You wanted some ridiculous builds to replace all four lots in Magnolia Promenade? I have you covered! Sort of. Arguably, the grocery store and the Recreation Center are fairly normal looking. Still, here are four lots to replace whatever is going on in that tiny Get to Work map.

Enjoy the tray files. I'll upload the builds that have not yet been uploaded to the Gallery when the Gallery lets me do that.

Magic and Unicorns Diner

Lot Type: Restaurant

Its unicorn and magic themed. Enjoy too many unicorn decorations and staff all wearing purple witch hats during your sims visit here.

Boba and Ice Cream Cafe

Lot Type: Thrift and Bubble Tea Store

This lot functions as a thrift and boba store and has everything you need for that. It looks like it would feel right at home in a carnival. You haven't made over your #MagnoliaPromenade into a carnival yet? Huh, its a great place for those debug buildings from High School Years. Speaking of, that ice cream stand FROM HSY is fully functional!

Magnolia Family Arcade

Lot Type: Recreation Center

Enjoy a sense of community in your #MagnoliaPromenade with this little recreation center. Positioned next to the park, your sims and their kids can take full advantage of skill building in the area. What about the teens, you ask? Half of this build is an arcade, game away, sims!

Landgraab Groceries

Lot Type: Retail

This lot is now an oldie, but a goodie. One of my favorite builds I've ever made. A fully stocked grocery store. Mostly, I never added My Wedding Stories baked goods. Still, this is my first choice for sending sims to buy angel fish and random fizzy drinks.

On Christmas day I watched The Family Stone (first movie I ever saw where the queer characters just existed as part of the family, no coming out or fighting for rights subplot, it holds an extra special place in my heart)

currently reading: I have just finished The Red Queen by Christina Henry, but I have found it difficult to read the last couple of years (screw you as well depression). When I'm next up for a reading session it'll be Carrie by Stephen King.

Sweet/Spicy/Savory: Sweet! But strangely enough I don't like lollies, only chocolate

last thing I googled: Disney Dreamlight Valley what to feed the monkeys... I tried giving them six different types of things okay, I had reached the end of my tether

current obsession: I gave myself season 4 of Reign for Christmas (yes, I still buy DVD's. Yes, it aired years ago but I could only bring myself to watch season 3 this year, still cried my eyes out when the sad thing I knew was coming happened) but POINT I am back to being obsessed with long skirts, long dresses, and women who don't let men make decisions for them

currently working on: Not feeling like everything I build is 💩, being brave enough to say hi to people on tumblr, and just generally upkeeping my sims playing/writing hobby

I'm spending the day off building two houses instead of one on Vanessa Jeong's lot in Del Sol Valley. I'm giving this woman the house (rental) she deserved. Ironically, this home has more room than her original house, even though there are now two houses on this lot. We don't ask these questions.

Lounge located at the Studio PBP lot in Del Sol Valley

I’ve been itching to rebuild Studio PBP for a while, much like all of the builds in Del Sol Valley. This one though, is very important for your celebrity sims if they are looking to go to the Starlight Accolades and receive awards. 

This lot features a bouncer at the front door to prevent anyone who isn’t a celebrity form entering the lounge. Those camera hounds can stay outside! The first floor has a classy gold themed bar area and a massive auditorium. In the auditorium you will find a grand piano and TWO microphones. Why two? Because a cleb can be receiving their award at one while the host continues the show at the other -- which means you get through more awards every Sunday night.

The second floor contains two exclusive celebrity changing rooms and restrooms for those sims who need to do some extra make-up touch-up before the show.

The theater is fully play tested and functions as an award receiving area and a lounge as intended. Built using move objects on and T.O.O.L. Also, many packs.

Bizarre Fruit Apartment

A remodel of 19 Culpepper House Apartment in San Myshuno. Its gross. I’d like to thank some recent kit releases and Werewolves for giving me the bulk of the gross decorations for this apartment.

This apartment is designed with the idea that Bizarre Fruit are the illegal drug of the Sims 4 world. A couple of unscrupulous and filthy sims live here and spend all of their time growing bizarre fruit and fizzing it to sell at sales table. All of San Myshuno may be come infected by the Mother. Who knows. These sims don’t care, they’ve been infected all ready.

*I had to have TwistedMexi’s Better Build Buy with Deletion Protection turned on to delete the walls without deleting the shelves to upload this to the galley. You may need the same to have the shelves stay as intended when you add walls back in.
