For some reason once she entered the universe, Espie popped out of his pokeball with a short yelp, landing on Lynda's shoulders and sending him crashing to the ground a lot faster then needed.

She tried to put him back in his ball, but all that did was bring Sparky out, then Charstar, then Riptor-

He decided at that point that it was pointless, just bringing Espie back out and onto her shoulders, quickly going to the Lake of Rage from the route below it.

... if Ethan had been paying attention to the sky, he would have seen an odd distortion before someone fell out of it- but that's only if he was looking up and out towards the lower route.

'Wheeling through snow fucking sucks' Indigo thought idly to themselves. 'I wonder how hard it would be to convince Viv to move with Sprite and I to Johto...I could get her the biggest magikarp pond of all time....'

Tiph grunts, as if sensing Indigo's discontent. She had been uneasy since Indigo had first figured out Viv was missing, Flicker too. The two typhlosions melted the snow around them so Indigo would move forward. Hench flew overhead, cawing loudly. They were almost there.

Eventually a lab finally came into view, and Indigo let out a sigh of relief, pushing their wheelchair to move faster.

"Vivianne!! Viv, are you here?? Love??"

It's a quiet and calm early morning, nothing hinting at the slight chaos that was about to happen.

A portal appeared right behind Saint, something picking it up and moving him to the portal-... before pausing-

"Ah, how discourteous of me, do you need to obtain anything to bring with you before I transport you to your fathers?" It's Oblivion- at least, that's easy to guess with how it's speaking, clearly accidentally being scary, putting Saint down and looking at it with a tilted head... not unlike a dog pokemon.

Winnie and Betelgeuse were nuzzling against him, and Deviled Egg was protectively standing behind Saint's wheelchair.

i'm back from the store by the way! i set stuff out for you on the table, and i'm working on dinner right now :)

[uh...Indigo Mail? Table Mail? You live here now, so definitely not Pelipper Mail]

On the table are a nice new set of bath towels, a toothbrush and toothpaste, a stuffed growlithe, and some snacks such as granola bars and apple sauce packets.

Sprite slowly sits up from his position at the bottom of the stairs, noticing the new things on the table. Tag helps him up and over to it, patient as he limps along.

"Oh... wow ... Thanks Indigo."

He immedailty reaches for the plushie, tucking it between the nook of his and arm torso, giving it a discreet kiss on the forehead.

"I was wondering... If you wanted to watch a movie - or something tonight. Haven't been able to watch one in a while and it could be cool if we did that... 'ts okay if not though!"

Polaris rolls into the Team Fauna camp with a calmness that they generally should not possess, suitcase of money on their lap. This has to work. If this doesn't work then there's no point. So it has to.

Violet is a few steps behind, hidden in the shade of zoroark illusion, Itsu right behind to help her maintain her work. She carries Polaris' bag of pokeballs silently. Should it come to this, and Violet expects that it will, her cousin will be prepared to face Wolf in battle.

The kids- well most of them. The real ones. Walk just behind Polaris. "Bird" seems anxious, reasonably so.

Polaris stops at the sight of Wolf.

"I'm here. I have what you wanted. I- please give my son back. Please."

They sound desperate. It's not fake either, they are. They're just desperate for this to be quick and easy.

The beginning of the end

[Wolf watches the situation with cold eyes, and a flashy smile, beside him stand two guards.

Tightly gripped in his left hand was celebi, his fingers twitched every few seconds, reminding Polaris that he could crush any chance of ever seeing his son again in an instant. ]

"Hello Mx Chroma. I knew you'd come to your senses eventually."

[One of the guards grabbed the money off of Polaris's lap while he strided towards his children, grabbing his daughters arm while staring beedrill dead in the eyes, smile fading.

"Hello Fox."

[He drags birds illusion back to where he stood beedrill following behind, expressionless, his father would have to try harder than that to make him feel something.

From behind Polaris, Sprite took a step back- He couldn't go through that again, it hurt- Polaris couldn't make him, they wouldn't!]

Shadow was keeping an eye on things in the labs as the scientists looked over the robot that came in, they tilt their head while watching, Gray made them very curious, such a anomaly to find a sentient robot in a Pokemon universe...

They wanted to ask questions, but held their tongue, as to not distract the work being done...

Though there was a different reason that they were here, in the lab.

There was a potential danger.

Especially as he seemed to be drifting in and out of consciousness while being worked on...

It worried them.

It didn't take long at all for Lynda to get to the house, flying around to the back as to not be anywhere near Dread. She can already feel the harsh stabbing of panic and worry, mixed with anger and annoyance, she swallows down the feelings for the moment to try and focus better on the situation.

She gets into the house just as fast as she arrived, having a spare key for these sorts of situations.

Letting out her Gardevoir and shiny Audino, she quickly rushes into the room she feels the emotions strongest, and sends her pokemon to heal Saint.

She's panting a bit, she seems to have been running alot to get here.

"Alright... is anyone able to explain what happened in detail? Just in case I have to get into an argument with Dread...?" She looks angered by that idea, but there isn't much she can do about it.

Vivianne took a deep breath, holding the sweet apple in her hand as she carefully dusted off her dusky orange dress, it went to the floor with soft white trim and designs sprinkled around the hem; the design obviously inspired by Magikarp as she turned to where she expected indigo to walk out of, hiding the apple behind her back.

She was nervous, cheeks pink as she stood tall, building up alot of courage as she made sure she held the apple carefully behind herself.

There's a knock on the door, and behind it is a Hisuian Zoroark, holding who you can only assume to be Saint. His other Pokemon are behind Shadow, looking worried. Especially Winnie, the Hatterene.

"Sorry this is how... we formally meet..." Saint said weakly, somehow managing to crack a smile.

Shadow gestured inside, almost as if asking if they could go in.

Indigo holds the door open for the pokemon and Saint automatically, although their eyes catch on the hisuian zoroark.

"Ah yes, of course, the living room is right on your left, you can rest on the couch"

Indigo gestures to the living room, waiting for the pokemon and trainer to file in before they close the door. There are a number of pokemon milling about the house, but none of them seem bothered by the guests.

The house is quiet.

In Topaz's bedroom, five pokemon are curled up on a bed together, and four of them are asleep.

In the living room, two humans and a vulpix lay on the couch. Both Venus and Topaz, in their switched forms, have sprawled across Pyrite. In her sleep Venus has reached out a hand towards her brother's warmth. Eruption rests on the floor nearby, the coffee table pushed against the wall to accommodate the large Iron. A phone and an open laptop have been left on the side table. Eruption is awake, but his eyes are closed.

Venus stirs. Silently, unnoticed by anyone, blue light flashes around her and her trainer.

Two humans and a vulpix lay on the couch.

Sleepily, Venus blinks her eyes open. She stares for a moment at her orange paws. Then, she snaps fully awake with a startled yip. She scrambles upright, and begins barking and pawing at Topaz.

The first thing Topaz does upon waking up is to fall off the couch.

Saint slowly opened his eyes, watching as the blur before him paced back and forth.

"How fucking dare he... Why did he think he could replace me? Get friends? Get a proper family?" they muttered, stopping in their tracks upon seeing Saint was awake.

They started cooing at it, pinning him down again. Saint was too weak to fight back, and rather, was silently praying to Arceus that someone, anyone, come save him.
