there is absolutely no separation

in your world of non duality, the very meaning of it means there is nothing separate from you. this includes the good, the bad, and the ugly. you are one ☝️. youre the universe, the sky, and the stars. youre the past present and the future. youre faith, hope, and charity

one thing i believed for awhile and unlearned is the so called 3d and 4d. the 3d being the physical world and your senses and the 4d being everything. but after discovering non dualism, i now believe that everything that can possibly be is already me.

with this, there’s no waiting. there’s no desiring. existence is brought on by your very awareness so life is suppose to be fun! make it a game. sometimes i observe ppl as i walk in my neighborhood and ill peek a glimpse of their lives only made a reality by my awareness. the street, the houses, the cars, the mailboxes, the trash cans would not exist if i werent made aware of it first. think about the most wild thing ever and then try to convince yourself it existed before you focused on it. how could it when it materialized when you observed it?

for my science girls, the law of conservation of mass states that matter cannot be created nor destroyed, only changed. this ties into the fact that there is nothing to do but shift your awareness and observe. nothing comes to your creation that cant happen bc its already there

im not saying that science makes non dualism any “more real” than other aspects of spirituality i just like science.

so there really is no separation from the life you want to live and the life you’d hate to live since you are already living BOTH. how do you “decide”? you DONT. you just be. how do you “be”? theres no how or instructions you just are. my name is calypso and i live on an island in the sky. my name is ___ and i go to college for medicine. both of these coexist depending on whatever i decide to be conscious of. and since there’s no separation, it doesnt take any time to change when all i am doing is being

Doesn’t that answer your original question? The reason they don’t reflect those groups of ppl is bc g!p isn’t trying to represent those groups of people or else it WOULD be transphobic to limit them to one specific fetish right? it just refers to a canonically female character with the addition of a penis (I don’t argue the name “g!p” should be changed bc that’s a no brainer why that could be offensive). But the fanfic in general, how could it be harmful? I’ve noticed in my time reading it as a non binary person it’s given me great gender euphoria reading a reader insert where reader has a penis while being a femme representing person just bc that’s a reflection of my personal experience. I don’t see anywhere where g!p fanfic ever references or tries to emulate the experiences of trans or intersex people so how could it be offensive?

Sorry this is way too long I’m just very confused

I'm going to try and lay this out as politely as I can. It's after 3:30 in the morning here, so this could be a bit disjointed and rambling. More under the cut:

In real life, ~99.999999% of women with penises are trans women. Which puts us in a tricky situation of (A) being the only women with penises around for media involving women with penises to reflect back on, and (B) being in the lovely position of precious few people actually having had meaningful real life exposure to trans women, meaning (C.) all those stigmas and all that misinformation are going to purely affect us and it’s going to be uncritically gobbled up by the masses, since they don’t have any meaningful information to fill in the blanks with instead.

When we peer into the depths of femslash fandoms and see all these folks who aren't trans women writing about women with penises, and using cis women’s bodies as platforms for these penises, it’s the simplest thing.

I mean, some of those folks might actually be struggling and confused about why they’re into it, what the real appeal is, why they get off on it, why they might have some feelings about wanting a penis of their own…

…but from our vantage point, it’s really easy to gauge 99.99% of the time. We can generally see valid, legitimate yearning to have a penis pretty damn easily in a piece of art/writing, and we can also see when people who create this media are just hung up on a boatload of baggage and fetishization.

And 99.9% of the time, the creators are just hung up on a boatload of baggage and fetishization, and see trans women’s bodies as a perfect vehicle to tap into that, generally due to deeply held cissexist views that link us and our bodies and genitals directly to cis men, to maleness. As if penises are rooted in maleness and masculinity (which is absolutely not true).

And I have sympathy for NB folks (certainly TME ones who have reached out to me in the past about this) who might be struggling with that, but just because they’re non-binary, it doesn’t mean they get to appropriate our bodies and reproduce transmisogyny and trans fetishization in their attempts at feeling better. Shit doesn't work like that.

Because again, the only women with penises in this world, essentially, are trans women. Meaning any woman with a penis in media is a trans woman, implicitly or explicitly. Meaning that when people who aren’t us want to write us, intent doesn’t matter, it doesn’t matter if it’s just the writer’s fantasy, it’s still going to attach a variety of messages directly onto us.

And more often than not, due to cissexism, those messages are linking us to maleness, to toxic masculinity, etc..

While I do want to believe they're a fairly small minority, a lot of NB folks in fandom spaces like g!p characters in part because they see penises as male and the rest of the body as female and think that duality is interesting and would be comfortable, and is a nice balance of “both worlds” or a nice position “between male and female”, but that’s a wholly cissexist, transmisogynistic view to have, and it’s one that absolutely cannot be supported without directing sexual violence against trans women and invalidating our entire existence. Certainly not all NB folks into g!p like it for that reason, but holy shit a fair bit of them do and it’s weird and wrong and fetishistic.

g!p emerged from the idea that women can't have penises, and drew on the transmisogyny and cissexism of tr*nny porn to structure that frame of desire and the core patterns and trends within these works. It's always been trans women's bodies being used as a vehicle, whether or not the writers of these fics are explicitly aware of it, because the trope itself still holds true to its original patterns and cissexism. It's not the name that's the problem, it's the content; changing the name would be a surface level change that wouldn't affect anything.

g!p objectifies women with penises (trans women). A woman with a penis is more than just a woman with a penis, but the use of the term and trope is literally to (A) remind people that women don't have penises, otherwise the g!p term wouldn't be needed if people actually accepted women with penises as women, and that (B) this is a story centered on a scenario where there's a woman with a penis, with key focus on that genitalia specifically. it's the drawing point, it's the lure, it's what everything is centered on. It is a means for folks to write lesbian sex while also writing about penis in vagina and getting off to it. It's also no surprise that the penises so clearly emulate cis men's penises in these works, that is by design.

As I’ve said many times before, if you’re only writing trans women’s bodies to showcase cis men’s penises, you’re not respecting the womanhood of trans women, and this ultimately has nothing inherent to do with penis-owning women, it has to do with (cis) men and their penises, because trans women are just being used as a vehicle to emulate them. When NB folks do the same thing, and imagining themselves as those g!p characters, they are ultimately embodying cis men, their maleness, and often toxic masculinity, in a way that feels safe and distanced enough for them, a shell that they often code as cisnormative due to their own unprocessed cissexism.

And trans women don’t deserve that.

You seem caught in the idea that if something doesn't directly perfectly reflect trans women, that it can't be linked to us., which ignores the long long history of media being used to misrepresent marginalized peoples and cast us in insulting, dehumanizing lights. You show a lack of understanding of the g!p trope and the long history of its usage across a few other names, even if the content and patterns remained the same. It shows a lack of understanding of tr*nny porn and transmisogynistic stigmas, which the trope draws heavily from.

I think we can all recognize that most 'lesbian' prn that's made does not represent actual lesbians, it's overwhelmingly catered to the male gaze. We can also recognize that this category of porn has led to a lot of harassment towards lesbians from cis men who at the very least want to believe lesbians are just like they are in the porn he watches, that lesbians just need the right man. Lesbians are being used as a vehicle for a fantasy that was created externally to them, and doesn't represent their realities.

It's the same kind of situation here. The way g!p fics play out overwhelmingly doesn't reflect trans women's realities, but they are inherently linked to us regardless, as we're the vehicles for those fantasies, as unrealistic and harmful as they may be.

g!p characters are built in our fetishized image that’s based on a deeply cissexist misunderstanding of us, of the gender binary, and of bodies in general.

I mean, when 99% of cis folks don’t understand how trans women tend to be sexually intimate… when they don’t understand what dysphoria is and how it works and how it can affect us physically and emotionally…when they don’t understand almost any of our lived experiences…then they’re not going to be able to accurately portray us even if they wanted to.

And I’ve read enough g!p fics where authors wrote those as a means of trying to add trans rep, but because they didn’t understand us at all, it wasn’t remotely representative, and it was ultimately fetishistic, even if there was an undercurrent of sympathy and a lack of following certain common g!p patterns there that differentiated it from the norm.

If g!p fics were at all about reducing dysphoria or finding euphoria, then it wouldn’t be explicitly tied up in the performance of very specific sex acts, very specific forms of misogyny and toxic masculinity, very specific forms of sexual violence and exertion of sexual power, etc.

But it is.

So the notion that creating g!p fics helps NB folks? Nope. It CAN certainly prevent/delay those folks from facing a whole boatload of shit they’ve internalized, and coddle them at the expense of trans women.

Because if it was really about bodies and dysphoria/euphoria, there would be a considerable push (allying with out own) to end our fetishization and to represent us in and out of sexual contexts with accuracy, respect, and care. Because they wouldn’t care what sex acts were performed and what smut beats were hit, they’d just want to see someone with a body like their ideal being loved, being sexual, connecting, being authentic, etc. Which very much is not the case in the overwhelming majority of g!p fics. That's what we want, and it's not what g!p writers want, it's nothing they give a shit about.

Like, a ways back I started doing random pulls of g!p fics from various fandoms and assessing them for certain elements to provide some quantitative clarity. I started on The 100 here, and did OuaT here. Never finished the 100 one since the results leveled out and stayed pretty consistent as the sample size grew, so I didn't really see the point in continuing any further after about 140 fics when the data wasn't really changing much at all.

Lastly, media influences people. I've read countless posts and comments from people who use fanfiction as a sex ed guide, in essence. Which is ridiculous, but I also know sex ed curricula often isn't very accurate or extensive in a lot of areas, so people take what they can get. Representation in media can be powerful, and when it overwhelmingly misrepresents people, that's also powerful. Just because fandom is a bit smaller than televised media, it doesn't make that impact any lesser, certainly not for those whose primary media intake is within fandom.

Virtually all trans representation in f/f fanfiction is misrepresentative of us. That has a cost in how people understand us, how people react to us, and how people treat us. Not just online, but in physical spaces, and in intimate settings.

I invite you to read that post you referenced again, or perhaps this longer one which is a response to a trans guy who seemed to feel something similar to you with this trope.

All I can do is lay it out there and try to explain this. It's up to you how you handle this. All I know is whenever there's a big surge in g!p in a fandom, trans women generally leave it en masse, because it's a very clear and consistent message that we're not valued, respected, and that people value getting off on us over finding community with us.

‘idea’ & self-knowledge as love as freedom

w thanks to @radiatingdyke & henrik !!

so in a previous post, i talked abt spectacle & respect in criminal for context. now starting off w henrik’s thoughts re: plato:

"It’s honestly pretty ambiguous what Plato means by it- at least in the republic- The core theory is that ideal forms are a truer kind of reality than the shadows. The philosopher escapes a cave of shadows projected on the wall by a ruling class, the only “reality” they ever knew and were literally bound to. They crawl through a treacherous passage to find themselves face to face with the dazzling light of the sun which blinds them temporarily, and as their eyes adjust they find themselves in a forest and realize the shadow puppet of “tree” was not the real tree all along! For what the shadows are: Idk how developed popular media/conventional politics were at the time but we (America) based a lot of our shit on it so I think one strong possibility is we find ourselves in a modern allegory of the cave where the shadows dancing on the wall are the world as it’s told to us- through news education and policy and the “real” is personal experience and genuine community. Then shadows would then be actual reality as we know it, including the real trees and personal experience, a veil placed over us by metaphysical forces which can be lifted through Godwork to reveal the true nature of the inner workings of the universe. so while criminal is the revelation in the toxic cycle of the idol culture & mutual destruction & obsession are confused for love, idea is making the decision to learn what true love & connection is, leaving behind the suffocating expectations demanded by the industry, & in the process, become complete in his humanity.

so we first see taemin in jail, condemning himself for his role in the toxic parasocial relations of idol culture, and literally... calling himself out.... altho i would say that this:

in criminal is purgatory proper, the jail may be the end point of his journey there. he confesses his sins, his soul gets purified, & then next we see him in the bar which is confirmed to be heaven (which happens to look much like lee soo man's office) while the flashy models stare at taemin, the walking dead, the posh people in suits (likely executives) ignore him.

so here we have taemin trying to fit in seemlessly in this world of the elites who have the highest level of control in the idol industry. here, he is assured his status as the best & now guaranteed to be free of pain... but on their terms. there is shallow comfort but nothing else. the others content w playing games & eating delicacies, surrounded by alcohol, but are contained to sitting, indulging in frivolities, & passively looking on but no chance of connection. the bar is just another form of intoxication, but unlike criminal where there is at least an illusion of attaining love, heaven is merely stagnant. this idealized heaven of the elites cannot give true freedom as it is based on sterility & exclusivity, just another form of social control. "the dangerous dream that swallowed me is proven by you." staying here would be another form of self-betrayal & denial of the love he seeks so he rebels against heaven through his dancing, an affirmation of his life.

taemin then being shocked that all these shadow versions of himself are not the truth... silvery dissolving forms... his identity fragmenting............ but still taemin still can't break away from the illusion that the adoration & fame he receives as an idol could be actually hurting him.

as @radiatingdyke has talked about, BoA's 'killing me' line is reminiscent of korean shamans channeling gods. significant that it is BoA who he channels as they are both similar, debuting at a very young age & have been massive stars ever since then. "you are my messiah" BoA cuts him off, speaking the truth. this isn't who he rly is or what he actually wants. he must face himself & the truth or he will die.

the mirror steps are i think symbolic of plato's ladder of love. to my understanding, the ladder of love is basically about how the aim of life is the ascension of the soul to heaven. the gods can do this as a god's soul is in perfect balance w all the different aspects of itself which makes them necessarily wise & good. humans' souls are in disarray, however, & it is this conflict between all parts of the soul which makes it difficult for us to follow the gods to heaven. to do this, people have to understand the true Form of beauty, by climbing the ladder of love. the steps start from loving a body which one is attracted to due to physical beauty & by understanding the beauty of this body, one can then consider how the beauty of one body is found in all bodies. the progression goes on from loving more broadly until we come to the last step, love of knowledge & wisdom. now one is able to see the actual form of Beauty, bringing harmony to your soul. so in order to taemin to finally know peace within himself, he has to know how to love.

& the progression of the ladder implies for me that by first learning to care for others but understanding who they are in their completeness & beauty, you eventually are able to learn to care for yourself & see the beauty in your own soul. & on the flip side, the better able you care for yourself, the more you are able to care for others. i'll discuss this more when i go into my thoughts on act 2 as a whole but basically, the rest of act 2 has a truly warm & loving atmosphere when taemin speaks to the other. in comparison, act 1 presents his experience of 'love' as enmeshment, painful, confusing, losing his self of sense to cater to the desires of the other. there are feelings of obligation to stay in this destructive relationship bc that’s his prescribed role & anyway, any attention is better than none at all.

ppl w a poor sense of self can readily suffer mistreatment for the sake of a semblance of connection, confusing obsession for love when what’s rly happening is actually cathexis, an investment of emotions. while care & affection can exist w cathexis, as does happen in fans’ relations w idols, this is not the same thing as love which liberates & cultivates growth in yourself & the other. fans’ obsession w idols quickly flipping to hate when idols stray from the designated persona of perfection is investment in that image but is not real love. in act 1, he does not understand the other clearly for what it is, destruction that must end, & the fact that he is suffering. without such awareness, he is incapable of truly giving & receiving love.

& while act 2 does have similar themes of taking on other's pain, it becomes a stark contrast to act 1 bc he does so from a place of utter assurance of his identity & true self-love, not from the fear of being left alone. he loves himself for who he is so he is able to love for ourselves purely as well.

& as @radiatingdyke has said (& in much more detail than i can) the ladder reflecting the sky can also be a reference to indigenous korean beliefs where the sky represents the entire universe. the creator god is Hanulnim, literally sky god.

also, even tho NGDA as a whole is replete w western imagery & references & v catholic, the overarching narrative of the 2 albums don't feel western to me in that there never is a fight between good & evil. a typical western narrative would be more like there would the defeat of like 'criminal' taemin by 'good' taemin or an obvious redemption arc. & to me, idea doesn't read so much as he confronts & then accepts both the good & the bad in him but that he leaves behind these limited concepts altogether & instead connects back to the true essence of the universe & becomes free to be utterly himself.

he’s struggled so much over the course of his career w figuring out how to reconcile the duality of himself, what it means to be authentic as an idol, wishing for his true self to be seen & appreciated. it’s always been looking outward for that validation but skirting away from revealing the whole truth of himself... & idea is the final answer to all that. no more denial, repression, burning away of the past, configuration to other ppl’s desires, no more use of mystery as a defense against the fear of being rejected if people see him for who he really is. he accepts himself for who he is & that’s all that matters.

in classic gaytholic taem fashion, he compares himself to jesus + mary + other divinity in NGDA imagery but ultimately, taemin is done w being both a god & the condemned. “i’ve finally opened my eyes.” he’s never been anything but a human being & he’s showing us all the beauty in that.

Wangxian ft. oh my god they were soulmates

aka: I break down my perspective on translating “知己” and why I defend translating it as “confidant”/“true friend” etc. (i.e. it’s NOT bad translation if the subber doesn’t translate it to “soulmate,” because the term used is different, and different terms in CN exist that do directly mean soulmate. But I think the scene CAN be understood as a “they have a soul-deep connection”/confession scene, and should be understood as such. My intention is more: do not attack translators for “bad” translations, especially if you don’t actually understand what the original is)

So first off, “知己” does not, in fact, translate to “soulmate.” I don’t think the concept of the “soul” or “spirit” in traditional Chinese cosmology is treated quite the same it is within western Christian concepts. I think the anglophone term “soulmate” is heavily colored with the concept of predestination, and of a duality (i.e. with Aristophenes’ story about Zeus splitting a being into two, and a soulmate being a joining of this previously singular being whose body/soul is now split in two). This is where I think “soulmate” may not be the most apt translation, as to me with what “soulmate” implies, it rigidizes their relationship into a specific box without considering the depth of context and development built into mdzs/The Untamed. (It’s a fun brightline shorthand tho! and I definitely love the meme-factor of “oh my god they were soulmates,” but I think it shouldn’t be taken as the end-all, be-all translation when taking cultural context into consideration, and it rubs me wrong when I see ppl decrying other translations as somehow being lesser than just the shorthand of “soulmate.” i.e. I like “soulmate” as an English translation too, but I want to see it further contextualized beyond a simplified concept of the word.)

That being said, what 知己 DOES mean, from Pleco and other translation engines, is “confidant,” “bosom friend,” “intimate friend.” The characters translate to “know” and “self/you.” So then, together, this means someone who knows you inside and out, who you can confide anything in, who may already know what you’re going to say to them. From what I’ve read in some forum posts I’ve found discussing how to translate 知己, this term can be used platonically or romantically, but does not quite have the degree that “soulmate” has in English. (the posters don’t really elaborate, but I think what they mean there is the more “you have a predestined match, usually romantic” usage of the concept of “soulmate,” like in a soulmate AU you’d see in fandom)

However, I still defend that scene as a romantic scene, not for the word itself used but for the context in which it came up.

Immediately preceding the line, we have this:

[Now that I think of it, that time really was lonely]

[The few people who believed me all died...]

[Wen Ning... Senior Sister...]

[Luckily...]

[Lan Zhan: There’s still someone who believes you in this world.]

Now I want to point out, right now all of this isn’t spoken out loud to each other. It’s all VO. But they’re clearly having a conversation with each other. Which I think really ties into the 知己 idea, that they know each other so well that they don’t need spoken words to know what each other is thinking. They’re literally finishing each other’s sentences in VO.

I wanted to show the Chinese subs here too along with the fansubs because the original doesn’t just say HAVING, “得” is more like get/gain/earn, so it’s not just that he HAS one soulmate, but that he earned/gained one zhiji (someone who understands him inside and out), is enough. (the “is enough” part also interests me because the characters are 足矣, with the first part meaning “enough, ample sufficient” and the second being a classical literary way of ending sentences, so it’s not just a casual determination of “yeah one is good,” but a meaningful declaration.)

To me, this reminds me of this one post I saw on Tumblr where someone got advice about love from an elderly Latina lady about how love is built, and there was a metaphor of do you think our ancestors discovered the temples as is? They found a site and built them. I think this, to me, better illustrates the power of WangXian as a relationship; they’ve been through So Much but throughout it all, it wasn’t some kind of external predestination that brought them together, but that they brought themselves together and gained/earned this intimate understanding of each other, and their indelible tie is through that.

The other part that gets me is the lines following this:

(jfc Lan Zhan speaks too literarily. I’m on Pleco scrolling through trying to find the classical literary context of things like bls,,, my heritage Chinese can’t deal with this D8)

But anyway: Lan Zhan goes something like “Nothing else is needed, as long as you have a clear conscience,” which Wei Ying’s VO echoes. And this ofc echoes their wish from the lanterns ;-;

And also, Wuji plays in the background starting from “Luckily..” so A++ for romantic framing.

My conclusion being: I think the scene definitely is romantic, and while they may not be “soulmates,” I think the totality of it sets it up as a very beautiful and poignant scene which sort of lays out the nature of their relationship in a deep and meaningful way that can’t be encapsulated in one word, and also I think indicates intrinsically that their relationship was earned/built and not predestined.

.....And also also: um the guqin rendition of Wuji preceding this part? is so unlike the other renditions we’ve heard, it’s hesitant and not on-beat, and sounds exactly to me like the sound of someone playing while looking for notes & where the notes are on the qin, with some parts going faster bc they’re more familiar and odd gaps between notes that aren’t melodic choices. i.e. istg it HAS to be Wang Yibo playing it right??? if it were dubbed like the others it wouldn’t sound exactly the way that someone learning both the piece and the instrument would sound like playing it??? It’s gotta be, right??? It’s--

edit/addendum: I’ve been wrestling with this idea and toying with it a LOT, and I think, ultimately, given the words that ARE available in English... yeah “soulmate” probably WOULD be a very acceptable understanding of what the scene means. Especially since in the novel, we have 命定之人, “fated person.” HOWEVER, I want to emphasize: it’s not necessarily “bad” translation if the subber doesn’t translate it as soulmate! because the original term DOESN’T mean that, the translation of soulmate in CN is 灵魂伴侣. however, from how the term sounds to me, and from people I’ve chatted with, my impression is this term is more of a literal translation; one person told me they only really see this in subbed films or foreign media.

What are you feeling? What are they feeling? We as a collective are feeling different emotions about everything that is happening. Before you react are you asking yourself is this hurting someone? Is my reaction going to make someone disappointed? Well truth is, everything we do or say will always have a polarity effect! Theres nothing wrong with duality! Beliefs in something will always have a negative opposed to what we think is a positive 🙌🏽 so instead of reacting in a way that you feel that is wrong or right just go with it. You don't have to hold back what you're feeling regardless if its going to make ppl disappointed or think of you in a different light. We are in times that even if your beliefs are negative to the ones that think its positive the real truth of that belief matters not because the truth of a person lies within their own belief system. Even our own beliefs aren't really ours. Aren't they borrowed Too? My truth may never be your truth and thats okay. Duality is needed. There is no right or wrong. Both sides matter. Coming together is where the beauty lies 🙏🏼💫🙌🏽 masculine and feminine coming together as one 🙏🏼 be your authentic self no matter what 💜 how do you attain this knowledge you may ask? Go within. Study your light and dark. Study your triggers and your joy. Study your inner child that wants to be heard and your adult side that needs to be responsible. All the answers are in you and it always has. The distractions that they mask these lessons are always going to be around. Why not take time for yourself to really learn all of your curves, up, downs, and all that makes you, YOU 😘 i love you and I am rooting for you. I am learning all I can about myself so I can share the inner child in me that gets triggered by all the distractions that I have been programmed with since birth and by that, I am innerstanding the unconditional love and unconditional light and dark that exists in me. So that maybe in can inspire that you're not alone. That what you're feeling and thinking isn't cause you need to suffer. You don't and I am learning that. why you already have your “desires” ♡

non dualism means there’s no duality in your world. theres no other force at play here. it is just you. everything that manifest into your reality is as real as you let it become. your fingernails being painted vs not painted is up to the observer; you.

you cannot keep letting your senses dictate what you have. not now not ever not even when it seems like they align exact with what you want. these senses are always misleading. i have money but its not physically touching my hand. does this mean i dont have it?

for example. more than half of you are manifesting a relationship (which is 100% OKAY. never let anybody make you feel bad for it). however, since you know about non dualism, you know that everything is consciousness meaning everything is you. this includes your sp.

when ppl say your relationship always reflects how you feel about yourself THIS IS TRUE because it is just you. everything is you. my boyfriend and how he treats me is a reflection of how i view myself. ill give you an example:

when i first met him i wanted someone who would always be there for me and always want to take care of me. and he showed me that. but due to my ptsd, i used to have episodes where id push him away and believe he didnt rlly like me or want me. we spoke less and he gave me my space and it used to upset me and id be confused until one day he did smth nice for me and when i said thank u he thanked me for “letting him love me”. this was months ago so i didnt think ab it much at the time but i literally was not letting him.

he had no choice but to follow my rules. he had no choice but to present the way i assumed he would and he directly told me this what does this have to do with non dualism? like i said, everything is me. theres no outside force doing something to me, it is just me.

and there is no separation involved. there’s no imagination that has to reflect to the real world theres no 3d conforming to the 4d and there. is. no. waiting. this has nothing to do with time. time is a concept the ego (you) created to better comprehend your senses (also you)

so when i tell u whatever u “desire” is yours, IS YOURS. the little voice in the back of your head telling you to think logical tell them to shut up because logic is another ego-centered term. the ego (who is you!) was created to protect your body. but you are not just your body.

you are pure consciousness. you are everything even what it is you desire. desiring doesnt exist when you are already everything you desire. you want that man? then hes yours babes. you want a fat paycheck? then its yours

“but i say that and then i check my bank account and-“ aht aht. what did i just tell you? stop leading your understanding with misleading senses. there is no separation from what you want and want you dont want because everything is inherently neutral in the first place.

theres no différence between the number in your bank account and the number “in your head”. the bank account and number arent even real in the first place so why do you care? be fucking free from anything you have once deemed “physical” therefore real. cuz none of it is babygirl

if you ever find yourself not believing bc you dont “see it” then remind yourself that you’re still looking at it from a point of duality which is wasting your time because you are one ☝️
