dinner: pasta and sauce (279 + 55.5) = 334.5; chocs (54x16) = 864; juice (x3 cups) 24

= 1,222.5kcal

Cycling:

16.8 miles, 1,008kcal burned

BMR:

1,268 - 1,222.5 = 45.5kcal burned

Even though i binged on chocolates i still lost weight! From 54.9kg to 54.2kg 🌸
