ㅤㅤpublic events are easily the worst part of fame — or starting to grow your fame, at the very least. and luna lacks in experience, having been thrown in the deep end after never having performed in front of crowds bigger than there are seats in her local church until a few months prior. but her sweet and genuinely innocent image sells, and crowds tend to take to her like a duck to the water, so she must be doing something right. but tonight's event had excited her more than others when she had overheard that she would be there — her idol and infatuation since her early teens all rolled into one of the most beautiful and talented women to ever exist. and she doesn't plan on fumbling the bag! not when she looks the best she'll probably ever look thanks to the work of her managements makeup team.

ㅤㅤa timid hand lifts to tap on the older woman's shoulder, clearing her throat before she's bowing her head respectfully, the sweetest of smiles curling at plump and glossy petals. " hi! i'm really sorry for cornering you in the dressing room like this, but i'm a huge fan. like, the biggest fan. i love your work and everything you do, and, well — i was hoping to be able to talk to you to tell you that you're the reason i'm trying to be a star, too! which i've just said, so i guess i should just leave you be? unless — unless you don't mind giving me any pointers! " any excuse to stay this close to her.

" it was illegal to download that movie we all watched last night, luna. " she peers around at her polar opposite, giving a small shake of her head before turning his face towards her instead, leaving luna pouting as her fingers wrap around his wrist instead, almost as if she was scared that kitty would just snatch him up. " as long as he's not about to pillage an entire village, i'm sure we'll all be fine. so, whatever it is you were doing? " she leans in to steal a kiss this time, though from his lips and not his cheek as luna had done. " do it. "
