Meirane Cassaundra, fondly known as Meira, was born in Bandung into a harmonious family where both of her parents were involved in education. As an only child, Meira grew up surrounded by love and affection. Although her family focused on education, Meira felt passionate about studying Psychology.

When Meira decided to continue her studies, her father, a college lecturer, was not in agreement at first, preferring that she follow a pre-determined path. But her mother, a schoolteacher, was quietly supportive and valued her dreams and ambitions.

Despite her father's disapproval, Meira was determined to pursue her dream. After graduation, Meira found her way into the world of Human Resources (HR) and successfully secured a position in the field. Her success not only validated her decision to take the risk, but also opened doors for further studies in her beloved field.

With her determination and spirit, Meira completed her postgraduate studies and established her career in her first choice field - Human Resources. Meira's journey is a testament to the fact that following one's passion and getting support from those who love us can lead to success and happiness in pursuing a desired career.
