my intentions for today:

health: meds, hygiene, skincare, exercise

work: 9-5, crisis support training

study: cross cultural psych

adulting: repairer, dog rego renewal

note to self: stop thinking about it, do it. 📖: Atomic Habits by James Clear

reflection: i was super tired after work today so only managed to properly do the crisis support training and not uni work, which was not intentional but still for the best

Hoy no hay tantas palabras, estoy riendo, me siento positiva, pero las lágrimas caen de mi ojos, qué pasa con ellos que no me obedecen, siento este dolor en el estómago, pero hoy he comido bien, estoy bien.

Quiero estar bien para que todo fluya bien .

Hoy nuevamente han diagnosticado a mi padre con cáncer; creo que todo irá bien, soy positiva, pero quizás sea la negación que me dice que esto no es peligroso, que no me alarme, pero no quiero que sea algo sin importancia, debo tomarlo bien pero con prudencia, aun no sé lo que mi mente quiere decir.
