i’m kind of late on the emmy wins and madi getting nominated, but i did just want to say something about it because i feel like such a proud parent right now.

i’ve NEVER seen a show with one season (let alone a children’s show) have this much of an impact on people. the talent that radiates from the cast and crew is honestly so astounding and the fact that this little show came out less than a year ago and is getting the recognition it deserves??? it makes me so extremely happy.

i know that we’re all going insane because we don’t have that renewal yet, but to see it acknowledged in something like the emmys is huge. also seeing how far the cast has come since last september is crazy, especially madi. she went from not having any acting experience to being nominated for an emmy with her first ever role as julie. that is how powerful her acting is at SUCH a young age.

i just miss them all a lot, i miss this show a lot, and i miss the feelings that we all had back in november/december, but i’m hoping that we’re on the right track to feeling that way again soon :’)
