mods are asleep post new horizons island plans

some notes!

- based heavily off my personal experience traveling to telescopes! they’re all situated at high elevation (thinner atmosphere) away from the main town (less light pollution). if celeste doesn’t get a telescope we riot

- no idea how many shops there are going to be, so I left plenty of spaces. eight SHOULD be plenty? same w/ number of villagers. I’m making the assumption that there are the same amount (10) as in new leaf

- in this house we believe in giving all our villagers cute little custom yards. because they’re worth it

- i am always a slut for a waterfall

- you better BELIEVE this town runs on clean energy!!

- ellie is also one of my dreamies but i couldn’t find a sprite for her :(
