of that has to you, but I remember killing a few people there once. Speaking of! Well, kinda, uh. Hm.
Ne: First. I come to the cemetery to clear my head sometimes… Talk to the graves, it's calming. And what's up?
[Ness takes a deep breath, preparing for the response.]
O: So! We got this call for a job… it’s a little ways out of Lostfield, and I need a bit of help, so…
Ne: You want me to help?
O: Exactly! You’re so smart girlie, that's why I called you! I have some details ready if you want ‘em!
Ne: Sure but first, do I still get one free murder job?
[Ness laughs, clearly joking.]
O: I’ll see what I can do! But anyway, the reason I need help with this one is because this jackass hired bodyguards. Fucking bodyguards! Talk about paranoid, amiright?
Ne: So what do you need me to do? Kill em? Suck the-
[Ness is cut off by the wind.]
O: That’s Cass’ thing, man.
Ne: I was… Joking. But ok.
O: Oh, well. Either way. You up for the task? Wait, I forgot to tell you what we were even doing! Sorry! I’ve had many drinks. This isn’t a hit! We’re grabbing the bitch and masking him.
Ne: C- christ… Can I get blackout drunk? I'll pay for my drinks just like… Being sad and in pain is a bitch so.
O: Mmm… sorry girl, but I can’t let ya do that. You’re underaged.
Ne: So killing and kidnapping is fine but you draw the line at underaged drinking?
O: Exactly! You catch on really fast! You can have… mayyyybe one drink. But that’s a big maybe. Got it?
Ne: Fine.
O: Another thing, uh. I think you’ll want to know who else is going.
Ne: If I'm helping… [Aside.] Hell this could be my first of many PR jobs. [Front.] Yeah I'd like to know.
O: Okay! [Clears throat.] So… Adelia, Becky, Naomi, Irene, Bianca… Um. Eden. And…
Ne: I thought that was all the girls? Cuz like… I'm assuming you also called me for girls night?
O: Haha… about that. Um. So we… uh.
[Ness sighs.]
Ne: Did Cassius get pissy because we ended up in the bahamas?
O: No, he thought that was funny as shit, uh. We don’t do jobs like these without him, I think you’ll find out why when we get there.
Ne: As long as he keeps Rose and Edgar's names out of his fucking mouth we'll be fine.
O: I can’t promise that. He enjoys riling you up.
Ne: Ophelia. I will bring my dads sawed off shotgun and shoot him in the fucking head. Or get blackout drunk to put up with him.
O: Girl, please don’t do either of those. I’ll… tell him that he needs to tone it down for friday.
Ne: Thank you… Genuinely thank you.
O: Bring a nice outfit, by the way! We can’t have you looking like a mess while the rest of us are dressed up!
Ne: I'll uh… Put on one of the dresses we bought. And uh… I'll buy makeup I guess.
O: OMG! Wait do you want one of us to help you with it?
Ne: Sure? I uh… Seeing as I've only ever worked at an auto mechanics and the pizzeria, not like I've ever had a chance to wear makeup.

Ne: No no… Just… Well… People I can talk to that kinda get me… After sarah and mari went missing, I've really only talked to. Henry, edgar, rose, Katherine. Yeah those are like… The only people I've talked to well enough. You seem to get me and not make fun of me for being… Weird, I've only had like… 3 female, technically 2 but I'm counting mari. 💌 - Well as a pisces sun sign, I feel like I live up to having this trait HHH~ I oddly enjoy crying tbh, so yeah I mainly just cry when I feel the urge - it’s such a release, bottling emotions up is just THE WORST, I can’t stand it. Olsenbanden 2016 - What is your favourite movie from your childhood?
💌 - Honestly I’m wracking my brains trying to remember because all of a sudden I have no recollection of any movies i liked as a child AHAH- I guess this is an odd answer but I really like Clueless, i know it’s more of a teen movie but teens are still kids essentially, and it’s still my favourite movie to date tbh- I like chick flicks ahah~ I first watched it as a pre-teen/young teen, and I’ve rewatched it soooo many times, and as i grew older I understood the more adult jokes more. so yeah it’s kinda from my childhood? it remains a favourite for me, I haven’t stopped liking it so- kinda strange answer but yee (I love the main character, Cher, she’s so funny!)

Ho raccolto le vere criticità ascoltate nell’ultimo mese.
Sono problematiche comuni da affrontare in modo organizzato, sia che facciate formazione online, sia che dobbiate presentare un progetto ad un Cliente oppure ad un team di lavoro.

Sinossi e link utili di riferimento:
1 - Come prepararsi all’evento (oppure al percorso didattico)
Scegli un canale adeguato che possieda anche una struttura di avvisi automatici e/o veri e propri reminder.
Se il tuo sito non si dota di una newsletter punta a Mailchimp (gratis fino a 2000 contatti oppure al praticissimo Eventbrite.it
Crea sempre una "sinossi" della lezione e/o del contenuto (schematizza gli argomenti suddividendoli in modo pratico per la materia da
rappresentare), da tenere a portata di mano (un’occhiata fa sempre comodo per non “perdersi” mentre si parla) oppure da mostrare a schermo come una serie di slides veloci.
Creare una copertina grafica (di benvenuto) con titolo e highlights dell'argomento ti sarà utile.
Prepara i materiali didattici in formato link (preferibilmente Google Drive o, meglio, Dropbox)
Valuta anche l'uso di un canale di supporto (in arrivo mini-tutorial sull'uso dei gruppi di piattaforme diverse): Google Classroom, Edmodo, Facebook Gruppi (con Unità) o Gruppi Telegram, per esempio.
Verifica sempre la tua connessione con uno speed test.
Suggerisco una banda minima in uscita (upload) pari ad almeno 3-4 Mbps
Chiudi tutte le applicazioni superflue (anche pagine web che si auto-aggiornano, oppure applicazioni che lavorano in background.
Idem lato mobile: capita che con il Wi-fi si sottovaluti l'impatto di un telefonino e altri devices che lavorano sulla nostra rete e frazionano la banda mentre lavoriamo dal computer di casa..
Usa le cuffiette (consiglia di fare altrettanto ai partecipanti, nel caso in cui sia previsto l'uso del microfono).
Verifica anche che il microfono che hai a disposizione sia efficace.
Fa delle prove.
Prova anche il livello della tua connessione anche nel caso in cui tu stia utilizzando un programma destinato all'ottimizzazione dello streaming (OBS per esempio, se si usa lo streaming via YouTube).
IMPORTANTE:
Il computer o il tablet destinato alla trasmissione dedicano parecchie risorse in fase di live. Per questo è necessario considerare l'opportunità di scegliere soluzioni di trasmissione adatte per una macchina che dovrà reggere un carico di un certo tipo.
La CAM a volte serve, altre aiuta, altre è un problema.
Valutane l'importanza o la necessità reale.
Può servire nei primi momenti di trasmissione, per essere sostituita poi da condivisione dello schermo, slides o video.
La natura della lezione può essere verticale (il docente/relatore parla e i partecipanti seguono) oppure orizzontale.
In quel caso l'impatto sulla potenza di ricezione dei partecipanti può variare e non garantire a tutti gli allievi un buon livello di resa, penalizzando quindi la lezione.
Fare delle prove con almeno 3 partecipanti può aiutarci a valutare fenomeni simili, sulla base del tipo di lezione che stiamo sviluppando

“Pacchettizzare” le lezioni - simulazione
Una lezione da 3 ore, ad esempio, può essere suddivisa in 5 momenti chiave:
Introduzione, benvenuto, presentazione della lezione;
Prima parte lezione (se in formato video possiamo condividere il link tramite funzioni di piattaforma oppure valutare di condividere direttamente lo schermo sfruttando le casse del computer, se necessario): questa porzione di lezione si chiude con la possibilità di ricevere domande dai partecipanti;
Pausa di 10-15 minuti (anticipando i contenuti post pausa).
Durante la pausa è possibile utilizzare funzioni sondaggio o similari;
Seconda parte lezione (con approccio speculare alla prima parte);
Terza parte con spazio per le domande dei partecipanti.
Utile la spiegazione dei contenuti didattici che si riceveranno post lezione.
FAQ dopo la lezione
A volte non si può rispondere a tutte le domande in diretta (magari è necessario mostrare qualcosa di difficile/macchinosa esecuzione per soddisfare la richiesta) e si può decidere di rispondere nella lezione seguente oppure sfruttando un canale “universale” di supporto per l'approfondimento, come Google Classroom oppure un gruppo utenti.
IN EVIDENZA: COME COMPORTARSI DURANTE LA SESSIONE
Spiegare la formula scelta per la sessione ai partecipanti;
Valuta l’uso di musica di sottofondo (io consiglio Artlist.io (a pagamento), oppure Facebook Sound Collection, e Youtube audio library e, perché no, una playlist su Soundcloud (che non violi il diritto d’autore);
Mai stare in silenzio troppo a lungo;
Mai tergiversare con la cacofonia di un “eeeeee.................”;
Segui sempre la chat o fermati di tanto in tanto dedicandoti esplicitamente alla chat (e avvisa gli utenti);
Varia il tono della voce e mostra allegati e contenuti variabili.
Puoi anche pre-registrare piccole porzioni video o preparare una playlist di contenuto in formato video da mostrare tramite condivisione del tuo schermo (togli le cuffie, in questo caso, in modo da "commentare" e/o interagire al meglio con lo scorrere del video).
Considera anche test e sondaggi durante la lezione oppure al termine della stessa ( Google Form; FreeOnlineSurveys, Fogli di Google Drive (praticamente Excel)
Note conclusive:
ovviamente possedere un "format" significa generare un “ritmo” per la lezione che può risultare utile tanto ai singoli (formatori o relatori), quanto alle strutture formative e/o agenzie di servizio.
In questo caso gli elementi grafici, i canali di contatto e anche i reminder vanno tutti gestiti a dovere in un canale univoco che concentri attenzione, aggiornamenti e informazioni di rito.

woke up at 3 with Sarah and went downstairs to make some toast before watching the new episode of game of thrones hehe it was beautiful. Then grabbed all of our stuff for the flight and hopped into the taxi at 5. Got to Heathrow Terminal 3 v quickly and headed to the check in for Sarah and then went to security. it was went v smoothly and we ended up waiting for about 3 hours til our gate info was released. Everything went well but at the gate sarah's stuff got checked again but the lady at the check in told us it was gunna happen so it wasn't a surprise. Then we got on the plane for over 7 hours :)) yay. the food wasn't too bad and I had regular tea top ups :) watched clueless with sarah first and then the boss baby and finally I, Daniel Blake. the last one was finishing just as we landed and I didn't get to watch the last 5 mins :( but oh well. getting through security was fine after we had to fill in some form and then we were reunited with meggle!!! Eeeeee. went to dunkin donuts and I got a iced latte for the journey and we headed to Freeport to try but Meg some shoes and get her some ice cream heh. then headed to Maine to her house :) went to our room and got into our swimsuits before jumping into the river. it was v nice but im so unfit and was feeling kinda gross from life and the journeying. got back and changed before heading out for dinner and I got some Mac and cheese while Sarah and Meg shared some chips. we walked round for a bit and talked about me and cass and ended up at a park near the elementary school. Willem and tucker were on the roof so Sarah and Meg joined them and I was dead and didnt want to die. then we just headed back and im so dead now and Need sleeps aaa

Woke up dead and was ate a beautiful breaky before church. after we headed home via superdrug to buy some pasteliser for my hair and then me and phoebs dyed my hair light purple eeee. ate lunch and then dad drove me to cass' to drop things off at zir house even though ze wasn't there :(( rip. then drove me and math to the three amigos for him to get advice on his skateboard heh and then we grabbed some bubble tea before going to the skate park. stayed for a bit before heading home to lie down and finish off packing. went to dotori for dinner which was so good and then showered and grabbed my stuff before heading to Sarah's for tomorrow eeeeee. we are gunna wake up at 2am to watch the new episode of GOT and then go get our flight hehe

woke up next to my fave and we went downstairs for tea and I ate the rest of my green tea jelly :)) then we went upstairs to chill and my kanken bag arrived!! Eeeeee but realised I got the same colour as cass :/ oops but it's so pretty I love it aaaa mum got back from work and so said bye to cass and we all went to gma and gpas for mum and muttys birthday lunch!! Cathy and Malcolm were also there which was queet. the food was beautiful then I got back to do a bit of work ew but mostly procrastination heh. then we went to green cottage for dinner mm and then opened presents when we got back (: I got mum some nerines and she liked them woooo:)
