hi miya my star! 💛do you and giyuu give each other gifts? what’s your favorite that you’ve gotten from him?

AMIRAAAAAAA <33333 *screaming from the hilltops and skyscrapers* I love this question!! We give each other gifts all the time, since it's a primary love language for him, and I tend to feel very loved when I receive gifts from my loved ones! Very typical gifts from Giyuu consist of things like: hairpins/clips, clothes he'd think I'd like, and art supplies! Also any little knick knacks that he might come across, since I do be lovin my little trinkets! Also him surprising me with the gift of YUMMY FOOD I'LL DEVOUR that will make me happy every single time 100% But my favorite gift that he has gotten me? Probably a custom-made kimono that he had specially made from a pattern he and Nezuko work-shopped together! It's gorgeous and very special, especially since it was for our anniversary to signify his gratitude of me coming into his life, and how he wants us to be happy for the rest of our lives! My gifts to him range from all sorts of things like: The specific brand of hair ties he likes, buying him his favorite things before they run out (like bathing stuff, cooking stuff too), and little gacha collectables that he doesn't have yet! (I hc that Giyuu is fond of certain miniature figurines that might be found in some gacha capsules and other places, just a little hobby he loves!) Also, as a little treat every once in a while I'll make him his favorite: sake daikon! The one thing that will almost always get a smile out of him, some yummy salmon and daikon <3 And as an extra, his favorite gift from me is probably when I drew him and his sister together, it made him cry! I think that was a good indicator of how much he liked it, and he keeps it at his desk at work. TYSM FOR THE ASKK <333

Damian could only stare at the portrait staring straight back at him, looking at the three subjects of the incomplete painting. 

At the right center, he could clearly identify his father, looking extremely young, his hair lacking a single gray hair and not a single wrinkle near his eyes. His eyes…they had a shine to them that Damian couldn’t exactly pinpoint an emotion to, eyes that bore something in them as they looked at the other two subjects of the painting. There was his sister, who had to be roughly half a year old, judging from the clothing she was wearing and the roundness of her cheeks. She had a huge smile, a smile Damian wondered if her current self was capable of the same thing. And then there was the person that held his sister with gentle arms, a person that Father held close to him with a smile.

Her skin reminded him of his sister’s and his own, a smile he saw only once in Ra’s and yet…

new simblr take 2

hi! I already posted a new simblr announcement, but I did so on a sideblog not realizing that they have limited interaction capabilities. thus, I'm restarting on this main blog, and reposting my announcement (plus more pictures!).

hi there! my name's mari (she/her) and i've been wanting to start a simblr for about four months now. i struggle with introductions, so i decided to keep it simple with the face your sims challenge by @samsimss (like 53 years late! oops). i've been playing on and off since 2018. i actually tragically lost my save file two separate times after big game updates corrupted my cc. back then, i was too dumb to make save backups 😭 so i lost everything both times. unfortunately i really enjoy playing this game and i keep coming back despite the pain.

i'm obsessed with cas and build buy and... uh... i'm sorely lacking in actual gameplay. i have this unattainable goal of beautifying every building and customizing every sim in my save before i start a legacy challenge. i'll probably never get there because i keep on redoing the things i've already redone, but i enjoy it!

as you can probably tell, my style is mostly maxis match with some light alpha cc mixed in. i'm indecisive and can't choose one default eye and skin, so many of my sims look wildly different.

this blog will likely consist of basic cas and build buy screenshots. i don't expect to do anything visionary or even cool, but i hope that i can look back at everything i post and smile about it. ideally, this will become a photo album that shows my progress in creating characters and settings that i love.
