DJ Khaled had big shoes to fill, in all ways.
The star DJ and music producer will take over from John Cena as host of the “Kids’ Choice Awards” next month, Nickelodeon announced on Tuesday.
Khaled will bring a party atmosphere to the annual slime-filled awards show for his inaugural hosting gig on March 23, thanks to his signature catchphrases and gregarious personality.

“Father of Asahd is here to let you know the biggest party of the year is about to go up! That’s right, March 23 – I’m your host, DJ Khaled for the Nickelodeon ‘Kids’ Choice Awards.’ I’ll see you soon!” the musician said in a statement.
This year’s top nominees include “Avengers: Infinity War,” “Black Panther,” Cardi B and “Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation.”
First-time nominees include Jason Momoa, Emilia Clarke, James Corden, Noah Centineo, Bebe Rexha, Tyra Banks, Neil Patrick Harris and “Riverdale.”
Khaled himself is nominated for three awards: Favorite TV Judge, Favorite Male Artist and Favorite Collaboration.

2018 Teen Choice Awards Nominations: The Complete List
The Teen Choice Awards are almost here!
On Wednesday, Fox announced the 2018 nominees for this year's accolades, which will air live from Los Angeles, California, on Aug. 12.
Avengers: Infinity War leads all categories with seven nominations. Star Wars: The Last Jedi and Black Panther each nabbed six spots on the list, while The Greatest Showman, A Wrinkle in Time and Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle got five. Riverdale and Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments lead the TV side with five nods each, while Stranger Things and The Flash aren't far behind with four apiece.
Cardi B, Drake, Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift all scored three nominations each in the music category.
Fans have the opportunity to vote up to 10 times per day on each platform -- both on Twitter and TeenChoice.com -- until June 19. For Twitter voting, simply tweet a category hashtag along with the nominee's name.

The first wave of nominees for the 2018 Teen Choice Awards was announced today (June 13), with the biggest stars of music, movies, television and sports from the past year receiving nods. Taylor Swift, Drake, Cardi B and Shawn Mendes are just some of the artists featured in the music category, which recognizes stars of every genre including J Balvin, Calvin Harris and Carrie Underwood.
Outside of music, box office hits Black Panther and The Greatest Showman received several nominations in the movie field, and the television category includes hit shows such as Riverdale and This Is Us. But these are only a handful of the nominees, and more are expected to be revealed in the coming weeks, along with this year’s presenters, performers and hosts.
Voting is open now, and fans can cast their votes at TeenChoice.com and on Twitter through June 19. Fans are allowed 10 votes per category, per day, per platform user ID. To vote on Twitter, fans can tweet the category hashtag (each indicated below) with the nominee’s name, either @nominee or #nominee if they don’t have an account. Only one Teen Choice nominee can be mentioned per tweet.

Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood and More Nominated For Teen Choice Awards
Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood and Thomas Rhett are only a few country names among the first wave of nominees announced for the 2018 Teen Choice Awards.
Blake, Carrie and TR are vying for Choice Country Artist against fellow country singers Kane Brown, Kelsea Ballerini and Maren Morris, while Maren and FGL are nominated in all-genre categories. FGL grabbed a nod for Choice Music Group and Maren along with Zedd and Grey grabbed a nod for Choice Collaboration for the "The Middle."
Fans can vote for their favorite at TeenChoice.com or by tweeting the category hashtag with the nominee’s name. Fans can vote up to 10 times per day in each category until June 19.
"The Teen Choice Awards" air live Aug. 12 at 8 p.m. ET on Fox.

I couldn’t believe that that’s where our collective consciousness at. Have u listened to it??? Have u read the lyrics? it’s better not too otherwise you will have nightmares.

Oh I completely forgot that Rihanna featured in this song so every one must like it!!! and actually it’s only her and Bryson Tiller (have no idea who he is but now he has a lot of money and drives a super expensive car) who does all the singing so actual DJ Khaled only says ‘We The Best music’ which is a rather strong statement.I think he is missing on some Musical education as well as Grammar tutorials. ....hang on a sec he is a PRODUCER! this makes it even worse....Not only did he want to become successful by ripping off a well-known song ‘Maria, Maria’ but also he wanted to show off a couple of his best moves...I think he needs a bit more practice.
There’s a lot that can be said about this song and especially about the video but let me give you an example of contemporary music that can inspire you and truly make you think....unless you prefer not to be authentic and not to involve your beautiful brain into a little bit of thinking and questioning yourself and your environment.

Johnny Depp thanks fans for rely at People’s Choice awardings

Other conquerors included Outlander and The Big Bang Theory on Tv, as well as Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears, who were mentioned favourite music artists.

Apresentadora ganhou três troféus e agora soma 20 ao todo, recorde da premiação. Britney foi eleita a melhor artista pop e celebridade em redes sociais.

Ellen DeGeneres tornou-se na noite desta quarta-feira (18) a artista mais premiada da história do People’s Choice Awards 2017, que aconteceu em Los Angeles, nos Estados Unidos. Com os três troféus conquistados na 43ª edição do evento (veja, abaixo, a lista de ganhadores), ela soma agora 20 estatuetas no total. O encarregado de conduzir a homenagem à recordista foi Justin Timberlake.
O People’s Choice Awards tem os ganhadores escolhidos pelo público e contempla categorias de cinema, TV, música e produções para a internet.
Ellen ganhou nas categorias melhor apresentadora de programa de TV diurno, melhor voz em animação (por “Procurando Dory”) e melhor parceria em comédia por um quadro exibido em seu programa no qual visitou um shopping com Britney Spears.
Britney também foi um dos destaques do People’s Choice Awards, com outros dois prêmios: melhor artista mulher, melhor artista pop e melhor celebridade em redes sociais.
Johnny Depp foi escolhido o ícone do cinema, derrotando Denzel Washington, Samuel L. Jackson, Tom Cruise e Tom Hanks.

Οι μεγάλοι νικητές των People’s Choice Awards 2017!
Η 43η απονομή των βραβείων People’s Choice πραγματοποιήθηκε χθες 18 Ιανουαρίου στο Microsoft Theatre στο Λος Άντζελες.
Στα μουσικά βραβεία της βραδιάς, η μοναδική Britney Spears απέσπασε 2 βραβεία ανάμεσα τους το “Αγαπημένη γυναίκα τραγουδίστρια”, καθώς επίσης και ο Justin Timberlake έφυγε με 2 βραβεία. Ακόμα οι Fifth Harmony αναδείχθηκαν το “Αγαπημένο γκρουπ”, παρά την αποχώρηση της Camila Cabello.
