#omtib spoilers #ALSO WHEN IT COMES OUT DONT TELL ME WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS UNTIL I WATCH ITT UHH #but i mean okay like unless im remebering wrong the biggest suspect he pointed out was jonathan which did end up #being a red herring in some way and like i mean like. he is suspicious !! #ik he said he doesnt want to do that again but i cant stop thinking abt the elephant thing. like he said himself tht like. #a documentry on it wld be huge. but idk maybe thats too close to what happened last season #but i feel like hes invloved somehow even if it was the producers roping him into covering up what happened #idk. the main reason ill be hoenst abt is that i dont rly like him. but like the thing is also tht i have kinda nothing to worry abt #bc every love interest theyve given mabel so far has been gone tht next season #which is good news for me bc it means regardless tobert will hopefully be gone lmao #tbh in terms of potential love interests she def has a lot of chemistry with theo tho i also if shes gonna get another love interest #i do want it to be another woman sorry . but i also like. the thing w theo is thts hes a recuring character #so a romance wld be something focused on more by the shows than the romances shown os far and i kinda dont want tht #idk if they cld keep the relationship low key enough to not overshadow like. the friendship thts the actual core of the show #anyway im so of track. r we even gonna get a season 4 god i hope we do #can the hollywood execs get over themselves nd meet SAG -AFTRAs demands before it leads to good shows like this one getting cancelled pleas #idek how likely tht is to happen i just looked it up and theres things saying the show might be delayed by the strikes but not cancelled #but im still worried for some reason lol. also abt abbot elementry. tht show deserves to go on a little bit too long #like every other sitcom out there okay !! not actually but i mean like. if it ends now ill be fucking pissed !! #anyway what as i saying. i think he did it but i just cant prove it....... #flappy rambles #omitb

I LOVED Tangled: Before Ever After, so here are my main thoughts of the first episode :)

- The intro narration with Eugene and Rapunzel ♡ Always loved that part in the movie, and I LOVED that they brought it back! AND they used Rapunzel’s art style and paintings to do it!

- The Chasing Game scene! This scene shows Rapunzel’s continuous love and search for adventure! And without any severe injuries to them and the guards x) They reintroduce us with the mind-set that Rapunzel still wants to see the world, even when she did return home.

- “Have you ever seen anything so beautiful?” “Yes, yes I have..” *takes deep breath*…. AHHHHH! YESSSS OTP IS BACKKK ♡

- I LOVE this first song! They remind us of the legitstics of being a princess: curtsies, corsets, and just all those customs. And in defense of the King, he was clearly deeply affected with the loss of his daughter, so now he wants to do everything he can to never lose her like that again. Even though he is coming about that in the wrong way.. Its the classic doing the wrong things for the right reason! Eugene on the other hand is having a ball XD He is excited for this new life with the love of his life, and as an orphan who wandered the world by himself for years, he finally has a home he knows he belongs to: Rapunzel ♡ “And our story has finally reached its end. Settling down here, year upon year, tented and secure. With dozens of duties we’ll have to tend. And now that we’ve gotten the dream that we chose, now that we’re in for the haul. Now our adventures can come to a close, living happily ever after after all” They basically sum up what we probably all assumed at the end of the actual movie! Settling down, reuniting with the kingdom, and living happily ever after! Then they turn that idea on its head and I LOVE IT. They say no, no, no.. that’s not all there is to Rapunzel. They expand her character even more, and it makes so much sense! It lines up perfectly with what happened in the movie and who they were. Rapunzel lived her whole life in that tower, with just one small dream. And now that she was exposed to the outside world, she wants to know more and see more! That is just who she is ♡ Though she loves her family and her new home, she doesn’t want to go back to living within walls. She want to continue to see the world. All that character development and overall theme of this show exposed in one song! I loveee it ♡ Also the musical aspect of it! Still lines up with the feel of the music in the movie and i love everything about it ^^

- THE BOAT SCENE!! ♡ Okay, first of all, i love how that was her place of refuge, reflecting their moment in the movie. And i LOVE how Eugene knew exactly where to find her. Warms my heart. And I love how he can tell when she’s really okay, and when she’s not despite what she says. “Rapunzel, you are my dream. So as long as you are with me, that answers always gonna be yes.” AHH, I LOVE EUGENE ♡ Although, he loves the life in the kingdom and in the castle, Rapunzel is his home. Wherever she is, he would gladly call that place home as long as he is with her. LOVE IT. And I love how he knows that she isn’t comfortable with all of this, and is understanding and comforting. But for Eugene, who again, has once lived for no one but himself. He was alone, on the run, and had no home. So it’s completely understandable that he is more than happy with where they are right now. “But believe me, I’ve been all around the world and it doesn’t get any better than this. This castle, our friends, your family, each other, what else could you possibly want?” This is all and more than everything Eugene has ever dreamed of, so its completely understandable to why he would think this way :)

- “How’s that water feeling Fitzherburt?” “Dark and icy. Just like you.” XDD love it. snarky, witty, keep it coming.

- Guard patrolling and watching over the princess. Normal kingdom customs. Smacking citizen’s hands away? Attacking a butcher? Not okay ^^; So I can see why she would not be okay with that.. I think if she just had a few guards watching over her from a distance as she did as she normally does, it would’ve been fine. Because it’s not abnormal for a princess to have guards with her, but for Rapunzel, who is not having guards at all? Yeah.. not okay ^^;

- “Im in charge of the seating charts. One of the perks of the job” *seats Eugene at the kiddie table* Haha! That’s pretty funny x) I wonder how they got in that snarky, witty type of relationship though?

- EUGENE’S PROPOSAL!!! UGH CAN I PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE LIKE HIM PLEASE?? “You’re my light, my best friend” AHHHHH STRAIGHT TO THE HEART!! “and I want to be your partner in all things. I can’t wait to laugh with you and share with you. I see us raising children here.” HOOO MAH LAWD. I LOVE THIS MAN SO SO MUCH! “Here…? In this castle.. Forever?” This is where Rapunzel’s face starts to fall. She was SO happy with the thought of sharing forever eith Eugene. It was this “forever in here” that she wasn’t sure about. She wants to stay with Eugene forever, she loves him with all her heart! But she wants to have more adventures and see more things WITH him.. Not spend forever within walls. And she just didn’t know how to say that.

- Captain of the guards! Huh, makes sense x) No wonder the King put Cassandra as the lady in waiting for Rapunzel. She can teach her the ways of the kingdom AND keep her safe. Plus, she is pretty badass! I’m not 100% sure how I feel about her, yet? I don’t really like how she can sometimes get in between Rapunzel and Eugene.. but she seems loyal and understanding towards Rapunzel, which I like :)

- I love Eugene’s relationship with the guards XDD He knows their names! That’s adorablee! I love how they maintained his humorous but charming character in tact ♡ Im not sure if I said this before but OH MY GOD, DO I LOVE EUGENE!!! Hahah! And he still calls Pascal a frog!! Love itt

- Hmm… the scene where the King is talking to Eugene (as he looks for Rapunzel), I start to wonder if the King is all okay with Eugene with his daughter.. Cause in the first song, he does her Eugene Rapunzel’s “friend”, when they are obviously way more than friends. “We’ll discuss that later, son.. Much later” Hm. Well he just got his daughter back, it would make sense that he doesn’t want her to get whisked away by some guy (THOUGH HE IS THE ONE THAT RETURNED HER SAFELY BACK HOME AND IF IT WASN’T FOR HIM THEY WOULDN’T HAVE GOTTEN HER BACK) but ya, know! Maybe the King just wasn’t ready for that yet ^^;

- Oooh~ Cassy has an owl! AND MAX ♡♡♡ AHHHH MY BB BOYY! I MISS HIMM! “And between you and me, I think he’s got something for you know who” … Huh? What? Who does Max have something for? I’m slow sometimes so if something is implied I don’t always catch on.. Can someone explain to me please what they mean here? ^^;

- I love the scene where the queen and king talk in their bedroom. It clarifies the king’s reasoning and has the audience empathize and understand why he doing the things that he’s doing. He was traumatized the night of his baby daughter’s disappearance. He felt helpless. Useless even. His baby girl was gone and there was nothing he could about it. And as someone as powerful as a king, that must have been a feeling he hasn’t experienced that deeply until that day. So it makes sense to why he is doing everything in his power to keep the daughter he let slip away once, safe and secure, as he felt he should’ve years ago. “I just want to protect her.” Plain and simple ♡ A parent’s love is complicated, and is often misunderstood by their children. But they ultimately only mean the best for them.

- This next song! The way she wiggled her toes on the ground the same way she did the first time she stepped foot out of that tower in the movie. Hits home. ♡ This song just reiterates the longing and love Rapunzel has for adventure and the outdoors. Endless horizons, and the wind in her hair. She tames a wild wolf.. What a Disney princess thing of her to do x)

- Okaaaay, mysterious thorns growing the same place they found the magical flower that practically made a reactive explosion the moment it came into contact with Rapunzel and made her hair grow back??? What??? I have questions!!! Questions that I am so excited to find out as this series continues * O *)/

- YEAHHH! MAX TO THE RESCUEEE! WHAT A STALLION! AMAZINGG ♡

- EEEE! It makes me so happy that she connected back to her long-haired skills and habitas that she had before. It makes my heart sing ^^

- HAHAHA! max was called sir by the guards XDD

- Awwwh! Rapunzel can pull off any hair style if you ask me! She was soo adorable with her short brown hair and she looks just as beautiful with her long blonde hair! ♡

- EUGENE CALLING HER SUNSHINE!!! ♡♡♡♡♡

- I love how it was first instinct for Rapunzel to just tell Eugene everything that happened that night ^^ It was Cassandra who told her not to, thats why she kept it from him

- AWWWH I LOVE EUGENE!! I LOVE HOW HE IS FREAKING OUT BUT IS TRYING NOT TO FREAK OUT FOR HER AND IS TRYING REALLY HARD TO UNDERSTAND AND UGHH I LOVE HIM SO MUCH ♡

- Ahhhhhhh, I saw this other post saying that Cassandra was gay for Rapunzel and I didn’t believe it at first but now I kinda do!! “What happens when you’re alone is up to you” ??? “I can get you in and out of the castle without anyone knowing” ??? “You trust Eugene, but I dont” (jelly)????? “I would be taken off of princess patrol and would never see you again” ???? I AM KIND OF CONVINCED. DISNEY NEEDS TO GET HER A GIRLFRIEND!

- Her parents calling her sweetheart ♡ it warms my heart how close they are now even when she spent her entire childhood away from them - AH-UH WAIT. HUH? WHAT?? EX-CAH-USE ME?? CASSANDRA. YOU DONT LIKE EUGENE NOT ONLY FOR RAPUNZEL BUT FOR ANYONE?? SO YOU JUST DONT LIKE HIM! I THOUGHT THE SNARKY FRIENDSHIP THING WAS JUST THAT! AT LEAST IT WAS A FRIENDSHIP! WHYY??? IS IT BECAUSE YOU LOVE RAPUNZEL? IM SORRY HONEY BUT NO. - AWWHH! Mother-daughter bonding timeee! ♡ “Plus et an vous. It means there’s more in you” I LOVE IT - AHHH EUGENE’S “WOW” TO RAPUNZEL ♡ My heart is all a flutter~ - Just who is this Lady Caine?? What does she want? :/// And why?? …. Oh. That’s why. - RAPUNZEL, EUGENE, AND CASSANDRA COMMUNICATING WITH JUST THEIR FACES. I LOVE IT ♡ - AAAAND THE HAIR IS OUT!!! WOOOOOOO! “THATS MY GIRL” IM WITH EUGENE ♡ I LOVE BADASS RAPUNZEL! EEEE AND SHE IS USING HER HAIR AGAIN! -THE FRYING PAN!!! YEAHHH I MISS THOSEE! AND EUGENE CALLED HER BLONDIE! MY HEART IS SINGINGGGGG!! ♡ - YEAHH MAX AND PASCAL!! WOOOO! ♡ THE GANG IS BACKK! - Awwh.. protective dad problems :( I get you girl.. But now she’s back locked up in walls? - Eugene to the rescueeee! With a cupcake! ^^ “I don’t really understand why you said no, but I promise to do everything I can until I do” UGHHH I NEED A EUGENE! I MISS JUST THEM TWO!! (TT O TT)/ - YEAH! You go girl!!
