Covering the ED during a full moon had been a mistake, people's emotions were high at the best of times, tonight they were through the roof, so when a disgruntled family member had taken a swing at her, Becca hadn't expected someone to step between her and the man.

But someone had, and that someone wad Dr. Ackerman, what was he even doing down here? Shouldn't he be on the peds floor? Security finally dragged the disgruntled father off and Rebecca got a good look at the gash the guys knuckles had left on Dr. Ackerman's cheek.

That very well could have been her.

"You're hurt." It was a dumb thing to say, but Rebecca might still be a little shaken up still.

"We should uh... we should get that looked at."
