I move my hand finishing off the pastry before dropping my head in front of yours, my hands gripping the sides of the counter beside you.

I nod taking the menu as i look over it. I read for a bit before I hear an opening bell as the door swung open. A lady in an expensive white fur coat looked around before seeing me, coming right to my table and plopping down in front of me. I don’t look up at her to start before i hear her clear her throat.

“Ahem, excuse me.”

I look up, leaning back against the cushion of the booth.

“Yeah?”

”So that’s how you’re going to talk to your future wife? Ugh”

I couldn’t help but chuckle a bit. “Sure sure, hello honey.” I said going back to the menu. “You could at least try to sound honest!” she snapped before crossing her arms. “I changed my mind. i don’t want to have anything at this dump!” I looked up at her, a stern look.

“We’re staying”

i hear the door jingle and look over, smiling at the woman who only frowns at me. i watch her walk over to shindo, sighing a little when i realize they're together - as if i had a chance in the first place. i grab my pen and pad and walk over to their table, smiling warmly.

I walk in after you looking around the cafe. It’s a cute place, i take a mental note to come here more often. I watch you, walking behind you as I did. I sit down in the booth, placing my hands on the table as I look up at you.

”Meeting a bit of a headache” I said with a chuckle and a sigh. “You work here alone?” I asked looking around. “I didnt see anyone else-“

I look around, my hand rubbing the back of my head a bit confused before I see what looks to be someone cleaning a table. I walk over, full confidence as I move over to you. I look down at you giving you a smile.

“Hey, is this- this cafe?”

I ask, flipping my phone around to show you an address and name typed out in a text. My eyes couldn’t help but scan over your figure, you look absolutely adorable.

“I’m supposed to be meeting someone here, although they might already be here.”

i look up at him, my cheeks immediately flushing when i realize who he is, heart racing. i try to keep my composure while he talks, looking at his phone and nodding.

i smile shyly, grabbing the last glass from the table and leading him inside, gesturing to a booth next to the window.

"who are you meeting with, mr. grande?"

i ask softly, taking out my pen and notepad.

He walks through the park, Pro Hero Yo Shindo catching the eyes of the people he walked by. His hair was a fluff ball on his head as he walked ahead and confident smile on his face. He’d make small waves to those that he’d walk by, his green hero costume like a beacon. He was a hard presence to miss.

“Where was that cafe again?”

He said to himself, looking around the square. He knew the park was at the center, so it had to be close by. - ✨ (Yo Shindo)

i leave my little cafe to say goodbye to some customer, hair pulled away from my face so the light breeze doesn't mess it up, bending over to put the leftover dishes on a tray. i stand up again, taking a deep breath and smiling.
