so i’m sitting here. 3 am, hair a mess, running on 1.5 hours of sleep. here to review the song that locked me into the hijinxx fanbase for the rest of my life.

make you cry is so. as a fan of synths and sci-fi sounds and the futuristic concept. this drew me in like a MAGNET. the slightest strangeness to it?? it’s like a snake waiting to pounce on its prey, sinking its teeth into its next prey with the chorus. in love with it. i need this song injected into my veins.

when listening to their previous release mascara, it almost feels like. a get back? if you weren’t in the right spaces, mascara was intensely hated on. so lyrics like ‘now it’s my time to feel alive’ and ‘no, i don’t care, every day, facing the pain’ hit a lot different. to me, make you cry is an indirect response to the hate they got. of course they’re not gonna say fuck you outright, so. terribly sorry to the fictional you in the song. pfft.

the music video is gorgeous, too. the TRON inspiration was immediate to me. when i tell you i jumped out of my BED. tron is one of my favorite sci-fi movies ever so to see that incorporated in a music video hooked me bad. whatever their company is doing… keep it up. i’m sat.

the motorcycle scenes brought a real tear to my eyes. giving the creative director a fat kiss on the lips. now on to the review.

what the fuck is UP follow trixxes. hijinxx FINALLY debuted and honestly? the day has finally come, and….

….im a bit whelmed. not under, not over, just whelmed. it was a good song, definitely mostly geared towards english speaking fans, and i can’t say i hate the move. house of cards sucked giant balls. i honestly think the english debut song was smart. so knetz can suck my balls. how it taste, bitches.

mascara is a bad bitch song. point blank period. it’s funky, it’s got a good beat, it’s nothing we haven’t seen before: it’s girl crush. and with the way the survival show went, im not surprised they came in hot with the badass attitude and the idgaf look. good for them! hold your head up high ladies, kq did you so wrong. don’t let that whack ass company ruin your mascara.

CAN WE TALK ABOUT YUINA’S RAP. the music video highlighted her SO. WELL. i won’t be surprised if i open up twitter and see locals ask who tf is that. hooooly shit. go. girl. in the wise words of reverend ariana grande, yuh. i’m so glad she made top four, she’s a STUNNER. also i was genuinely surprised she’s not marketed as a dancer??? i genuinely thought she was main rapper AND dancer. like….

sorry to ahyeonnie, but as marketed Main Dancer….. you need to step up. and im saying that as a house of cards era ahyeon bias. i’ve been rooted for her since day one. this is not a call out or ill placed criticism. this is genuine sadness at another member being praised for what you’re supposed to be doing. and before other trixxes come for me, im hi-4 for life. so don’t even go there. i genuinely want to see all four of them exceed expectations both together and individually!

i don’t have much to say besides micha also served cunt stage and eunji looked cute as hell with her lil outfit combo in the music video. okay. here’s my ranking for the song, at long last.

WITH THE OFFICIAL DEBUT OF THEIR TRAINEE GROUP KQ FELLAZ UNDER THEIR BELT, rebranding fresh with the name ATEEZ—KQ has announced a new project with its female trainees. Here’s what we know.

A few years ago, we wrote an article on the mysterious trainees the new company had after a particular dance video went viral featuring the eight men you know and love today dressed in black with hats obscuring their faces. Curiosity getting the best of the public, it wasn’t long until the world was introduced to KQ’s FELLAZ. Fast forward to now, and ATEEZ is teasing a sixth mini album and is garnering budding fame in the western sphere for their loud and rambunctious sound. But ATEEZ is not the only one with news this month.

KQ Entertainment announced news of a survival show earlier this month, releasing a smattering of peculiar images showcasing the show’s theme. Based on fan perception and online digging, the show features eight unknown female trainees of their own as well as a whopping FOURTY FOUR external contestants from various other companies. Rumors of who the lineup would consist of were heavily debated online, from JANELLE of TWINSTAR’s TEENSTAR making waves due to her expressing a return to the entertainment industry to KANG DAROREUM, a rumored nepo baby born in the States and daughter of a producer at SM. Word on the eight that the public is now calling KQ LADIEZ has not been released to the public.
