Tumblr media
Back Pain Treatment In Pimpri Chinchwad
What Is Back Pain?
Back pain can result from many specific injuries, conditions or diseases — most frequently, an injury to muscles or tendons in the back. Pain can range from slight to severe. In a few cases, pain could make it difficult or not possible to walk, sleep, paintings or do regular sports. Usually, lower back pain gets better with rest, pain relievers and physical therapy (PT). Cortisone injections and hands-on treatments (like osteopathic or chiropractic manipulation) can relieve ache and assist the healing process. Some back injuries and conditions require surgical repair.
What Are The Symptoms Of Lower Back Pain?
Stiffness: It may be tough to move or straighten your back. Getting up from a seated position may take a while, and you might feel like you need to walk or stretch to loosen up. You may notice decreased range of motion.
Posture Problems: Many people with back pain find it hard to stand up straight. You may stand “crooked” or bent, with your torso off to the side rather than aligned with your spine. Your lower back may look flat instead of curved.
Muscle Spasms: After a strain, muscles in the lower back can spasm or contract uncontrollably. Muscle spasms can cause extreme pain and make it difficult or impossible to stand, walk or move.
What Causes Back Pain?
Back pain must now no longer necessarily be `painful`. Any sort of tingling sensation or numbness in the back area also are labelled as lower back pain in the world of medicine. In any case, when you have a back ache which you can`t appear to shake off, you should see a back pain specialist for Back Pain Treatment. Well, there are a few way of life choices and practices that make you liable to growing back pain:
Extreme bodily labour
Improper weight-lifting
Being overweight
Unsupervised & untrained gym practices
Advanced age
Poor posture , Sitting in a table frequently for extended hours
Sleeping on a bed that doesn’t support the spine
When Is Surgery Required?
When conservative treatment for low back pain doesn’t give relief or neurologic symptoms are worsening or severe, surgery may be needed. Candidates for surgery present any of the following:
Back and leg pain limits normal activity or impairs quality of life
Progressive neurologic deficits develop, similar as leg weakness, numbness or both
Loss of normal bowel and bladder functions
Difficulty standing or walking
medicine and physical therapy are ineffective
Dr. Ganesh Mundhe is a supporter of traditional treatment till surgical procedure is the best option left. However, that doesn’t mean that he is any less professional at performing complicated and advanced surgical procedures. If your back ache is such which you are not able to move around, then you can have reached the very last stages of hip arthritis and you can require hip replacement surgical treatment. But the good news is that the success rate of those surgical procedures could be very high and patients can live a full & contented lifestyle after their initial recovery. Dr. Ganesh takes pride in the wonderful feedback he has acquired from his patients when they have recovered from the surgery successfully. If you do require surgery feel free to consult him and find the accurate Back Pain Treatment in Pimpri Chinchwad.

Ways that can help Ease your Lower Back Pain - Painex Hospital
You've most likely experienced lower back pain. It affects more than 80% of people at some point in their lives. We're all curious about the best way to get rid of lower back pain quickly. Backache can be frustrating and draining at best. At its worst, this type of discomfort can be completely incapacitating. If you've ever awoken with a severe backache, you know how quickly such an ailment can derail your day, week, or even several months or years. There are numerous natural remedies for back pain that can help you reduce your medication intake or supplement your current medical treatment.
Explore these natural pain-relieving methods to see which ones work best for you.
1. Find a Physical Therapist :
This can make a big difference, especially if you've been in pain for more than 4-6 weeks. These specialists can help you become more mobile and flexible by using techniques such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, heat, and muscle relaxation.
They can also teach you self-help exercises to keep your symptoms at bay. These can improve your posture and keep your back and abdominal muscles (your core) healthy.
Painex Clinic is the best solution when it comes to a surgery free back pain treatment in Pune. Our approach for non-surgical treatment helps you get better solutions for your back pain.
2. Sleep Better and sleep longer:
Getting enough sleep is another important strategy for staying in shape. You may experience sleep deprivation if you do not sleep in an optimal position. Aches can also be caused by poor sleeping posture. Make sure your spine is in a neutral position and try to sleep on your back. If you have trouble sleeping unless you're on your side, you should switch sides on a regular basis. Instead of placing your pillow beneath your shoulders, place it beneath your neck and head. Your back will feel less sore during the day if you get a good night's sleep. A good night's sleep can heal you and leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and less stressed.
Tumblr media
3. Keep Moving, Keep Stretching :
Although it may seem counterintuitive to exercise when suffering from lower back pain, the right type of movement can help alleviate the discomfort. It's always a good idea to consult your doctor before engaging in physical activity when you're in pain, but this conversation is well worth having if you're in pain.
Yoga is an excellent way to stretch your back, improve the health of your muscles and joints, improve the distribution of healing nutrients through blood circulation, and increase spinal flexibility. Perform the stretches slowly at first and only progress if you are comfortable and not in pain. You will gradually be able to incorporate more stretches into your routine.
To begin, keep in mind that not all exercise is beneficial in combating back pain. When it comes to relieving back pain, a variety of exercises can be beneficial. According to studies, people who stay active despite low back pain are more flexible than those who play it safe and stay in bed for a week. Exercises that both strengthen and stretch your body are the most beneficial.
4. Ice and Heat:
Hot and/or cold therapy is another effective treatment option. This remedy is simple to implement and reasonably priced. Certain types of aches may be relieved by the application of heat and/or cold. This could include lower back pain caused by common causes such as spinal stenosis. If you have direct lower back pain as a result of an injury such as a collision, a fall, or a sports injury, hot/cold therapy may be an option. Other types of aches that may benefit from hot/cold applications include sore muscles from exercise and a pulled muscle caused by straining the back.
There isn't much evidence that ice will relieve your symptoms, but some people swear by it. Do you want to see if it will work for you? Apply ice to your lower back at least three times per day: in the morning, after work or school, and before bed. To protect your skin, wrap the ice or cold pack in a towel. Leave it on for no more than 15-20 minutes at a time.
Heat can help relieve low back pain. Moist heat, such as baths, showers, and hot packs, is more effective. However, you could try an electric heating pad. Apply it for 15 to 20 minutes at a time to your sore back. Set a timer to avoid falling asleep with it.
5. Reduce Your Stress, Calm your mind
Prolonged periods of high stress can be detrimental to your health, including your back. Stress can affect the way you breathe, which can lead to back tension and strain. Furthermore, it is common for people to become less active during times of stress. Unfortunately, becoming more sedentary is the polar opposite of what most people require during these times. Sitting at a desk, reclining on a couch, or staying in bed instead of stretching or exercising can be detrimental to your health. Consider making some minor changes to your habits to reduce stress and the likelihood of stress-related discomfort.
According to research, your mental state can influence your chances of developing low back pain more than clinical tests like MRIs and disc injections. People who have chronic pain or difficulty dealing with life's challenges are nearly three times more likely to have back pain than those who do not. That is, if you are constantly anxious or expect the worst in every situation, you are more likely to experience pain.
Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), for example, can help alleviate your symptoms. This exercise teaches you to tune out negative mental chatter and concentrate on your breathing. Look up how to use these techniques online.
Severe pain that is not relieved by self-care must be evaluated by a medical professional in order to receive an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. We have the most experienced back pain specialist in Pune to provide you with proper guidance and various back pain treatment options.
Finding the best pain relief technique is usually a process of trial and error, so it's worth trying out different approaches. Try these natural back pain relief strategies and see what works best for you.

Treatment for acute back pain may include rest, ice, heat, and pain medication.
Chronic back pain Chronic back pain is a long-term condition that lasts for more than 12 weeks. It can be caused by a variety of factors, including arthritis, disc problems, or nerve damage. Chronic back pain can be difficult to manage and may require a combination of treatments, including physical therapy, medication, and injections.
Sciatica Sciatica is a type of back pain that occurs when the sciatic nerve is irritated or compressed. The sciatic nerve runs from the lower back down through the buttocks and into the legs. Symptoms of sciatica include sharp pain in the lower back, buttocks, or legs, tingling or numbness in the legs, and muscle weakness. Treatment for sciatica may include physical therapy, medication, and injections.
Herniated disc A herniated disc occurs when the soft tissue inside a spinal disc protrudes through a crack in the outer layer of the disc. It’s usually caused by a sprain or strain of the muscles, ligaments, or tendons in the back. Acute back pain can be caused by lifting heavy objects, twisting the back awkwardly, or sudden movements.
This can cause pressure on the nerves in the spine, leading to back pain. Symptoms of a herniated disc may include pain in the back, buttocks, or legs, numbness or tingling in the legs, and muscle weakness. Treatment for a herniated disc may include rest, physical therapy, medication, and injections.
Muscular Back Pain Muscular back pain, also known as myofascial pain syndrome, is a common type of back pain that is caused by the strain or injury of muscles and soft tissues in the back. This type of pain can be acute or chronic and can range from a dull ache to a sharp, stabbing pain. Common causes of muscular back pain include poor posture, overuse of muscles, and injury or trauma. Symptoms of muscular back pain can include muscle stiffness, muscle spasms, and tenderness in the affected area. At Painex Pain Management Clinic, we offer a range of non-surgical treatments for muscular back pain.
Spondylolisthesis Spondylolisthesis is a condition that occurs when one vertebra slips out of place and onto the vertebra below it. This can cause pressure on the nerves in the spine, leading to back pain. Symptoms of spondylolisthesis include pain in the back, buttocks, or legs, and muscle weakness.
Nerve Back Pain Nerve back pain, also known as neuropathic pain, is a type of back pain that is caused by damage or dysfunction of the nerves in the spinal cord. It is often described as a sharp, burning, or shooting pain that radiates down the legs or arms. Nerve back pain can be caused by a variety of factors, including spinal cord injuries, herniated discs, or nerve damage from conditions such as diabetes or shingles. Painex Pain Management Clinic specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of nerve back pain, and our team of experts is dedicated to providing personalized care to help alleviate our patients’ pain and improve their quality of life.
Osteoporosis Osteoporosis is a medical condition in which bones become brittle and fragile due to loss of tissue, resulting in an increased risk of fractures. It commonly affects older individuals, particularly postmenopausal women. Osteoporosis can be caused by various factors, including genetics, hormonal imbalances, and nutritional deficiencies. Some lifestyle factors that contribute to the development of osteoporosis include a sedentary lifestyle, excessive alcohol consumption, and smoking.
In conclusion, there are different types of back pain that can affect people in different ways. Acute back pain is a sudden onset of pain that typically lasts for a few days to a few weeks, while chronic back pain is a long-term condition that lasts for more than 12 weeks. Sciatica, herniated disc, spinal stenosis, and spondylolisthesis are all types of back pain that require specialized treatment. Chiropractic Care for Sciatica: Non-Invasive Approaches to Alleviate Discomfort
Tumblr media
Sciatica is a condition characterized by pain, numbness, and tingling that radiates along the path of the sciatic nerve. Chiropractic care offers a non-invasive and drug-free approach to managing sciatica symptoms. In this article, we will explore how chiropractic care can help alleviate discomfort and improve the quality of life for individuals with sciatica.
Understanding Sciatica and Chiropractic Care:
Sciatica typically occurs when the sciatic nerve, which originates in the lower back and extends down the legs, becomes compressed or irritated. Chiropractors specialize in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, including sciatica. Through a thorough examination, chiropractors identify the underlying cause of sciatic nerve irritation, such as spinal misalignments, herniated discs, or muscle imbalances. Chiropractic adjustments, along with other complementary therapies, are then used to restore proper alignment, relieve pressure on the nerve, and promote healing.
Chiropractic Assessment and Treatment Plan:
During the initial consultation, a chiropractor will conduct a comprehensive assessment, which may include a review of medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic tests if necessary. Based on the findings, a personalized treatment plan is developed. Chiropractic adjustments, or spinal manipulations, are the cornerstone of chiropractic care for sciatica. These gentle and precise manual manipulations help restore proper alignment, reduce inflammation, and alleviate pressure on the sciatic nerve. In addition to adjustments, chiropractors may incorporate other therapies such as spinal decompression, soft tissue therapy, and corrective exercises.
Benefits of Chiropractic Care for Sciatica:
Pain relief: Chiropractic adjustments can provide significant pain relief by reducing pressure on the sciatic nerve and promoting natural healing.
Improved mobility: By restoring proper alignment and addressing underlying musculoskeletal issues, chiropractic care can enhance mobility and range of motion.
Non-invasive approach: Chiropractic care is a non-invasive alternative to surgical interventions or long-term medication use, focusing on natural healing and symptom management.
Individualized treatment: Chiropractors tailor treatment plans to each patient's specific needs, considering their unique condition, lifestyle, and goals.
Holistic approach: Chiropractors emphasize overall wellness and may provide guidance on lifestyle modifications, ergonomic changes, and exercises to support long-term relief and prevention of sciatica recurrence.
Chiropractic care offers a non-invasive and holistic approach to managing sciatica, focusing on addressing the underlying causes of nerve compression and promoting natural healing. Through chiropractic adjustments and complementary therapies, individuals with sciatica can find relief from pain, improved mobility, and a better quality of life. Consult with a qualified Chiropractor in India to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for your sciatica condition.

Ayurvedic Treatment for Slip Disc
What is Slip Disc?
A slipped disc is a spinal intervertebral disc that has lost its regular consistency and/or structure. When the disc's soft inner substance (nucleus pulpous) bulges or leaks out of its external fibrous covering, the disc's shape is changed (annulus fibrosis). A slipped disc may be referred to by a number of medical names, including herniated, ruptured, torn, bulged, or protruding disc.
The intervertebral discs help distribute loads and act as spine shock absorbers. The complete motion segment, including the surrounding vertebrae, connective tissue, blood vessels, and nerves, may be impacted by a slipped disc. The lower back and neck are the two areas where slipped discs occur most frequently.
Causes of Slip Disc-
The following are the two most typical reasons of a slipped or herniated disc:
Natural disc degeneration leads the nucleus pulpous to lose moisture and weaken over time.
Damage to the disc that can result from lifting a large object with the wrong posture or from outside forces, like a whiplash injury.
Rarely, conditions that affect the spine's connective tissue or changes to the structure of the bones, like short pedicles, can result in slipped discs.
Symptoms of Slip Disc-
Pain that radiates to your arms or legs, typically on one side of your body, and that gets worse at night or after doing certain activities.
Prolonged standing or reclining makes the pain worse.
Walking a brief distance causes pain.
There may be tingling, aching, or burning feeling in the affected region.
Weak muscles and discomfort.
Ayurvedic Slip Disc treatment -
According to Ayurveda, one of the diseases brought on by vata vitiation is sliding disc. The goal of ayurvedic therapy is to restore normality by addressing the underlying functional imbalance. - The necessary tests will be recommended based on the cause, the severity of the condition, the alignment of the affected tissues, and the individual's body constitution. Based on the results, a proper diagnosis will be made, and the patient will then be given recommendations for a course of treatment, dietary and lifestyle restrictions, and counselling that will effectively control their symptoms and guard against nerve or spinal cord damage. The course of therapy will also incorporate different therapies and internal medications.
The primary goal of the treatment is to-
a) Lessen inflammation.
b) Releasing nerve compressions and spasms in the affected region.
c) Stabilizing the tissues that hold the spine in position by strengthening them.
d) Improve the flow of blood to the joints.
As a result, patients have the option to choose Ayurvedic therapy rather than surgery.
