the only problem i have with the dark crystal bestiary is that it doesnt talk about the individual gelflings like it does the urru and the skeksis. the gelfling are the most interesting to me in the whole franchise so i was like :/ BUT OVERALL its a very informative read and very good. i can forgive it.

My ref sheet for my version of Jen! Finally finished!! This is my personal version of him. I’m happy with how it turned out :D 

Some notes:

He has small fangs and will show his teeth when he’s angry or threatened.

He has peets and toe beans and retractable claws. 

He has vestigial joints on his shoulder blades where wings used to be if he had any. I hc that male gelflings just evolved to not have wings but still retained the joints from when all gelfling had wings. 

His fathers are Rian and Kylan.
