Their fragmented silence spoke louder than shouted voices ever could. Framing the narrow dirt pathway from the small, humble cottage all the way up to the towering Chantry, the humans simply stood, nothing more than soft spoken gossip slipping from their shaking lips as the one who had just saved them all dared to walk past.

Dalish, they whispered amongst each other, a word wrapped in venom and aimed like a weapon to strike as if it were a curse. The Herald of Andraste, a dirty, heathen forest elf? Their small minds couldn't fathom the thought that anyone other than a human could possibly be worth anything, let alone the blessing of their beloved goddess. The whispers grew as she passed, concern fliting across the small village as they realised the rumours to be true. It was impossible, that she did not hear them, and yet she walked with her head held to the sky, black winding vines of Mythal etched like flowing ink across her bronze skin, gently framed by wisps of falling snow.

She was beautiful, fractured being as she was, walking brave and bold as she silently proclaimed that which she knew the shems feared most. She was Dalish, yes, and she was proud of it. So when she approached Solas later, the only other elvhen in the camp, he could not say he was surprised. He blustered about being a hedge mage, free from the confines of the Chantry and the barbaric treatment of the Circle mages at the lyrium soaked hands of the Templars. And when she inquired about his unmarred face, he lied straight to hers. The crude practices of the Dalish and the simple way they were now forced to live disgusted him to his very core, but he knew better than to let that particular thought slip out. So he gave her the same backstory he had given them all, and hoped that would satiate her curiosity.

He wanted to tell her that he admired her, in a small sort of way. Maybe help her understand her misguided notions about what her peoples really were and how tragic their history really was. But he could only take the role of Hahren so far before she became hostile, an unfortunate fact he had learned long ago. The Dalish did not care for others outside of their clans, and took great offense to any insinuation that their way of life was nothing more than a mere mockery of their ancestors. So he held his tongue, and carefully shifted the conversation back to Morwyn. "What of you? I noticed you have the markings of Mythal upon your face, so you must be Dalish. How is that you came to be so far from your clan?"

I’ve been on an eso hyperfixation for a while now and Feylith makes me so happy, she is currently my main comfort oc and I am rotating her in my mind like in a microwave at all times. She is actually a part of an extensive family of ocs I made for eso and its youngest member (age-wise) as of now. Raised in a Telvanni mushroom tower by two mothers and being the youngest of three sisters, she is generally shy and aloof, but has a kind heart. She is a trained mycologist and alchemist and loves travelling across Tamriel cataloguing foreign fungi and flora; yet she always finds herself entangled in some adventure or another. She is my main eso oc and I ship her with Verandis because he deserves some happiness in the world. :3c

SELENE ARUNVEL • eso

Speaking of the Arunvel family, Selene is Feylith’s aunt, a powerful mage and a member of the Psijic order. She specializes in researching dwemer time magic and she married a noblewoman out of Shornhelm, Rivenspire. Her manor is often a summer holiday destination for her sister and her daughters.

ELINOR LAVELLAN • dragon age: inquisition

She is technically not my oldest oc, but I don’t really talk about my old original novel on here anymore. She is the oldest video game oc that I still keep even though she has been revamped a couple of times. She is a necromancer and a usually lone and withdrawn scholar. She never really fit in with her clan much, keeping spirits and forest animals as her company. She romances Solas because I love suffering and I am all here for the big bad wolf / soft and kind woman vibe I just want to punch Solas in the mouth and also kiss him.

➺ MEANEST OC:

ODETTA D’PAVENSEI • tyranny + original verse

It’s not that she is mean by choice or intent, Odetta simply cannot stand fools, tardiness, or incompetence. She has a direct goal in her mind that she will follow no matter what, even if it means leaving a sea of corpses in her wake. She is brutally honest, follows a personal code and has a sense of lawfulness around her. She believes she is doing the right thing and she has no time to consider other people’s feelings. She is also a very hot evil mommy and she can step on me anytime.

FAERENE ROSENHALL • pathfinder: wrath of the righteous + original verse

She is my go-to oc and an inspiration behind a lot of others. In fact, she could be considered as a base source I base a lot of my other pink soft and gentle ocs around or a multi-verse oc. She is a fey abandoned at birth and raised by a mortal family. It goes without saying that in p:wotr she chooses the Azata mythic path. She has been known for having very vivid dreams and Desna often contacted her through visions, leading her towards Kenabres and her destiny. Faerene’s story is a story about self-discovery and realizing one’s self-worth. In a way, she is an inspiration to myself as well.

DOROTHEA LEFEBVRE • dragon’s dogma: dark arisen

I don’t talk about Dorothea much, or dragon’s dogma for that matter, but she is very dear to my heart. She has selective mutism and often keeps to herself. Known as The Lady of Moths, she has a peculiar ability that allows her to speak to moths (specifically, and only moths) who often whisper the events happening around the world to her. She and Grigori, the big bad dragon, are both connected souls and partners destined to clash together again and again, only to earn a brief respite in the afterlife before the Cycle begins anew.

➺ DUMBEST (AFFECTIONATE) OC:

FAY TEMPLETON • fallout 4

It’s not that she is actually dumb (she is a quite smart mechanic but there are different types of intelligence, obviously), it’s the stubbornness and the absolutely crazy and strange drive which propels her to dive into any dangerous situation with her head forwards, guns blazing. Fay has strong determination to not let the Wasteland break her and her enthusiasm is contagious. She is here to turn the Commonwealth into a better place and helps people in need without thinking. Also, she is physically impervious to flirting and Hancock needs to blatantly tell her he likes her only for her to go “Ah he is just nice.”

ALETHEA CÉLESTE • DIVINITY: ORIGINAL SIN II

Alethea is one of my favorite ocs of all time. She is a plant-based necromancer and a healer who lives in a witchy cottage in the middle of the woods. Ostracized by her community, she has been keeping to herself for several centuries, only her undead ancestors keeping her company. She has used this time well. Being a seeker of knowledge, Alethea managed to collect a lot of books and scriptures on a variety of subjects. Despite being a necromancer, she is quite a talented healer as well, folks seeking her for her remedies from time to time.

I really felt like some angst lately so here is some intro to whump. No special verse, just something random I'm working on for a DADWC/Bad Things Happen Bingo.

Cullen went through bouts of tumult without lyrium to steady him, and with every upswing Thalia worried about the oncoming down turn. She still remembered the strained look on his face when he’d explained it all to her: it was impossible to know if cutting lyrium from his system entirely would kill him. He’d wanted her guidance, perhaps as the leader of the Inquisition — but more so, she’d sensed, as a friend.

Thalia had reeled from the stark nature of the confession. Through her mind ran every encounter she’d ever had with a Templar while at the Ostwick Circle. She’d known, vaguely, that they’d used lyrium, but it was to her just another alchemical substance. Mages often used it to aid spells. She’d never thought about what it might do to people without the gift for magic. She’d had no idea it chained them for life.

She’d been able to see the benefits to suggesting — ordering? — Cullen continue to take the lyrium. A military leader should always be clear-headed and strong, at his best. And part of her was selfish: if he died, then what? He was her mentor and her friend. How could she go on knowing she’d sanctioned his self-destruction?

But she’d seen the desperation in his eyes and been unable to say it. Despite his words, she’d known what he had wanted.

And she was a bit more than a friend to him now.

“I’m sure Cullen will be fine, Lady Thalia,” Josephine said, touching Thalia’s hand soothingly.

The meeting adjourned shortly thereafter, as they’d covered all they could without Cullen’s input. Thalia left the war room as the first few snowflakes drifted by the window. By the time she’d made it through the Main Hall to the courtyard, the sky was a leaden grey and the snow fell in earnest.

Thalia shivered. Skyhold often ran warmer than the surrounding mountains; surveyors speculated there might be hot springs running throughout the ground beneath the keep. Solas scoffed at the idea and suggested there was likely powerful warding magic at work. Whatever the reason, the grass grew and the trees kept their leaves even in winter, but today the forces that guarded the keep could not withstand the oncoming storm.

She crunched her way across the courtyard. She really ought to return to her quarters for a cloak, but the thought of turning around dismayed her. If Cullen is unwell, he should not be in that tower by himself. Not in this weather. He hadn’t exactly invited her back to his room quite yet — not for that reason — but she’d been in it a few times. Once was to grab a report he’d left up there during their long nights in his office, spent tracking the movements of General Samson. Another was to find a poultice for the pain when he’d been too shaky to the take the ladder. Thalia had looked around the space in wonder each time. The glimpses one took into the life of someone cherished: it felt so overwhelmingly Cullen, down to the rickety roof he still hadn’t gotten around to repairing. She didn’t even think he had a brazier. He’d freeze to death up there.

Thalia wasn’t sure where she could coax him — her own quarters came to mind, with its large hearth and fire that the servants kept crackling all day long. She smirked; wouldn’t everyone talk then? No, the infirmary was probably better. He’d hate that, because then he’d have to explain what was wrong to the healers, but at least she’d feel at ease. Fear crept into her often when the worst of the symptoms gripped him, making him delicate and volatile. But no one must know, he insisted again and again. No one must find out.

Thalia cracked the door to his office and peered inside. The candles were unlit, the space dim and quiet. Snow already piled against the panes of the narrow windows, casting a sickly, muted light into the room. Thalia slipped in and leaned against the shut door. She listened to the silence. Her shallow breathing puffed white clouds in the cold air.

She kicked the snow from her boots against the doorframe and strode to the ladder that ran up to his room. It was dark up there too. Thalia swallowed. She didn’t just want to climb up unannounced.

She balled a fist and knocked against the side of the ladder. “Cullen?” she called, feeling slightly absurd. Why couldn’t he sleep in a room with a door? Why must he always be so close to his work? “Hello? Are you here?”

Junior Eurovision 2023 detailed opinions before the show. Part 4 (final)

After three parts, we're finally here! The final part of my tier-ranked opinions of the Junior Eurovision 2023 songs before the big day at Sunday, November 26th! 12 songs were already covered, from the decent (in a good way) to the almost winner-alerts, with some personal wildcards in the middle. Now we are left with 4 of the 16 songs, these ones being the top of the top of my personal favorites! And days before the main show!

The opinions on these songs will be longer than the others, but it's just I have a lot to say about them! :D

Let's show the tier-chart reference one last time, shall we?

Tier 1: "Very nice of them to invite Junior Eurovision to their concert"

🇮🇪 Jessica McKean (featuring legend herself Sophie Lennon) "Aisling"

Ireland is one of those countries that somehow fail to get a good spot (or even a Grand Final spot itself) in adult Eurovision, something strange knowing they won 7 times before the 2000's (and now Sweden ties them); but when they play in the Junior version, they get better placings (if not Top 5) compared to their adult counterparts (Poland and Georgia are another examples, with the first either giving decent masterpieces or the worse things to ever touch adult Eurovision soil for their JESC counterparts to surpass, and the latter with more undeserved low places/NQs than the previous one *cough, cough, Iru Khechanovi* and having their JESC counterparts to avenge them). And recently, it looks like their JESC broadcaster had been making a better job with a trio of Celtic songs than their ESC broadcaster's elections.

After the marvelous and eye-catching song that was Sophie Lennon's "Solas" in Yerevan that got a 4th place behind Mariam, Nare and Lissandro; no wonder the Irish delegation wanted to make a good election of their next singer (and ofc, the song) to reach victory. And boy, they kept their mood with this year's song

Why did this new Celtic-Irish song went above Ohne Worte, you ask? Well, first, the melody (once again) it's something that makes its job and lets Jessica's voice get along with it with the mesmerizing Irish lyrics, co-written by Sophie herself alongside other composers who made the 2019 and 2022 JESC Irish entries. While slower than Solas, it still gives the vibe of a magical and mystical song that really tells "it's from Ireland" more than the adult ESC entries.

When I watched the song reveal with the videoclip from TG4 (before the JESC YT channel XD), it was something beautiful. The eerie yet pretty castle, the landscapes, Jessica's princess vibes....And just of nowhere, when I thought I had seen everything, the final verses come in and THEN THERE IS SOPHIE IN THE CASTLE! Yes, you heard me, Sophie fricking Lennon in the videoclip, and singing with her partner the ending! Not only she wrote the lyrics (and invited the Wild Youth fellas to her concert during the Eire finale XD), but also OFFICIALLY joins Jessica in the entry, both studio and LIVE! As one of Sophie's fans, this was something I NEVER EXPECTED IN THE SONG. One thing is lyrics writing, but THIS IS TAKING THEIR LEGACY TO ANOTHER LEVEL! :D ;w;

For two legends together, the staging and live harmony is REALLY THE KEY for Ireland to get the victory they almost got in Yerevan! And knowing they sing 4th after Kvitka, I REALLY EXPECT them to blow the stage and at least have ALL THE LUCK I would wish for them! As the officially declared "ending of the Celtic JESC trilogy of 2019, 2022 and 2023" by the Irish delegations, I hope they end this cycle with honor, and at least brings a new start for Ireland in Junior Eurovision (and hopefully the senior one, because Sweden will kick them from their winner pedestal more sooner than expected if they don't step up. Seriously)

🇪🇸 Sandra Valero "Loviu"

As a fellow Hispanic, I ALWAYS expect the best from Spain in both contests (a language bias, since here in LatinAmerica we don't have Eurovision yet, junior or senior T-T). And while most of them are, well, not my style, there are some I hold dear in my heart: El Chiki Chiki, Amanecer, SloMo (and how not to love her? Chanel IDOLA!) and Eaea (still singing it, even if being another Big 5 robbery that hurted me a lot in Liverpool, and the worst of all with ONLY 5 TELEVOTE POINTS. Darn on the card system, sabotaging my credit payment in the website voting!) for the adult songs; and Antes Muerta Que Sencilla (campeona la María Isabel), Marte, Pa'lante and Señorita (a baby king following Chanel's Latino vibes ;W;) for the Junior!

And this year they didn't dissapoint again (even with HoD changes from RTVE)! They brought another queen to the JESC list, Sandra Valero, with her upbeat song "Loviu"

For all the expectatives I imagined for the Junior Eurovision Spanish song, this one blew me! So happy, so Junior-flavored (without being too sugar-coated), so catchy even for those who don't speak Spanish, so moving (and needed with the ballad parade)! I can say a lot of things of this song, but there is character limit in the posts, so I'll stop now. And Sandra giving it the nostalgic childhood vibes in her acting and voice! The imagination she conveys, her kindness and her energy...The second time I felt a Junior song very close to my native language (Señorita did it first).

I will threatPLEAD France TV (host broadcaster) to not chicken out with Sandra's staging. The swing of the videoclip MUST BE THERE, even if from a low height for security measures, because it's not like dealing with Loreen's 1.8 kg panini press, Blas Cantó's moon or Brunette's LED platform, it's UN JODIDO PINCHE COLUMPIO (and they previously put a ring-swing for Tanya's song in Paris 2021, so no excuses). The train and the clouds can be optional and they can innovate, but for everyone's sake don't ruin Spain's chance to win (more than they could already have since they perform FIRST) or I will burn France/j. And for those Hispanic fellas from here, remember to vote for Sandra! :D

🇳🇱 Sep & Jasmijin "Holding On To You"

As Netherlands was one of the first countries to begin their pre-selections for their JESC 2023 song, I played the Junior Songfestival 2023 song-snippet video as soon as Fan Del Junior Eurovision Song Contest streamed it in YouTube. And of the four songs, I got two favorites: one of them being Duron's "Magic" with a nice and catchy rhythm that would be fit in the Junior essence (even if they massacred his song at the live performance for the JSF Final T-T, like it happened to Kazakhstan's "Jer-Ana" in 2022). But alongside him, there was ONE song that spoke for me, in high volume and no doubts, "we are THE song for Nice", and managed to keep into the first place of my list for a VERY LONG TIME (before the next song occupied their throne)

This is, with no discussions, the most EDM and dance-inciting song I've ever heard and expected its victory before the great show in a Junior contest, let alone a Dutch JESC song after years of calm and chill songs such as Luna's "La Festa" (her 7th place by performing first is the sole reason I hope Sandra slays the stage this year to not suffer the same fate), Ayana's "Mata Sugu Aō Ne" (the robbery of 2021, a REAL robbery!) or even Ralf Mackenbach's "Click Clack" (both a JESC winner and now a plasma physicist...THE FUTURE THIS LAD GOT O-O).

Sep and Jasmijin's vocals are no doubt, harmony itself displayed in this AMAZING entry. And not only in the studio version, but also live in the Finals of Junior SongFestival itself! The lyrics telling a story of a friendship that could become something else between two souls, in a child-friendly yet effective and addictive! And the JSF staging, being a prototype of the Grand Finale version to see soon, it's so connected to the entry itself, and both not only swept the national jury and online voting with 12 points each, but also spoke "winner" from miles.

For the staging, as the JSF version was related enough with the song, it needs some serious changes if they want to elevate it to Nice (and to check what to do with the dancers since the 6-people-max rule of staging counts in Junior Eurovision too). Otherwise, and with an advantage of being the final song to perform this Sunday, I can see them winning (if there are no obstacles) and I will be happy for them (well, any of the Tier 1 and 2 songs, honestly, I love them). (well, at least they can make Dutch Eurovision champion Duncan Laurence feel better after his own ESC 2023 duo flopped at their own song since the pre-parties XDXD)

🇦🇲 Yan Girls "Do It My Way"

We reached the last song of the list!

Let's start with the country itself, Armenia. They are recently getting better in the adult Eurovision (Snap, Future Lover) and more than they were of perfect in the Junior edition: One winner being Vladimir Arzumanyan in 2010 with "Mama", another in 2021 being Malena with the JESC's Euphoria "Qami Qami" (alongside her 2020 song "Why" she couldn't sing in JESC 2020 due to conflicts happening in Armenia more than the pandemic, and the song itself not speaking other things than those ;w; T-T), and a runner-up of Nare's "Dance!" in 2022 (and the entire country at her side during the voting before Lissandro surprisingly won). And of course they couldn't lower their guards for this year again in France!

After a long run of mostly ballads revealed in the song list, and after my recovery of Poland's videoclip, this song is what I never thought I would need to listen in the Junior playlist and yet, by leagues, became my Top 1 election to win the contest at first listen!

From all the genres I thought Armenia would bring it on for Nice (anything but more ballads, knowing their Eurovision competitive spirit), K-Pop was definitely not in my list! And yet, even if not being a fan of the genre itself, "Do It My Way" made me head-bang and tap my feet while I heard it for the first time! The five girls' voices really give the feelings of this special song, from the calm beginning to the dance-breaking choruses, combining Armenian with English in the song so perfectly with their dance moves and the entire videoclip that it feels like an authentic K-Pop song that famous groups could create!

Even if like most cases in this list, I can't understand most of the lyrics without a translation (since it's mostly Armenian by EBU 70%-national-language rule to avoid English overusing like it happens in the adult Eurovision), the energies they deliver make it a good song. And it really speaks "being authentic to one self, to break the rules and do anything you want!" not only by the English chorus, but also the voice styles!

I know it will a bit more difficult for the Yan Girls to mix their dance moves with perfect live singing during the grand day unlike a studio video (same for the props and lights displayed in the clip), but I can tell by their videos (before the Opening Ceremony, not the rehearsals, I'm not fond of rehearsals as they're spoilers for me) they are ready to get a Top scoring, and maybe even repeating the "Armenia wins in France, and France wins in Armenia" cycle of victories we had since 2021!

Yes, I know it's sort of a polemic declaration since most of the ESC fandom is not too eager for them (or France itself) to win again with so many options and newcomers, but still, I won't be mad imo if they get a third trophy and tie Georgia in the winner list!

And with this, I officially declare this JESC 2023 tier-ranking detailed opinion compilation finished! All of the 16 songs covered and reviewed!

If I have to talk about the contest itself, I got some opinions:

I'm a bit bummed there's no rock songs in this edition like in 2022 (Anos 70) or 2021 (Specchio) and others in previous years. And no, "Un Mondo Giusto"'s rock-chord finale doesn't count. It has to be a song of those vibes from beginning to end. But well, K-Pop covered that void in the list :D!

I'm surprised there's not a single boy solist in this edition. It's the "Cure Wing among the other Cures" situation in this edition, because there are three boys, yes, but in groups (Georgia, Oto and Nikoloz) or duets (Sep); and most of the singers are girls! XD

At least the running order is a bit decent this time. Germany is not first to begin (finally!), Spain is not a bad song to open the show (and we have televote on our side), and Netherlands can end the evening so fine

If the rumours of La Zarra not being a guest interval (like Barbara Pravi in 2021, Rosa Linn in 2022) are true, I will be sad, but yet comprehensive (since they say it was because she wants to rest from Eurovision after the kerfuffle, and the middle finger cancelled her in France, and so on...). But at least I hope the guests are some good singers!

What would you say are the main differences in terms of belief between the Protestant, Orthodox, and Catholic branches of Christianity? (asking as a complete noob more or less)

Differences are immense – not only in terms of belief, but also in practice (from the moment you step into a church to how you practice faith). Yet, differences are also irrelevant. Not because of the intensive oeconumenical dialogue of the past decade (which is about acceptance, not unification), but because it is about what speaks to you, specifically.

I cannot possibly summarise here the history and the differences. If it’s something of interest (especially from a historical and theoretical point of view), there’s a lot to read I could recommend. (Except on the Orthodox Church, as that’s a whole other topic and I’m not well-versed in it). As a general introduction to the main differences between Protestantism and Catholicism, the concepts of ‘sola fide’, ‘sola scriptura’, and ‘sola gratia’ serve as the pillars – perhaps a good starting point would be one of the early works of Luther, such as The Freedom of a Christian.

AHAHA....HAHAHAHHAHA....AHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHA

so I'm not well versed in all three of the games that are out right now since i havent played through the other two besides inquisition yet so my explanation will be based on what i know through that game and just gen knowledge BUTTT

the dragon age series is a fantasy RPG made by bioware (they made mass effect and like a million star wars games) and each game is set at different times, each going in choronological order, which is IMPORTANT!! because the dragon age franchise has a feature called "tapestries" which are something seperate to the games where you choose all the choices you made from your playthrough in the games, and these choices once exported will actually EFFECT the next game in the series which is really fucking cool

the games are set in a world called Thedas, and there are four main races of people which are dwarves, elves, humans, and qunari. you can play as three different class types: warrior, mage, and rogue, which all let you specialize in their own skilltrees with perks that you slowly gain over time by doing quests around thedas (in inquisition at least, this is all very classic rpg game stuff)

the world of thedas is VERY written out and developed, with almost every character you find having their own story and opinions on everything around them. there are a few main groups of people in these games: the mages, the templars, the chantry, the qun, the dalish, as well as different districts of people based on race. theres also the Circle, the Divine, etc. theres a LOT!!! And as you wander through the games you can unlock a lot of books , journal entries, notes, etc. that let you learn EVEN more about the world around you. There are also several books that go into HEAVY detail about specific and non-specific characters, regions, foods, wildlife, etc. (i happen to own two :]) there are also story-specific novels based around certain characters.

the most recent game, inquisition, has you set in the Frostback Mountains in Haven, where you have been captured as a prisoner after being caught at the scene of the murder of the Divine, who was killed by an unknown evil creature. You awaken in the prison with a bright green mark on your hand, which you find out can seal "rifts", tears between the living world and what is known as The Fade. You then go on a journey of rebuilding what is known as "The Inquisition", a group of people to bring peace to Thedas if something were to happen to The Divine. You learn about your past, make new companions, fight against demons and deal with the rising fear and lashings out of both sides of a mage versus templar war.

The games each are about 30-40 dollars roughly with DLCs included, which i personally believe are ESSENTIAL to playthroughs of these games as they are packed to the brim with lore as well as amazing cosmetics like armor.

The Wedding (Ch. 1)

It was a warm summer's day, perfect weather for a wedding. Khione wasn't able to enjoy it though. A wedding was supposed to be a happy day but today, as Khione slithered past her subjects towards her parent, and tried not to look into their solemn eyes, all she felt was dread. She was about to get married to a monster after all. All because of a stupid prophecy. That one horrible, live ending prophecy that was supposed to "unite the kingdoms of sun and moon".

"Unite the kingdoms my ass.." Khione thought to herself bitterly. "All that's come of this is 8 years of unnecessary death" She looked up, and saw her mother, the Queen, with red teary eyes. The Queen reached toward Khione and pulled her daughter into an embrace. She pulled away and cupped Khione's face in her hand.

"Khione.. My only daughter" Tears were now streaming from the queen's eyes. "I'm so sorry. I never wanted this to be your wedding day. You- none of you deserved any of this."

Khione felt tears welling in her eyes now. She blinked them away. "Nobody deserved that fate Mom, but I will accept it. Maybe it'll work this time?"

Her mother looked at her with sad eyes. "I love you Khione. I wish you will bring an end to this. All of the night families have lost a child now, just, stay safe baby. Please?"

Khione leaned into her mother for the last time. "I'm sorry. I love you too Mom."

The priest, a rabbit, stepped towards Khione. "Are you ready my lady?" Khione brought down the black veil in front of her face.

"As I'll ever be." She said as she slithered into the warm sunlight, to meet her doom at the altar.

Sola thought today was the perfect day for a wedding. Also it was perfect weather for a nice lunch outside with her new wife as the main course. Sola was just thinking about which houses of the night kingdom she has eaten from, and then she saw her. "Oh, she's beautiful" Sola thought as she saw the smaller girl slither towards her. "I've never tasted naga before… but then again she is so pretty, and nothing like the boys before her" The two sides of Sola's brain began to battle. As the prophecy dictated, Sola was to marry her Bond, a heir from the Night kingdom, to end an ancient war. She would never be able to digest her Bond, as her stomach was supposed to be a refuge for them, but so far, none of the 7 heirs from the 8 noble houses of Night sent were able to last inside her. Sola wasn't very disappointed though. Each and every suitor was arrogant and tasted average. "But her? She looks.. nice. Not stuck up or vain. I want to protect her. Or devour her. Probably the second one" Her new bride tried climbing up onto the platform to meet Sola's eyes, but couldn't reach it. They platform still hadn't been adjusted since Sola's last wedding. Without thinking, Sola bent down, scooped her up in both hands and held her bride to be, with Sola's hands resting on the platform. As the priest started reciting verses and promises, Sola lifted her bride's veil gently with one finger.

"Oh. Wow.." Sola's heart skipped and her face flushed as she saw her bride's face. Even streaked with tears, She was gorgeous. Her long navy hair was put up into a elaborate bun with locks falling down, framing her delicate features that were cast with shadows as she looked down, avoiding eye contact with Sola.

The smaller priest looked nervous " And do you, Princess Khione Chithon take Princess Sola Helios to be your wife?" "I do." The priest turned. "And do you?" Sola looked into Khione's eyes with a toothy grin. "I would love to." Sola didn't know what feeling she was feeling. Hunger or... Something else, she didn't know. She did know that this was going to be fun. Deliciously fun~.

The priestess (OC):

Born in Elvhennan, her name was shed when she gave her life in service to Falon'din. She leads part of the army of the faithful during the war between the Gods in the Ancient Age. She’s a blood and force mage. Her vallaslin spreads from her face to her whole body and is black, she also has countless scars. She has dark, rich skin and always has bags under her eyes due to lack of sleep.

Maxima Aurum (OC):

Maxima is the eldest of her seven half brothers and sisters, born from an elven slave and magister Aurum. Maxima is the face of the Aurum working as a diplomat and the business point of contact with the family. Having her freedom bought as a child and brought to Orlais, her childhood was a flash of places and of rejections: from the alienage, to the circle to the Orlesian court, singing to Noblemen and women alike. Returning only when her father’s letter finds her way to her.

An expert diplomat, always using her easy smile, and sharp wit to maneuver the battlefiels that the Orlesian and Tevinter politics are.

Anora Theirin (Dragon Age Canon):

Anora is a canon character from the Dragon Age Universe, appearing in Dragon Age Origins and Dragon Age Inquisition (dependent).

Abel de Clair (OC):

Oldest son of a family of minor nobility in Orlais. The first in a very long time to gain the title of Chevalier. Joined the side of Grand-Duke Gaspard de Chalons during the Civil War of Orlais (or, The War of the Lions) and died in the Exalted Plains. It is said that his father died from grief upon hearing of Abel’s death.

I usually write him as having survived with a lot of injury. His main mission being to find where his sister is.

Émilie de Clair (OC):

Youngest daughter of a family of minor nobility in Orlais. Was sent to the White Spire in the beginning of her teen years. When the war between templars and mages erupted she was punished for an escape attempt. The objective was to break the phylacteries, but it failed. Émilie had to rely on blood magic for the explosion. The templars that survived dragged her to the lower dungeons where they drowned her.

Usually write her as having survived the drowning attempt. Her main mission is to keep the mage group she is with safe and find her brother.

Moe (OC):

She was meant to start her own career in the Imperial Machine ( or what she calls it ) when she started tinkering with ships and droids. Instead, Moe left the Empire in her teenage years to become a full blown pirate stealing both from the Republic (resistence) and the Empire.

Vivian “V.” Hinomoto (Cyberpunk PC):

v. is the main character of the game cyberpunk 2077 (streetkid origin). She is an easy going, smart mouth, stealth specialist. My default canon has Val and Vince in her background.

the All-Father, Elvhen God of Vengeance, Sun, fatherhood. Leader of the Evanuris. Wielder of the skies.

I will keep my interactions based on ancient Elvhenan. It might happen that I interact with others with him as a spirit. I’m working on an idea on what sort of host Elgar'nan would have sought (much like Mythal did with Flemeth), but I’m still working on it.

Mythal (Dragon Age Canon):

the All-Mother, Elvhen Goddess of love, the sea, justice and motherhood. Leader of the Evanuris.

I will keep my interactions based on ancient Elvhenan. It might happen that I interact with others with her as a spirit after Solas, but not as a Flemeth.
