⚠️MY LESSON OF 2019!! Its in our quietest moments of stillness & being present that we experience our greatest revaluations & breakthroughs! . . . 🙈There was a time where i believed my worth was based upon how much i was "doing" or could do in a day.....the longer my list was, the more capable and worthy i felt. . . . 😔I would experience immense guilt whenever i was "not doing" or being busy & it felt like i was wasting time or being lazy. . . . 🙏It was only in these last 2 years that i have learnt the undeniable importance of stillness & becoming present in the moment. . . 😐Societies judgement of value & worth based on how much one can do, accomplish or multitask is one of THE MOST FLAWED PREMISE OF ALL PREMISES!!!! . . . 🌟There is more success in doing ONE task with your full attention & thought than trying to do 100 tasks with half the effort, thought or concentration. . . . 🤗🌟So for me....going forward in 2020🌟, i am choosing to do life 1 step at a time, with my full attention to 1 task at a time and being FULLY present in the moment. . . . ⚠️I am choosing to take MORE time out to BE instead of DO. 👑I have chosen to base my worth and value on the person i am BEing in this world and NOT by what I'm DOing in the world. . . . 🌊🌴☀️I am going to take more time to lay on the beach and watch the sky above. To feel the breeze on my hair, sun on my skin & taste the sea air on my lips. 🙏💛To feel gratitude and appreciation to be able to WITNESS the miracle of God's creations every single day! . . . 🙏💛Blessings and abundance is what is in my future by BEING the most beautiful person i can BE from the inside out! . . . manusia suka ngeluh, gapapa, tapi ingat juga bersyukurnya ya.

excited sih, menyambut 2020 ini. akan ada transisi hidup lagi, kayak dari smp ke sma, sma ke kuliah. tahun ini insyaAllah udah hengkang dari kampus tercinta, sudah sarjana. Aamiin.

akan segera ada kehidupan baru lagi untuk Erty, akan ada orang-orang baru lagi yang akan masuk ke kehidupan Erty.  

kebayang akan memulai kehidupan sebagai orang dewasa, yang mulai untuk mandiri atas dirinya sendiri, lebih dari sekarang. wow banget ya.

lucu banget rasanya kalo inget dulu, banyak perubahan, banyak perbaikan yang terjadi. ternyata, kaki ini langkahnya sudah jauh ya. 

kadang masih suka mengeluh, ternyata melihat ke belakang sesekali itu perlu, untuk tahu seberapa jauh kaki ini sudah melangkah.

semoga 2020 menjadi tahun yang baik, menjadi tahun yang penuh berkah dan makna. semoga bencana-bencana, isu-isu dunia, akan semakin mendekatkan manusianya, manusia semakin memanusiakan manusia. 

semoga hal buruknya hanya menjadi pengingat, kalau perbaikan dan kebaikan harus terus menerus dilakukan.
