I think I’m gonna set back my work alarm to later, and start not eating breakfast. Hopefully that’ll help ease back into restricting, I think it’s time.

Gonna try to start doing a daily food diary to hold myself accountable as I ease back into restricting. This one was a bad binge day with hella unhealthy food, but I’m gonna do better. All the calories are an estimate I haven’t officially started tracking again yet.
Breakfast: Small Cinnamon Rol (250)
Lunch: Homemade Tortilla Soup (400)
Homemade Jalapeño Dip w Tortilla Chips (250)
Dinner: Cheeseburger with Tater Tots (700)
Total: 1600 cal
I work Mon-Fri and burn quite a bit of calories so hopefully my net wasn’t too high today
