Hello! I've looked at your rules page and I've noticed you said that you were private and selective there, but that you're semi-selective in your pinned post. I know being a private blog means mutuals only, but is there any difference between selective and semi-selective? Or are those terms essentially the same? I just want to be sure how you define those terms before interacting with you ;;

omg hi!!! tbh i'm facepalming myself rn bc the thing on my rules page was an error,,, i'm def semi-selective rather than selective. i also made that rules page before i made this blog, and at that point i hadn't been on tumblr for a few years and didn't really know how my experience in the fandom would go, so my approach was different. nowadays i veer much more towards semi-selective, and what that means is pretty much mutuals ( who at times i wait to approach me first since i can be kind of anxious at times but love new friends ) or people who interact with friends of mine. i'm a really friendly person and i'm really easygoing, i've just had some bad experiences in the past so i try to go off of friends of friends. but even if we completely don't know each other, please do message me! i'm def open to getting to know new people!

also i've been sort of inactive because of family obligations rn, but i plan to be around more this week if i can and answer asks and dms. <3 excited to chat more with youuuu! <3 and sorry for all the confusion lol.
