i participated in @halokisses’s 3 day challenge last weekend. the challenge was great, i’ve grown to love blanket affirmations more and more. i manifested so many things i highly recommend this to all of you who have so many desires but don’t know where to start and/or want that hot summer glow up!

» one thing i was always indecisive about was the body i wanted. one day i want to be thick and curvy the next day i want to be slim and petite. recently i was more on the slim and petite side and i’m so happy i stuck with that because i manifested being 110lbs (i was in my 120s before). the shape i have now is so sexy and slender. my body is so toned but it doesn’t look like i work out, it just looks like i’m just one of those people who was blessed and born with a naturally toned body lol. i still have pretty round hips and another thing i noticed is my tits are so perfect! i really don’t need a bra at all anymore which is a major plus because one thing i hate is wearing a bra in hot weather.

» when i say there’s not a single flaw on my face, there is not a single flaw on my freaking face. my skin has never been this clear or had this glow. my menstrual cycle is also coming up and usually i’d get one or two little pimples but there’s not a pimple on my face.

» this one shocked me bc of how random it is. my baby hair got so much fuller and longer! i always wanted to do the dramatic baby hair look (like jayda wayda) but i never had the natural long ones. i can’t wait to style them with some straight backs omg- plus they’re not coiled up which makes them easier to do.

» my lips got freaking huge!! they were already a normal big before but now they’re big af! it looks so good on me and i love the way my lips look when i smile MM! i spent like 5 minutes in the mirror just staring at myself.

︴perfect teeth

» i had kind of small teeth which didn’t look bad at all, but this new look is wayyy better. my teeth are way more normal sized and perfectly shaped. they also look way whiter than before but i never really pay attention to the shade of my teeth fr.

» my jawline got so much sharper! it’s such an attractive look i didn’t even realize how sharp it got until i seen myself on my sisters story. i actually said “dayummm” when i saw myself. i’m a real fine ahh mf lmao.

“We’re at the Kubinka Tank Museum and I’m showing off the Object 120. You guys know it from video games and you probably know more about this vehicle than me. It’s most defining attribute is it’s massive 152 mm cannon. However it’s armor is very thin with its upper plate is only 30 mm. The 152 mm cannon is crazy powerful and very long, almost too absurd to be put on a tank. It only carries 22 rounds and has about a rate of fire 6 rounds a minute or about a 10 second reload. Here I’m showing you the interior of the turret from the back, where you can see the breech and seats for the crew. This is probably an angle you guys have never seen before. This vehicle is very unique and there is only 1 in the world. Game companies probably came here and used a 3d scanner to create model for their games. Here you can see me in reference to the tank, it is quite large. It has 7 road wheels and weighs 27 tons and uses a V12 engine. The PTZ89 was a tank destroyer created during the 1980s to deal with the new generation of armor created by major nations, notably the T-72 and M1 Abrams. It was armed with a 120mm smoothbore gun of Chinese design. The main anti-tank round was either DYW1 (120-I) or DYW2 (120-II) APFSDS-T rounds, the latter having a longer rod for better penetration, capable of going through 220 mm of RHA (rolled homogenous armor) at 66.4 degrees at 2000 meters. A new shell could be loaded in as little as six seconds thanks to a semi-automatic loader, and the vehicle could maintain a top speed of 55 to 56 km/h on-road.

The chassis, the Type 321 Utility Tracked Chassis, is notable for its use on the PLZ83 self-propelled howitzer, PHZ89 self-propelled multiple rocket launcher, and an alternative chassis for the PGZ80 self-propelled anti-aircraft gun. Ultimately, the PTZ89 was taken out of service as its anti-tank capabilities were surpassed by conventional tanks armed with 125mm guns, such as the ZTZ96 and ZTZ99, and was taken out of service in 2015, with a number remaining in museums and public displays in China.

Tests show that tanks with explosive reactive shielding are no match for the A-10

The A-10C Thunderbolt II of the 422nd and 59th U.S. Air Force Test and Evaluation Squadrons recently proved that modern armored vehicles equipped with explosive reactive armor (ERA) are still vulnerable ?? to the powerful GAU-8 Avenger cannon of the A-10C Thunderbolt.

This first test was carried out at the Nevada Test and Training Range in February this year, the U.S. Air Force said.

Each test mission included two A-10C aircraft using armored piercing incendiary ammunition against two battle tanks equipped with ERA. The pilots varied the attack parameters and direction to evaluate the effects of weapons against armored targets.

Through post-photography analysis of the video, photographic images and visual inspection of the targets, analysts were able to verify the battle damage inflicted on the tanks and determine that the tanks were inoperative.

"A typical A-10 weapon use uses 120 cartridges, which means that an A-10 is able to employ its nine to ten target weapon before depleting its ammunition," said Major Kyle Adkison, commander of division A-10C in the 422nd TES. “Against large forces on the field, the A-10 formations are capable of engaging about 40 armored vehicles with 30 millimeter ammunition. That's a significant amount of firepower."

In addition to the 30 mm gun rounds, the test also collected data on the effectiveness of the AGM-65L Maverick and AGR-20E advanced precision weapons system against armored vehicles.

"This has been a continuous testing effort since the idea originated in 2020," said 1st Lieutenant Christopher Earle, A-10C operations testing analyst at the 59th TES. “Now that it has materialized and proven to be successful, we will work to test other types of anti-armor ammunition in the air force inventory against ERA and collect more data.”

The A-10 is suitable for agile combat employment functions, and this test proves that the A-10 can continue to provide massive rapid firepower with devastating effects on enemy vehicles in a contested environment, the U.S. Air Force said.

Il modello Nautilus è rimasto nella storia per il suo stile ingegnoso e unico per l’epoca, infatti si distacca completamente dai modelli di altre case orologiere di lusso. Il suo disegno s’ispirava alla forma degli oblò del Nautilus, il sommergibile presente nei romanzi di Jules Verne risalenti all'1870 circa. Il datario saltante ed uno spessore di soli 3,15 mm. completavano la sua linea sottile. La sua resistenza d'impermeabilità offriva prestazioni fino a 120 metri di profondità. Le dimensioni (42 mm di larghezza), gli attribuirono il nik-name "Jumbo". Nonostante il soprannome lasci immaginare dimensioni generose, il Nautilus era uno dei modelli piu’ sottili dell’epoca (7,60 mm). Patek Philippe is a Swiss luxury watch company, among the oldest and most prestigious in the world. The Nautilus model was born in 1976, Ref. 3700, thanks to the artistic vision of a great designer and engineer: Gèrald Genta.

The Nautilus model has remained in history for its ingenious style that was unique for its time; in fact, it is completely detached from the models of other luxury watchmakers. Its design was inspired by the shape of the portholes of the Nautilus, the submarine featured in Jules Verne's novels dating from around 1870. From this unique and imaginary submarine came the innovative case that resembles a porthole, whose bezel is octagonal in shape and the corners gently rounded, resulting in a watch with a unique and inimitable design.

Technical aspects

The caliber that animated the 1976 watch was truly revolutionary, Jeager-LeCoultre's 920, an automatic with a central rotor, finished to Geneva Seal standards. A jumping date display and a thickness of only 3.15 mm. completed its slim line. Its water resistance offered performance to a depth of 120 meters. Mortars shoot at a high trajectory, which means that they can deliver strikes deep into enemy trenches. In addition, they are highly mobile, fast, and sufficiently accurate. The only significant disadvantage is a fairly short range, but there are ways to improve it.

Of course, there are mortars of a larger calibre that are capable of attacking fairly distant targets. FOr example, the Russian 240 mm self-propelled mortar Tyulpan can shoot at a distance of 10-18 km. However, this is a very large and unusual weapon.

Standard NATO 120 mm mortars have a range of about 8 km. This, by the way, is one of the reasons why the defenders of Ukraine make mortar decoys to fool the Russian invaders – the drones are very much looking for them because they know they can reach them. But there is also special ammunition that increases the effective range of mortar fire.

The defenders of Ukraine shared a video from the frontlines showing Polish 120mm OF-NMR mortar shells. They have additional rocket engines that allow them to fly a little further. The Ukraine Weapons Tracker page states that this is actually a “very rare Polish weapon” made for the 120-PM-43 mortar in service since 1943. This mortar is an old Soviet weapon from WWII. Its normal range is less than 6 km. That is why OF-NMR mortar shells were developed.

The OF-NMR projectile can hit targets up to 8 km away with the help of a rocket engine range extender – it goes more than 2 km further than standard rounds. This allows the mortar crew to stay slightly further from the contact line, avoiding the peeking eyes of the enemy drones and counter-battery fire.

Poland no longer needs these shells and can donate them to Ukraine without hurting its own military might. Poland had only 65 120-PM-43 mortars in 2022, but, of course, Poland is a NATO country and is not holding on to old Soviet mortars too strongly. It is likely that these mortars were also sent to Ukraine together with OF-NMR projectiles.

The 120-PM-43 was once considered to be one of the best mortars on the battlefield in Europe. A crew of 3 people prepares this mortar for work in just a couple of minutes. You can then fire 6 shots per minute with pauses for aiming and adjustments. Without those pauses, it is possible to achieve a rate of 15 shots per minute. But, of course, over time, the 120-PM-43 was simply technologically overtaken by more modern weapons. On the other hand, the 120-PM-43 is still used by a number of countries in Africa and Asia, as well as Russia.

People always say that Ukraine is getting a whole load of antique weapons. One needs to understand that weapon systems don’t age at the same rate as civilian equipment. Military equipment is built tougher, is simpler and doesn’t follow trends. If it shoots, it is probably still good enough to fight.

 - M1A2S (Saudi Package) : Saudi Arabian variant upgrade of the M1A2 based on M1A2 SEP, with some features, such as depleted uranium armor, believed to be missing (442 M1A2s upgraded to M1A2S).

 - M1A2 SEPv2 : Added Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station as standard, color displays, improved interfaces, a new operating system, improved front and side armor with ERA (TUSK kit), tank-infantry phone as standard, and an upgraded transmission for better durability. 

- M1A2C (SEPv3) : Has increased power generation and distribution, better communications and networking, new Vehicle Health Management System (VHMS) and Line Replaceable Modules (LRMs) for improved maintenance, an Ammunition DataLink (ADL) to use airburst rounds, improved counter-IED armor package, improved FLIR using long- and mid-wave infrared, a low-profile CROWS RWS, and an Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) under armor to run electronics while stationary instead of the engine, visually distinguishing the version by a small exhaust at the left rear. Prototypes began testing in 2015, and the first were delivered in October 2017. Fielding is expected to begin in 2020. 

- M1A2D (SEPv4) : Under engineering development with delivery planned to start by 2020. The Commander’s Primary Sight, also known as the Commander’s Independent Thermal Viewer, and Gunner’s Primary Sight will be upgraded with 3rd Gen FLIR, an improved laser rangefinder and color cameras. Additional improvements will include advanced meteorological sensors, laser warning/detection receivers, directional smoke grenade launchers and integration of the new XM1147 multi-purpose (AMP) 120 mm tank round. The AN/VVR-4 laser warning receiver and ROSY rapid obscurant system have been trialed by the US Army for adoption on the Abrams tank and Bradley fighting vehicle. 

- M1A2-K : Under development, unique variant for the Kuwaiti Army, slated to replace Kuwait's current M1A2 fleet.
