If you see this, its means u really should loose weight asap! Ur too fat.. cant you see that?? But the perfect solution is a good diet while keeping all ur vitamins.
Some good diet tips that worked really well for me is :
• eating breakfast! it turns ur metabolism on and that makes you burn more calories.
If you do eat breakfast, dont consume to much, some apple slices and a coffee should work. Why would you eat over 200 kcal if you already are fat enough!? Go lower to be thin.

i saw in the comments of ur pinned [i think] that ur 4'9. u might just be naturally short, but if u r a minor/very young, please get out of this now. it isnt fun and its very hard to recover, ive been in the hospital so many times bc i was obsessed with the numbers. if ur not a minor, ignore this, but if u r and ur new to the whole ed community, leave before its too late!! ur beautiful and i wish the best for u, darling <3
I actually am a minor but i have dif reasons why im short. I havent been new in this community i was very often in a psychward bcs of my ana too so yea..but thank you very much for your concern ❤️ i try to recover all the time but its kinda hard

Daily ana diary ⋆.ೃ࿔*:・
I began with pilates and i lost weight instant! Coming closer to my gw every day. My mom still forces me to eat meals with over 200 kcal but i just cant get over the fact that it has too many calories. My day will start with two eggs and maybe a coke or coffee.
The main problem is : i got asked out to dinner by a nice guy and what am i supposed to do? Order a salad? I will update.
