Rowan Clarke

First Meeting + HC's

Rowan lives in the countryside of an unnamed country on part of a family farm. He lives on his own most of the time while seeing his family daily so imagine his surprise when someone comes knocking saying that someone bought a little cottage in the woods just one mile down where the farm ends and a wooded area begins.

He of course was curious, but he keeps his mind on his own things, enjoying taking care of the animals and managing his part of the farm.

It's not till a month later that he hears news of someone moving into the house, his mom rushing to try and get something to get together to take over and get a peak at the new neighbor. He of course got to see his mom busy around the kitchen, telling his dad to "Move his big butt outta' here." Before shooing him away when he got in her way.

Rowan already knew better than to get into the kitchen while his mom was in there anyways. While he enjoyed cooking, his mom didn't like anyone in her way and he respected that.

But imagine the surprise when the doorbell rang and he went and opened the door only to see a cute girl sitting there with what looked like a tin of cookies.

"Oh hi! I just moved into the cottage around a mile from here and wanted to say hi since you're the closest neighbors around!" You say, your voice a melody to his ears. And right at that moment, Rowan felt something akin to love at first sight.

His mom slid right beside him, a business smile right on her face that told Rowan she was upset about being beaten to the punch. "Oh hi! Sorry about Rowan here he always gets nervous in front of cute things like you!" She said, smiling as she accepted the tin of cookies.

You had a small blush adorn your cheeks at the sudden compliment while Rowan held the door open for his mom, allowing his father to peek at the newcomer from the kitchen.

Rowan could feel his heartbeat out of his chest, his eyes looking down at his feet out of fear that everyone could hear his heartbeat. But when he looked up to take another glance at you, you were simply smiling at him, your cute cheeks looked perfect to squish and the way your curves filled your cute clothes out made him feel like a pervert for staring.

You and Rowans' mom talk and you find out her name is Diane and his dad is James. You two end up talking on the porch until you look at your watch and notice that you've got to be getting back to your place in order to get some more things settled.

After you left Rowan was in a daze, your face filled his mind and he couldn't shake it. His mom had decided to open the tin of cookies, grabbing one to try only to make a face of defeat. "Darn the girl makes good cookies too! I wonder if your sister needs a girlfriend after that mess with her ex."

And knowing that even his mom had taken a liking to the cute woman from the cottage, he decided that was all he needed to try and get closer to you.

Regular Headcannons

• Rowan was born on June 24th and is a Cancer. Currently, he's 24!

• He has what he could call a medium-sized family. His Grandparents had already passed but his parents run the family farm while his mom has two other sisters who both live in town with their own families. His dad is an orphan so not much is known about his side of the family.

• Rowan has four cousins and only one sibling, his older sister. She runs the butcher's shop in town and gets fresh meat from Rowan who raises the majority of the farm animals. His parents work on the crops but Rowan does like to make a little extra moonshine with leftover crops after a busy season.

• While Rowan does seem like the tough kind of person he's never been in a fight before. But he is used to blood and death due to the animals he takes care of or when a bull got a little too aggressive and left a scar on his torso.

• Rowan has a sweet and loyal personality. He doesn't get upset with many people. But that all changes after he meets you and he comes to understand jealousy for the first time.

• After you had moved in, his mom sent him to give you a pie she had baked after you delivered the tin of cookies.

• He found that the moving truck was gone and the cottage he had always remembered as overgrown and haunted-looking had a new coat of paint and had been cleaned up. There was an old greenhouse filled with new plants and it looked like you were cleaning up the garden and taking down the old rotten fences.

• He peeked inside the windows to see furniture strewn about and boxes piled up with handwritten labels. He couldn't help but find your handwriting cute.

• He knocked on the door, a nice Dutch door that swung partway open, showing your upper half and a pleasant smile. "Oh! Hi! It's Rowan right?"

• If Rowan wasn't already nervous he for sure was now. He's had crushes before but this felt different. This was love at first sight and made him want to pick you up and twirl you around.

• He nodded nevertheless and held the pie towards you. "Ma said this was for the cookies and to welcome you to town." He said, a small awkward smile appearing on his face.

• You only smiled and accepted the pie, noticing that Rowan felt a little awkward. You wondered what he was thinking until you caught him gazing at the pile of rotted fences.

• "Ah those old things I'm not sure what to do with. I was going to hire someone to fix the fence but they told me I'd be better off just installing new ones. I'm just wondering if I should try and do it myself though." She stated, making some small talk with the man.

• Rowan's eyes widened as a light bulb went off in his head, "I could help you! I always help fix things up or replace the fences when they get damaged." He said, his eyes lighting up as he wanted the opportunity to get closer to you.

• And you couldn't help but accept, Rowan looked so eager and happy to help, and who were you to decline a neighbor's goodwill after all?

• You should know that it's the happy ones that can be the most aggressive towards unwanted people stepping near what's theirs.

Yandere Tendencies Headcannons

• While Rowan is kinder and more hesitant than others that doesn't mean he won't get his hands dirty.

• He's a worshiper type, he loves you to the point he sees you as an angel! You're so kind to him don't you know?

• He loves to help you and takes every opportunity to get closer.

• While he does stalk you, he only sticks outside your house to make sure you're safe when his thoughts spiral a bit. He doesn't break into your home or enter your house without permission.

• He can be a bit old-fashioned, thinking that maybe one day you'd be his cute little housewife on the farm, your cottage becoming part of his family land and where you and he would spend your days dancing around the kitchen doing cute stuff like his parents always do.

• Of course though he respects your decisions and what you want to do. He knows better than to think you're weak and can't do things without his help. He just wants to do everything for you to show his love.

• And if any other person, be it a man or woman, looks at you with the gaze he knows is love, he wouldn't hesitate to threaten them.

• While you'd think that someone would call the cops on him, even the cops know better than to interfere with the Clarke family affairs.

• One of his Aunts is the town's mayor, and it's always been his family that secretly owns half of the town.

• Surprisingly there's more history to this small town than you'd think, and the Clake family has woven into that history like roots that won't let go.

• If Rowan had to get rid of someone he personally doesn't want to get his hands dirty. There's a difference between killing an animal and killing a human that he doesn't want to cross. So he'll just get a little bit of blackmail if he has to.

• But if someone hurts you? If someone does something he deems absolutely unacceptable? Oh, that person will wish they were dead. And after Rowan is done, he'll get his sister to finish the job, she's better at getting rid of things than he is.

• But when all is said and done Rowan is a big ol' puppy. He hopes that you never find the side of him that he hides from you. And if you do?

Well there's always an extra room in his house that he can use to convince you ♡

• Rowan is honestly pretty territorial-

• He doesn't often come off as such normally since most of the time you spend with him is on the farm or at your cottage.

• But when you and him head into town? Oh, he's making sure he at least is holding your hand or has an arm around you. He also hates having you out of his sight-

• One time when you went out to get groceries he lost you while looking at one of the aisles and freaked out as hard as a kid when they lose their mom at the store.

• He panicked to the point he did laps around the aisle before calling out your name and running super fast the moment he heard you reply

• He looked quite shaken when he found you and one of the store workers helping you get items off a shelf

• At this certain instance, the store worker wasn't actually flirting with you, but Rowan didn't care. Anyone is a threat when you're involved. He trusts his family because they are big on no betrayals, but not others.

• But the one time you completely saw him lose his composure was at one of the town festivals-

• It was one of those holiday festivals and actually Rowan gets less paranoid with the whole festive mood! He loved the ambiance and loved that he got to share such a fun moment with you.

• But you both were getting hungry at the smell of food and he didn't want you to keep walking and waiting in line for food so he had you wait at an empty table while he went to get food.

• Oh boy was that a massive mistake...

• You see sometimes people from other towns nearby come for the holiday festivals due to how good the food and drinks are. And that means drunkards who get a little too happy no?

• One big burly biker man sat right down in front of you, making the most confident comments about how beautiful you were and that you had to be the most beautiful woman he had seen in this little town.

• You of course found it quite funny because this man was dead drunk and slurring his words quite a bit-

• But Rowan didn't see it that way.

• He came back to see an obviously drunk-looking biker making his woman laugh.

• And then the biker had to go and say something along the lines of how nice your tits would look around his cock and Rowan saw red-

• He punched the guy and literally knocked a tooth out-

• It was the first time you ever saw Rowan so angry and completely topple a guy in a minute.

• Luckily his older sister was also wandering around the fair and saw her brother knock the man down. It wasn't until Rowan got at least four punches in and one back that she pulled him off and whispered in his ear that he was going to scare you if he continued.

• He realized that was a huge mistake and brought you back home to apologize.

• But the sweet darling that you are only let him inside so he could ice that bruise forming on his cheek.

• He didn't want you to see him like that and felt ashamed for being so rough in front of you. He was taught better to not be rough in front of the person he loved and he felt like he blew it.

• Luckily though you only gave him a small lecture on how he should be more careful and not go around hitting drunks. And that while you were a little scared it felt nice that you had someone to stick up for you.

• But of course, after he left your place to head back to the farm, his sister had a lovely present waiting for him to take his anger out on.

Jealousy Headcannons

• Daisuke had never felt jealousy in his whole 27 years of life.

• He's not used to having such extreme emotions, but he is good at making it look like things don't bother him-

• He's not stupid and knows that he is quite handsome. But he also feels like his lack of understanding of emotions could lead to others being there for you in ways he can't.

• He gets most jealous when you go out with friends cause he's afraid of people influencing you away from him.

• While he has made good impressions on your friends, there's that lingering itch in the back of his head that's telling him not to trust them-

• But Daisuke just reassures himself that it's fine and that there's no way anyone could take you away.

• But when he sees someone flirt with you? The one time he steps away from you in public and some greedy little shitstain approaches you like they deserve to be near you? He takes a picture of the man before approaching of course-

• He appeared calm in front of you, but he snakes his arm around your waist and glares at the man. If looks could kill the man would have already been dead..

• And trust me when I say that if a guy ignores the glare and obvious information you are taken? Daisuke gets absolutely livid-

• How stupid did this guy have to be? And slowly with the guy continuing with his stupid comments and flirting, Daisuke could tell how uncomfortable you were getting.

• So what Daisuke did was kick his shin on impulse and started to lead you away from the scene.

• Daisuke knew better than to fight a man that was about to go missing in public. He'd rather not get accused of killing someone since it's a pain to get those charges dropped.

• He may become more clingy after that. He begs for the two of you to install one of those couple tracker apps cause he worries about you. And who are you to deny it when you could also see where Daisuke is as well?

• But he also bugs your dorm. He doesn't want to think that you would do anything against him but does think that it's better just in case.

• And who would have thought that one of your friends had been heard through that bug saying something was wrong with Daisuke-

• They went on about how Daisuke seemed too silent and too emotionally dull. They included that they didn't know what you saw in them other than their face.

• Before he could even get angry you told them to shut up and not talk about him that way. He heard you go on about how sweet Daisuke was and that even if he had a hard time with emotions sometimes that he tries really hard and you love that about him.

• You went on with praises about him for at least twenty minutes until you realized you were rambling and changed the topic to your friends' multiple failed relationships as revenge for what they said about Daisuke.

• That just further confirmed that the people around you are the problem and that he should still be aware of what they could be saying to you behind his back.

• But that doesn't erase that your friend said such horrible things no?

• So after figuring out who said that all it takes is a little blackmail and starting some rumors for that friend to start to get alienated.

• And after making sure those rumors get to you of that friend talking shit about you? Well, you're sure to not be friends with them anymore hm?

• Daisuke doesn't like hurting you. But sometimes to get rid of a pest around you it's going to hurt a little bit..

But he's just doing what's best for you. He can't help that you make him feel such strong emotions!

• But when he got home he curled up on his bed with Mikan and slept away the night until he woke up to his dad checking in on him.

• He couldn't hide how upset he was so he spilled the beans and asked his dad what he should do. After all, there has to be something right?

• After getting some ideas and advice he started his plan. He made some threats to your employer to get you fired. Was it something rash? Yes, it was. But that was only the first step.

• You would of course need that money to pay for your dorm and school, so he donated some money to your student dorm and told the people in charge to say that she was qualified for some special program where your dorms and meals are covered along with extra expenses.

• He knew that if he gave you the money straight up you wouldn't accept or would feel pressured to make him happy. He didn't want that.

• Of course to get the school to accept the money and do as requested isn't normally accepted unless you have blackmail on the dean of the school hm?

• Thank god his older brother has such good blackmail material on so many people or he couldn't have blackmailed them for a month or so-

• But thanks to his plan to lighten your plate you gradually had more time to spend with him. He lures you into a false sense that everything is fine and may say how much Mikan misses you when you don't visit..

• Rowan honestly couldn't believe what was happening. He knew you were busy but he enjoyed helping out when he could. And now you were going to reject his feelings?

• As mentioned before, Rowan has very little patience and it all goes to holding back the full extent of his feelings for you.

• So he left, visibly upset but hid the extent of how upset he was.

• What was he going to do now? He was lost. He didn't know how to release the stressors from your life and wasn't sure how to get rid of them without violence. So he moped around his house for a night before sometime around three am he had an idea after drinking some moonshine and reading one of the detective books his sister left lying around-

• You wouldn't be stressed if everything just disappeared! So after a couple of rumors and a bit of blackmail he got the stay-at-home company you worked for to cut your hours. And the people in town now gave you slightly dirty looks but Rowan knew one more word from him would turn those rumors around and make them leave you alone.

• He didn't like being manipulative but sometimes he had to do it. And he slowly but surely made sure that he was the only person you talked to. He would barge into your house and check on things. He would make you food with crops he grew-

• He may have suggested you both drink one night some of the wine he prepared two years back and kept encouraging you to drink over your limit..

• He needed you to have a breakdown. He knew most of the time that you were positive to make it on your own. But he needed you to just let loose and cry in his arms so you'd finally just leave everything to him ♡

• And it sure worked. A bit of wine and soft words of comfort; and the dam just overflowed until you were sobbing in his arms.

• As much as Rowan hated to see you cry, he found it so much nicer when you depended on him. You were so cute when you admitted you were struggling and wished you could just relax without worrying about all the things going wrong in your life.

• So Rowan promised you he'd go to the town and set those rumors straight. And he kissed your forehead and promised you everything would be alright.

• And surprisingly? You felt so much better with Rowan by your side. When you woke up and went to town to get some bread some apologized to you like Rowan didn't start and end those rumors in the bat of an eye!

• And part of you felt like Rowan was too kind to help out around the house. And you found yourself looking forward to his meals and his conversations and making more time for him despite your job giving you back your hours.

• After all he was there when things got rough! And so instead of him asking you out again, you asked him. And Rowan nodded his head and told you that he'd come up with the best first date ever!

Just don't scare Rowan like that again! He already had his basement cleared out in case things didn't go his way this time ♡

Daisuke doesn't expect it. His clothes are usually form-fitting but his hoodies aren't.

And when he comes home after kicking out a rough customer all he wanted to do was crash. But there you were, buzzing around in the kitchen in one of his hoodies, humming some tune as you prepared what looked to be something for him to eat.

The bar ran late usually and yet you still tried to make him something if you were up when he got home. And what he noticed was the cute way the arms of the hoodie were a bit too long along with the way it dropped down barely stopping above your thighs.

He couldn't help but hug you from behind and rest his head between your neck. It's like all the stress leaves him and he can feel alive just from your presence.

"You look adorable darling.."

So when he remembers that he left one of his long-sleeved shirts and sweatpants that's a lot looser than normal due to him usually sleeping in it during winter he wasn't expecting to see the sleeves reach past your hands and a pair of sweatpants hanging off your waist.

He blushed so hard you could see it reach down his neck and onto his back. You didn't notice him yet in your house and you were just standing near your bookshelf organizing some new books you ordered. He came up right behind you and grabbed you by the waist, a starting to suck on your shoulder that was exposed to his sight.

"Oh pumpkin you're so cute I just have to eat you right up!"

As for Irene? She has mostly form fitting clothes and not many of them anyone could fit into due to nobles always ordering things specific to their exact measurements. But nightgowns and blouses are the only things that are loose and flowing.

So after she's finished her seemingly endless paperwork all she wants to do is go find you and head to bed. She asks one of the maids and finds that you've already went to bed as you were extra tired.

She usually ordered your nightgowns to be different from hers. She enjoyed seeing the way your curves look in a more fitted and decorated nightgown with lace. So she entered your shared bedroom and finds you draped over the bed in one of her long blouses which she usually tucks into her pants.

The sight of you nearly made her heart stop before she sat on the edge of the bed and tucked a strand of hair behind your ear.

So what is she supposed to do when you both get caught in a storm and she brings you to her place only for the absolute best opportunity in front of her. She silently looks at you before handing you a bag with clothes to change into and then leaves her bedroom to go make some tea.

And when you step out in an old comfort shirt of hers and a cute pair of fluffy shorts she bought a long time ago she nearly squeals before tackling you-

"I can't believe you're so cute! Ah you should just wear everything in my closet at least once!"

And poor Takeo after a long session and an aching hand comes home to an amazing scent of food. He's so happy he can't help but smile as he heads to the kitchen.

And there you are, wandering around in one of the band shirts he thrifted hanging off your shoulders a bit and reaching down your thighs. Hands plating up some food before he twirls you to face him and gives you a kiss on the forehead.

And he had already invited you to his place, wanting a recharge of your adorable face after he had a difficult client. When he got home he found you there in one of his big fuzzy long sleeved shirts and he felt himself melt.

He couldn't help but smile when you greeted him and all he did was pick you up and plop on the couch, keeping you on his lap as he wrapped his arms around your waist.

Dante is well... not very fashionable. He has no taste for clothes and has someone pick out clothes for him as he doesn't really care. If he wanted to he'd probably just wear some weird shirt with a weird saying on it and call it a day. Only rarely when he comes across something warm and soft does he actually buy something himself.

And sometimes he leaves clothes at your place by accident as it completely slips his mind. So he's on the way to your tiny apartment and knocks on the door, you open it up in one of the soft and big sweaters he had left at your place and found that you were also wearing a pair of his boxers-

He found himself dumbfounded as you blushed and tried to say something along the lines of "Well I washed it and it was so soft and the boxers are big and stretchy! And you leave so many things here I couldn't help it-" and continue rambling before he smiles and let's out a big laugh, his cheeks turning red as he leaves a kiss on your cheek.

"Don't worry baby, keep em. They look a lot better on you than they ever did on me."

Go to my room I'm wrapping presents in here Takeo!". You warn, bringing a hand to his eyes before you get one on his arm and try to bring him to your room.

He plants his feet and tries to dodge your hand before he decides to use his own to get your hand off his eyes. "Oh come on! Just one peek! Pretty please baby?" He begs, trying to peek through your hands that hold onto him like a death grip.

But somehow you manage to lead him to the door of your room and get him in before letting go. "If you take even a peek while I wrap presents I'm not giving it to you." You threaten, your lips turned into a serious frown before leaving a small peck on his lips.

"Now be a good boy for me and then we can do whatever you want." You said, shutting the door to go back to present wrapping.

Takeo doesn't even move, blushing like a fool as he cups his face in his hands. "Ahh if you tell me like that I guess I can't go against your wishes huh?"

The moment you see him you nearly scream as you hastily cover the gift with wrapping paper before using your hands to cover his whole face. "Daisuke what the hell!?" You exclaim, pouting as he smiles against your hands.

"What do you mean Darling? Are you doing something behind my back?" He asked softly, giving your hand a kiss back as he tried to peek through your fingers and put his hands over yours.

Irene comes from a different world from yours, so when you bring up the notion of Christmas surprisingly they as well have a tradition of giving gifts to those they love as a way to show appreciation at the end of the year.

So of course it took you a while to figure out what to get for someone who literally has an entire empire. But after having the gift you spend time in your room to wrap it nicely after asking what kind of wrapping materials they have in the empire.

Unfortunately Irene had the idea of visiting and observing you to see what she should get you but the moment she came in she found you panicking and covering something with a large amount of wrapping paper.

"Irene! Give me a moment! Please just one moment!" You squealed out, struggling to try and gather the gifts you were wrapping before eventually shoving them under your bed.

Irene saw the struggle and the wrapping paper and the ribbon and made an assumption that you were wrapping something for her.

For Takeo? He's the most fine with dogs out of all the brothers. As long as it's a proper introduction to the big pupper and like the dog doesn't jump on him he's good! And he'll slowly get to know the dog and come to love them just as much as you. Might just pick the baby up and give them big kisses cause Takeo can ♡

Makoto is wary more than fearful. Takeo is less likely to tell you what happened but Makoto will explain it and ask if he can take getting to know your dog slowly. He really is careful and just needs a slow hand. But when he realizes that your dog is just a pupper who loves people he'll be fine with it and slowly come to love the dog. Will help you take him on walks and loves to brush your dog's fur and scratch that one spot that makes your dog's foot move. He just needs a bit of time to get used to it.

But for Daisuke?? It's a long journey. He loves you so much but when he finds out you have a dog he kinda has a panic attack. He might just break down crying in front of you panic. He'll explain that his mother wasn't the best and brought home a strangers dog that bit him and that he has a major fear of dog's. But he loves you so much that he can't live without you so he says he'll try but to not get upset with him.

It starts with you sending photos of him. And then videos and video chats with him and your dog. And then the dreaded meet... you two meet at his place, as he wants to see if Mikan will get along with your dog. And the moment you step through the doors Mikan will come over to see what's happening. Mikan is actually okay with dogs, and knows how to detect behavior better so Mikan just gives the dog a kiss before going to comfort Daisuke.

Daisuke takes that as a good sign and will sit on the couch. Honestly? He's too afraid to move. So you have to take it slow. And soon maybe after a couple of weeks he may pet the dog. After that he'll come to enjoy the dogs presence. It just takes maybe half a year for him to actively ask you about the dog and maybe even kiss the dog and allow the dog to get near him on his own. His fear is big but slowly he realizes that maybe this one dog is okay. Doesn't mean he'll be going with you to a dog park or any other dog besides yours. And if you praise him on how well he's doing that helps even more. He loves you and a little bit of patience goes a long way.
