I just played the Demo right now and I just want to say amazing work I love the theme and the writing(⁠*⁠˘⁠︶⁠˘⁠*⁠)⁠.⁠｡⁠*⁠♡! I'm a bit upset we couldn't interact our brother much because a certain parent wouldn't want it and I was happy we got to meet cerise they are pretty amazing I can't wait to see the other RO's(⁠◍⁠•⁠ᴗ⁠•⁠◍⁠)⁠❤! But take your time okay?^^ oh and I also wanted to ask on how would the Ro's react when mc tells them they are afraid on what the MC's mother would do them like saying "I love you but I'm afraid on what my mother would do to you and I'm not sure what to do..." I was wondering how the react?

I'm still considering adding scenes with Trevis in the demo when's MC is still quite young, but I think it'll wait until after editing. Beatrice, the bane of our existence 😔You'll get more of Cerise in the next update for sure, it'll be a pretty big thing for MC... along with some other stuff 👀

Now, to answer your question:

Cerise would scrunch up her nose and side hug MC. She frankly doesn't care much about Beatrice and she's not worried about what she thinks or what she plans. She lost respect for people like her long ago, and she'd focus on reasurring MC and easying up their worries. She may trash talk Beatrice a little if it makes MC laugh.

Barthelemy couldn't help but laugh. "She should be the one that's scared, I can assure you..." He is confident in his abilities to counter all of her schemes and plans. He doesn't mind playing dirty, and he might enjoy ridiculizing Beatrice is she tries to keep him and MC apart.

Aspen is a bit surprised MC is worried about them because honestly? A stuck-up woman is not the worse thing he faced. Aspen would try to cheer up MC and might make them more worried for their own sake by telling them stories about the things he faced. They would give MC some kisses and swear it's fine.

Daphne would understand MC's worries the most out of the cast. She'd talk calmly and try to give logical arguments to make MC more confident. Her own entourage probably has doubts and objections about MC, and she'd take their hand and promise they'll get through whatever others have planned for them. She doesn't date MC for funsies, and she's ready to fight tooth and nails for them.

hum... i had wuthering heights stuck in my head all morning at work, so thank you Becca 😑

but it got me thinking... it's karaoke night for Oscar and friends! What songs do they HAVE to sing? Who's the most excited and dragged all the others to the bar? Who refuses to sing until they feel so pressured they finally give in and it turns out they have a great singing voice? Who's the most enthusiastic and sings all the songs but is totally tone-deaf? Who chooses only ballads? What song has everybody drunkenly singing and hugging and ugly crying at the end of the night?

I needs answers!!! 😂

(obviously you can ignore me and my demands, but like imagining Oscar and Ivan singing a duet or something has me laughing from how choatic it could be!!)

Oscar would probs be up for some karaoke after a bit of prodding and he’s actually pretty good! Noah hates the fact he can sing cos he wishes he could.. he’s terrible, and he’ll flat out refuse to do any karaoke unless he’s drunk.

Courtney’s the most excited, dragging everyone up to do it.. but she’s also the shittest lmao, I doubt Aspen is much better, she'll still be up for it though! Just for a laugh.

Ivan will straight up leave if anyone tries to make him sing, if you catch him singing in the bath though.. he’s average at best.

Matilda's got a decent voice! But she's far too self conscious for karaoke ;-; drunk karaoke? Maybe.

Bruno and Alea have left the building before anyone can even mention the word karaoke.

Sid/Alton are the ballad types I bet, terrible too.. how embarrassing.

Hmmm who else.. I imagine Tommy/Rhys are both shite but Tom will drag Rhys up anyway just cos it’s supposed to be fun, right?! Neither of them are much good :|

Hi there! This is a formal request for advice from Reptiblr, as Facebook groups have proven thoroughly unhelpful.

This is Pirogue (like the boat) -- an approximately year old Crested Gecko I got back in June, weighing in at 8 grams. Originally purchased from Josh's Frogs.

Here, he's pictured in a sauna while I did a body check and cleaned his enclosure. I do this about once every two weeks, because he hasn't been growing so I try to pay extra care to his nutrition and hydration.

He's currently eating Pangea Growth & Breeding, and before that, he was on Repashy Complete Mango. I swapped him because he refuses to eat insects and hasn't really grown the whole time I've had him.

His full time enclosure is a 20g vertical corner tank, with two food ledges, two thermometer/hygrometer units, a water bowl (in case he feels the need to soak for any reason), 6 different hides, and several other random furnishings (plants, wood, ledges, etc).

He's got a ReptiSun UVB 10.0 -- that I bought the UV detection cards and tested to make sure it was working -- and a ceramic heat emitter on a thermostat marketed for greenhouses. His substrate is, from the bottom up: clay pebbles (Josh's Frogs False Bottom), Eco Earth mixed with aspen shavings, equal parts moss and leaf litter in different sections.

It stays good and humid in the cool end near the bottom, while the rest of it periodically gets a bit dry. I do mist from time to time, but I find that if I do so too much, it leaves the humidity too high for too long.

I'm sure I'm forgetting a few details but this is the broad strokes, at least. I spent about $400 setting up an enclosure for this little guy who's barely longer than my index finger, and I'm trying really hard to be good to him.

So, here are my questions:

Is 8 grams an okay weight for a yearling?

His weight hasn't changed the whole time I've had him; is that a bad thing? It seems like a bad thing.

He hates being handled which makes it difficult to get good pictures, but what do you think of his body condition? Is he too thin?

He refuses to eat insects; I've tried several kinds, several sizes, both live and pre-killing them for him. He just won't eat it. He literally runs away from live ones. Is he still getting enough nutrition without them, being on the MRP diets that contain insects? Or do I need to keep trying? (Do you have any suggestions for getting him to eat them?)

I have powdered calcium and a powdered multivitamin supplement for him; how often should I be giving them?

How do I know if he's missing something nutritionally?

Oh dear, I'm afraid I'm really no help with this! I only know basics for cresties and I'm a bit terrified of getting one bc of how small and fragile they seem! 😅

Posting to see if anyone else can offer advice & answers for your questions though! It sounds like you're doing your best for this lil guy, he's a lucky geck! I hope someone is able to help, and that Pirogue starts to put some weight on for you!
