Any advice on losing 10lbs within the next week and a half?
First just note that 10lbs is extreme and to be careful.
1. Intermittent fasting ( I would either suggest OMAD: eat once a day *24 hr fast*, or if that’s too extreme 16:8 * fast every 16 hrs then have an 8 hr eating window*)
2. At least 2 liters of water per day
3. Cardio ( aim for 30-45min a day) at least twice a week on top of daily cardio add some sort of body specific workout for example abs, thigh workout, glutes
4. Meal plan ( write down or make a mental note advance what your planning on eating, if possible already have portioned out food ready to eat) * this is going to make holding yourself accountable way easier, and not leave room for excessive thinking about what you’re going to eat
5. Walking (10k-15k steps a day)
6. Diet ( consist of a lot of protein, veg, healthy fats, fruits) * since you’ll be fasting it’s important to get as much nutrients in your eating windows
7. Cal intake * I don’t know your height or weight but maybe max 700-750? ( plz do what works for you and to stay safe in such a calorie deficit)
8: have a least 1 cal surplus day: to ensure your body doesn’t plateau eat in a surplus of your usual daily calories once a week * I usually do around 1000-1200*
