Jihyun was pretty sure he won’t be able to talk about what just happened. Not tonight, and certainly not in a direct way. It made sense. And Hyun wasn’t so easy to reach when he was keeping something for himself. They were the same in that.
He kept himself easy-going, because it was what Hyun needed. After all he’d really came here to ask him to eat with him. He hadn’t seen him in a while. Was that happening often ? – Was he that unsafe ?
“Sure. Anywhere you’d like to eat ? Or we can just go to my place.”
“Any place with a good salad.” He shrugged his shoulders, hands in his pockets and he glanced around them. There was really no one around besides a couple cast members and some stage crew, definitely not the guy from moments earlier. Thank god. The director must have taken him somewhere else in the theater to talk, or maybe he left entirely. Either, both, Zen didn’t care.

His features smoothed over, more controlled now that Jihyun quit questioning him and changed the subject to why he was there. And honestly- Zen did feel a bit hungry. Not as much as he might have previously but enough that he might be able to eat a salad and have water. Enough to keep him satisfied for a bit.
“Sure,” Zen said, easing his lips into a charmed smile. “Do you want to go right now?”
Get out of that building for a bit. Body uncomfortable. Chest tight.

“Well to start, I am not his maid….” The brunette started, giving an exasperated sigh at the lie Seven had told the other. “Next….the name is just Vanderwood, no madam or Mary in front of it…..and three Seven was probably lying about everything he told you about me at this point….”
Seven lied about a lot if what Vanderwood was saying were true. But Zen struggled with whether he believed this stranger or Seven, whom he knew for the last few years. He ended up leaning more in the direction of stranger, as he knew how Seven was.
“He hasn’t said much about you beside those few things,” Zen told him. “I’m Zen, by the way.”
