Polda Bali mengerahkan kekuatan penuh untuk memberikan rasa nyaman kepada Raja Salman saat menghabiskan masa liburannya. Darat dan laut pun dijaga oleh korps baju coklat ini.
Usai melaksanakan patroli perairan laut dengan ruber boat di sepanjang laut Hotel Laguna hingga Hotel St Regis, Kamis (09/03/2017), Waka Satgas Escape Operasi Puri Agung II Tahun 2017 AKBP I Made Kadek mengatakan, Satgas Escape Laut memiliki tugas menyiapkan dan membuat perencanaan darurat/kontijensi pada saat pelaksanaan kunjungan Raja Salman dan rombongan melalui jalur darat dan laut serta menentukan dan menyiapkan tempat unit escape jalan darat dan laut.
“Tugas saya di sini khusus untuk escape laut,” katanya, seperti dilansir tribratanews.com.
Untuk wilayah laut, Polda Bali mengerahkan 30 personel Direktorat Polair, yang dilengkapi dengan 2 kapal laut type C1 dan C2, 1 unit quadski, 2 unit ruber boat dan 5 unit ATV. Selain itu, Kapal Jalak Mabes Polri pun ikut mengamankan wilayah perairan Bali.
Terkait dengan pengamanan Raja Salman, karena situasi masih aman dan kondusif, saat ini kegiatan Satgas Escape Laut lebih fokus melaksanakan patroli.
Dalam pelaksanaanya, Unit ATV melaksanakan patroli secara mobile dengan sistem silang, mulai dari pantai The St Regis hingga Westin, Peninsula, dan Water Blow. Sedangkan untuk di perairan, pihaknya menerjunkan quadski, kapal laut, dan ruber boat untuk melakukan pemantauan sejauh 2 mil dari bibir pantai, mengantisipasi jika Raja Salman dan rombongannya ada yang mandi, diving, bahkan surving.
“Sampai saat ini hanya ada satu atau dua orang dari rombongan Raja Salman yang melaksanakan kegiatan di pantai atau laut,” ungkap perwira menengah dengan melati dua di pundak ini.
AKBP I Made Kadek menambahkan, pada hari kedua, pihak Advance Arab Saudi (pasukan setingkat Paspampres) sempat menutup dan memagari pantai yang berada di belakang Hotel The St Regis dengan bambu bahkan sampai mengusir wisatawan asing lainnya sehingga banyak tamu dan pengusaha yang komplain.
“Setelah diberi masukan, saat ini sudah ada tamu yang lalu-lalang dan menikmati pantai di belakang Regis,” imbuhnya.
Perwira asal Marga Tabanan ini berharap, agar pengamanan kunjungan wisata Raja Salman dapat berjalan dengan aman dan lancar.
Ia mengakui, secara umum tidak ada hambatan yang berarti, hanya ada beberapa kendala kecil yang dihadapi ketika bertugas yaitu susahnya membedakan mana rombongan raja dan mana bukan rombongan raja, karena banyaknya tamu asing yang menikmati pantai Nusa Dua.
Namun semua dapat berajalan dengan lancar, karena setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan selalu berkoordinasi dengan Paspampres, Balawista (petugas pantai), dan pihak TNI AL.(BS01)
