Fallout 4 Companion Height HCs

Cait: 5'4". Standard height, with a strong build (wide hips and shoulders, muscly).

Curie: 5'1". Soft and curvy. Has pianist fingers.

Danse: 6'2". Built like a brick wall.

Deacon: 5'9". The most Average Looking Man Ever.

Gage: 6'. Looks smaller than he is, mainly because he has horrible posture.

Hancock: 5'2". He has short king vibes, I can't explain.

MacCready: 5'7". Lanky. Lean muscle, mostly on his arms and legs (lugging a sniper rifle ain't easy).

Nick: 6'. I believe all gen-2's are a standard 6 feet tall.

Piper: 5'5". Standard height. Wishes she was taller.

Preston: 5'10", bordering on 6'. Wide shoulders, strong back and arms.

X6-88: 6'4". Built to be the scariest motherfucker you'll ever see, and that includes the whole "towering over you" thing.

You know you live in a dysfunctional family when the two most mature people are the ex-pow with massive amounts of PTSD who keeps running off to do dangerous stuff with his army buddy and a twelve year old girl.

I’m rewatching the companions’ breakup/makeup dialogue like “they would not ****ing be that emotionally mature”:

Preston should give an over-rehearsed spiel and then completely withdraw. Just be 100% emotionally unavailable for in-game weeks.

Piper should be wittily avoiding her feelings (and trying to spare yours) until it’s unclear whether she’s taking this seriously at all.

Hancock should be suave but quietly paranoid you’re going to forget him and find someone whole.

Curie should be completely incapable of setting boundaries with you, and/or cry a lot.

MacCready should act like a brat and unfavorably compare you to his wife.

Cait should scream-imply that she’s going to get back into drugs or do something worse, to see if you care enough to stop her.

Danse should be panicking and aggressive because he feels like he’s losing the only proof his life has value.

And Gage should cuss you out and insult you to convince himself he never cared that much anyway.

(This post is a joke and I could list at least 20 reasons these shouldn’t actually be in the game.)

Wait the Brotherhood blimp in the Fallout show WAS the Prydwen???

Even though I borrowed this from TikTok, it’s fucking legit I looked back at the episode and you can see the Prydwen’s name on the side

Which is really weird because it was confirmed to be a different blimp prior to the show’s release, but that can either be explained as they didn’t want to spoil or they borrowed the Fallout 4 model and the CGI guys at Amazon didn’t know the name was on the side of it

#ah finally we’ve seen proof of the alleged name on the side #this was just a dumb move imo. nothing is added and plenty is taken away by making it the prydwen #they sailed that thing 2500 miles to hunt down one guy? (and his macguffin admittedly) #(but they had already relayed all the info cross-country) #just give the west coast their own boat #max and dane should steal it

#this is one piece of canon i 1000% ignore when writing #because if my characters mention a commonwealth the reader will of course assume they mean boston #and i don’t want to look up this map every time i do geography #so it’s states or ‘the utah’ or more often cities #though states are still mentioned in canon so that’s probably not totally invalid

just did a background check that made me list every address i've lived at as an adult. i have lived a lot of places (like a dozen different addresses) so i had to piece together where i've lived over the years from my saved addresses on dominos.com. not my proudest moment tbh
