“Izuku,” he began slowly. His head tilted and a wind blew by, causing a soft tune to play out with the bells in his hair.
Izuku took a deep breath and nodded. He stood silent, waiting for Shouto to say something else. But when there was nothing but silence once more, Izuku turned his gaze away from the brush in their joined hands to meet his Lord Husband's eyes.
“Y-yes?” Izuku stammered out in response. He had to swallow when his voice cracked, silently berating himself for still sounding so unsure. His cheeks heated up as he cleared his throat. “Yes?”

Izuku slowly getting used to the life in the khalasar and spending some quality time with Shouto outside of the bedroom.

He blinked again and again, pointing between the two before him as if that would give him an explanation for what he was seeing. His eyes followed the movement of his hand, scanning the two near identical clones before him, from the frosty white to the burning red.
“Which one is Todoroki… or is that not the right way to put it?”
“I am,” they both answered, perfectly in sync with one another. They both frowned as they turned to look at each other with the most confused expression that Izuku had ever seen come across Todoroki's face before they both turned back to the omega. “I'm Todoroki.”

After an accident during an internship, Todoroki is split into two people. It quickly leads Izuku to question their decision to remain just friends despite being soulmate's when one of Todoroki's two halves begins to act a bit more intimate around Izuku than he usually acts.
